Ce n'est pas votre location de vacances typique du lac des Ozarks. C'est notre deuxième maison, vous y trouverez donc des touches personnelles. Plafond voûté avec une vue imprenable sur le lac.

We spent most of our time outside thought the inside offers plenty of places for privacy. The swimming dock was a bonus and we made great use of that. Our 19 foot pontoon boat fit nicely into the boat dock. The deck was great for evening catch-ups.
And we all left speaking to one another -- enough said

This is a beautiful house with a great location. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds were all very comfortable. Our group loves to hang out on the dock and swim. The main dock needs to be updated as there are multiple boards that are deteriorating. If the dock were updated, this would be the perfect lake house!

Great place to go after a golf trip. We did not spend much time on the deck or dock but the living room and rec room were heavily used. Great time and if you want to hang out after a round, this place is amazing!!

Let me preface by saying this home switched management from the time I booked it to when we stayed so I would like to give the new management the benefit of the doubt and will likely need some time to fix things.
The location and accommodations of this home were perfect for our large family. We comfortably fit and enjoyed the quiet area. It was a quick trip to town to get any items needed. The checkin/checkout process was super easy. There was lots to do including provided board games. It was stocked well with kitchen appliances/utensils, towels, extra pillows, etc. There were lots of refrigerators everywhere to hold all our groceries/drinks.
Concerns.. The kitchen island had painters tape holding a corner piece on. The ceiling fan in the basement room was located so close to the wall the blades were hitting the wall when it was turned on.
The third deck off by itself is completely empty and really served no purpose unless you brought your own chairs. The grill is not located on any of the decks and locked down in a tiny little area which was disappointing because we couldn’t all hang out there comfortably while grilling. Half of the bulbs on the string lights in this area were also out. The big dock with the slide needs some repairs. Many boards were super soft and the slide’s water hookup was broken.

9 adult men, high school friends stayed for 5 nights. Plus was everyone had there own bed and only one room had more than I person. Location was excellent, on the water with boat dock and a separate party dock. Kitchen was modern and Sep kitchen down stairs also helped. Several other small fridges on docks and other areas.
Downside is property needs some repairs and upkeep. Several decks and all need new paint and no umbrellas for shade ( temps were over 95 everyday during our stay) one deck had zero furniture. Slide on party dock did not work, lights on boat dock also did not work.
A/c and fans worked great. Did not have access to garage and no shade for parking on property in high heat was a bummer.

The property was very clean and spacious. Sandy, the property owner, was very responsive and helpful. If I contacted her, she would immediately get back to me. Loved the dock with the slide. Plenty of room for our group to gather and go swimming. I would recommend this property to anyone going to the Lake of the Ozarks area!

The house worked out great for our group of 13 adult family members. A lot of the bedrooms were tucked away which gave us privacy. The weather was too cold so we couldn’t use the martini bar or the decks. We enjoyed the large living room as a gathering place. The house was very clean. I would definitely stay here again. It met all of our needs and more.

The property wasn't exactly what I expected but adequate for our group. We had sixteen senior golfers staying at the house. Bathroom arrangements and bedrooms were lacking, but again we made do. Also we had to drive down a gravel road to get to the property. Probably won't be staying at this property anytime soon.

The property was nice. The weather, not so much. With it being so cold outside, the lower level was quite cold. We are all in our late 40's, 50's and 60's and some got cold sleeping in the basement. Some things that we would like to have had while we were there were a functioning grill. We used the neighbors after asking them, so it worked out. A hot tub is something we have to have, and it was my mistake for missing. We get quite sore playing golf all day and the hot tub is a true blessing to have. We would have also liked to have had a coffee maker on site. A Kuerig or something like that would have been great. All of these things have been in other houses that we have stayed at. It would have also been nice to have access to a garage so we did not have to empty out the vehicles every day. Everything else was fine.

Great family get away!! We had the best time!
We enjoyed our stay so much! It was a tremendous blessing and the owners were wonderful and easy to work with. The home worked perfectly for our 12 family members. Technically the home is 6 bedrooms and a loft, but there is lots and lots of room and will sleep several more.. There’s is also a nice sitting room that has a twin bed that’s well placed. It worked perfectly for my grandson to be next to his parents bedroom. The access to the lake is wonderful, we were right on the lake and our family spent most of our time on the party dock or in the water. We did bring our cornhole set, which we were able to play on the main deck, it was a perfect fit and our family is serious about cornhole so they measured and everything, lol. We enjoyed our stay so very much and hope to stay again in the future.

Great outdoor space!
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and accommodated our group nicely. One issue was there were really not 7 bedrooms, as you had to walk through the salon to get to the back bedroom, and the salon was a daybed with a pullout lower bed. There is a loft and that’s where we slept, it was adequate, but a bit warm. There were no dish towels in the main kitchen and the lower kitchen was sparsely furnished with plates, etc. While it was not what I would call super dirty, around the edges it was not clean and the bar on the party dock was very dirty. We were also confused about the martini deck, as it was full of leaves and had no furniture. Make sure you bring soap and shampoo, as there was none in the main floor bathroom. (A note to the manager, there was wet laundry in both the washer and dryer. We finished drying and folded it.). You will also want to bring beach towels. Suffice it to say, the VRBO was not outfitted like many I have stayed at. That being said, it was a great location and the outdoor spaces were very nice. Our group had a great time.

Lots of space!
This house was so well laid out that there was plenty of room for everyone to have space to chill. We spent most of our time on the party dock where everyone could be together and swim. The fishing was good there too early in the morning and at night. The beds were comfortable, the air and hot water was plentiful. The kitchen had everything you need to cook. The location is so good if you forget or need anything there are big stores close by. The owners were always available to answer questions before we arrived but everything worked so no need to call them once we arrived. Would highly recommend if you need a large place to gather your family. Thank you for a great place to stay.

Property was clean but some corners were a bit dusty. The shower in the principle room was a bit slick (maybe add a rail). We were a bit disappointed with the BBQ. It is not in a usable location, and leaves were not cleared up so it was a fire hazard. We were not able to move the pit. These are small critiques. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Group Retreat!
We absolutely loved our experience! I planned a retreat for 16 people and everything from communication to home details was amazing. The owners were so friendly, helpful, and responded in good time. No issues at all. All of our guests loved the home and their experience! We were able to cook large meals and everything went smoothly. The kitchen is stocked well and very organized, and the space in the kitchen was helpful in serving that many people at one time - it allowed for a double sided buffet.
The decks were great for spending time outside, regardless of weather! Fishing was great, swimming was great, and overall hanging out was great!
I can’t think of anything that I experienced or that I heard from someone on the trip that was negative. The only “I wish there was a..” comment that was mentioned was that it would be awesome to have a fire pit for guests to enjoy. I heard that a few times, but it wasn’t listed in the description, so it wasn’t something to expect - just thinking it would be fun to have. But everything was amazing! Thank you for hosting us! We already can’t wait to book again!

We had a fantastic family Christmas gathering! The house had plenty of room and beds for our large extended family. We enjoyed being on the lake. Deer visited every day and we were even able to catch a couple fish off the dock. Only complaint is that some of the beds were uncomfortable but then again, there’s no place like home . Overall, a very pleasant stay with everything we needed.
