Élégant appartement de 2 chambres sur Avalon Beach. L'appartement dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée et un, spacieux salon / salle à manger ensoleillée. Les deux chambres ont des lits queen et s'ouvrent sur un deuxième balcon donnant sur Avalon Beach. Peut accueillir 4 adultes.
Réveillez-vous au son lent et régulier des vagues léchant Avalon Beach. Petit déjeuner sur le balcon donnant sur la plage. Promenez-vous dans le chemin et plonger dans l'eau. Imprégnez-vous des vues sur l'océan que vous profitez d'une promenade le long du sable ou explorer les sentiers côtiers.
Avalon est bien connue pour sa plage de surf, piscine de l'océan et la pêche à la roche. La plage est surveillée par l'été.

This is our 3rd time staying here. You can't beat the view and the close proximity to the town of Avalon. No car needed. We had perfect weather. The beach is just across the street. Our host was easy to communicate with and prompt to response. We had another wonderful stay.

Perfect location and incredible views. The shops, restaurants and grocery are right there with access to a beautiful beach. Check in and out was a breeze. Connie the owner got back to me quickly with any questions I might have. My husband and I had a wonderful time.

Avalon Beachview
It is a small two bedroom unit overlooking the beach. Great location, building is old and access is up five flights of stairs. Rooms are small but kitchen lounge is spacious. Forget the car parking as the garage is too small for any modern car except a mini or a motorbike. Street parking only.

Superb and welcoming with ocean views from this sun drenched apartment. Even better than expected from the photos. Location, Location, Location
This property is amazing, the location is better than I expected. I read reviews saying that everything is close however Woolworths is just across the road, cafes, bookshops, dress shops etc, just across the road. Not to mention the surf beach which is on your door step. Sitting inside the apartment or on the balcony looking out at the waves. Listening to the sound of the waves breaking at night. It really is the perfect location. The host is amazing emailed me before with places to eat, walks to go on. All the suggestions were amazing. Loved the Sunday arvo live music at the Bowlo especially. What really stood out with this property is the eye for details. Beautifully renovated, great floors, good spaces, great new kitchen BUT the small things. Enough toilet paper for our stay, condiments in the cupboard, a small weber BBQ we could use on the balcony (which we used heaps especially for bacon breakfasts and lunches) which really helped to keep the cost of the holiday down. Beach towels and bath towels are of great quality and even a couple of small chairs we could use at the beach. Would highly recommend this property. A home away from home.

Excellent holiday home
Location was perfect for beach and shops in Avalon. Lots of good eateries too just a stride away. Bus 199 connected us with all the Northern Beaches area. Caroline was always very helpful.

Amazingly Lush
Beautiful, clean, beach house apartment. Stunning open plan living that looks out to the ocean. Both bedrooms open onto a balcony with stunning views. This is a home away from home. A gorgeous get away to completely disconnect. Close to all amenities, restaurants, shopping, the ocean, EVERYTHING! The ideal holiday location. Thank you Caroline for being an amazing host.

Perfect location for a beach side getaway
The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Beautiful sunny balcony and living room which overlook the beach, and steps away from all that Avalon village has to offer. You could not get a better location and view. The owners were friendly and accommodating and offered lots of suggestions for our stay. We'd come back again.

We have stayed a few times and always enjoy our stay, we will keep returning. The location is absolutely stunning - and sitting out on the balcony watching the waves and local action is so relaxing. What makes this property such a stand out is that the host is lovely, everything is spotlessly clean and there are so many extra touches that make a short break so easy - condiments, muesli, milk, beach towels, an umbrella and so much more.
The bed and pillows are comfortable, the linen is fresh & appropriate to the climate. Being able to walk across the road to the village is super convenient and of course the beach is right there. We usually find a carpark out the front fairly easily also as our car is too big for the onsite garage.

Great apartment in fantastic location
Totally loved our stay here. Lovely apartment, very clean with plenty of natural light and incredible view across the beach. The beach is only a minutes walk away and the town is just across the road. Complimentary milk and muesli left for us and Kitchen had basic foods (oil, vinegars, spices etc) to use which is always handy. Beach towels supplied, plus boogie boards and snorkels makes the stay even more fun. We were even able to get a late check out at the last minute due to our flights being delayed.Great stay. We’ll be back for sure!

Perfect position
This apartment was perfectly positioned for the wedding we attended at Avalon recently. The photos correctly attest to its location directly opposite the beach. It is clean, comfortable and secure. The kitchen is well provisioned with utensils and some essential food items. Avalon village shops and eateries are a short stroll away. The only minor inconvenience was having to park on the street, but with patience you can find a free park with too much trouble. We enjoyed our weekend and hope to stay again in the future.
