Ce condo au premier étage, avec une chambre et une salle de bain, est joliment décoré, fraîchement peint et est situé dans un complexe calme et familial face au golfe à l'extrémité est et la plus belle partie de Panama City Beach (Nautical Watch) . St. Andrew's State Park, Shell Island, Shopping at Pier Park, d'excellents restaurants, un Walmart (pour les choses que vous avez oubliées) et le port de pêche sont tous à quelques minutes de route. La plage est large avec du sable blanc et du sucre bleu clair et de l'eau verte.
À seulement 2 minutes à pied vous emmène à l'une des plus belles plages du monde. Nautical Watch, est un développement privé et familial de vacances et de villégiature. Cette unité est située au premier étage à seulement 15 pieds de votre voiture.
La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision à écran plat, d'un ventilateur de plafond, de volets de plantation à la fenêtre et de rideaux assombrissants pour les vacances. Il y a une nouvelle laveuse / sécheuse superposées dans le placard du hall. Il a une salle de bain complète avec douche et baignoire. La cuisine entièrement meublée a une cuisinière, réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, vaisselle, ustensiles, casseroles, poêles, cafetière, grille-pain. Le salon dispose d'un immense canapé confortable et d'une table / chaises pour manger. La porte coulissante en verre mène à la terrasse avec table, chaises et une vue magnifique sur la piscine. La piscine paysagère tropicale comprend des chaises longues, des tables et des chaises avec des parasols. À gauche des piscines se trouve une maison de bain avec toilettes, une douche et un coin grill.
Notre condo est au bord de la piscine et à seulement quelques pas des plages de sable blanc. Pas de routes à traverser ni de foules à gérer. Garez-vous juste devant la porte pour faciliter le chargement et le déchargement. Si vous avez des enfants, vous pouvez les laisser nager dans la piscine privée pendant que vous vous détendez sur le balcon du rez-de-chaussée et ne vous inquiétez pas pour leur sécurité.
Nous sommes situés à l'extrémité tranquille de Thomas Drive. . Location de jet ski, bateau banane et parachute ascensionnel sont tous sur la plage de notre complexe pour votre plaisir.
Notre maison pourra accueillir 4 personnes très confortablement avec un lit King size et une télévision en master, et un matelas queen size pour le salon.
Ne restez pas dans les gratte-ciel encombrés où vous attendez dans l'ascenseur pendant une demi-heure en été! Ne restez pas dans une petite chambre d'hôtel sans cuisine! Ne restez pas du côté non-plage de Thomas Drive et traversez une route très fréquentée pour vous rendre à la plage. Venez et profitez de Panama City Beach dans le confort de ce condo.

TV went out on Wednesday evening. Owner came out on Thursday but could not get it working between her and cable company. Cable company did a reset no success. Text owner Friday still not working told her no need to come out as we were leaving early Saturday

We loved out stay! It was clean and well stocked with more amenities than we’ve ever had in a condo. Everything to make your stay great! The pool area is awesome with umbrellas and beautiful flowers and trees all around you! I highly recommend!

This was the second time that we stayed in this unit . We loved it so much last year that we booked it again. The complex is located near good restaurants which we enjoy. I really like it being so near the pool. It is a small complex and was very quiet both times. I will try to book it again next year

The owner of the condo was very helpful and let us know about the weather and conditions in Panama because we were arriving on September 30 right after Hurricane hit Florida . Condo was nice as always and weather was Beautiful we visit Panama every year and love the location of Nautical Watch

This condo was so clean and inviting, we had the best, most relaxing vacation. The pool is so close and a short walk to the most beautiful beach. This complex is so quiet which we loved. The condo has all necessary amenities and was so comfortable to stay in for a week. Thank you Chris and Bob!

Pool view, easy beach access. Only one issue no TP in room luckily I had brought some. Had electrical issues but manager fixed quickly. Still 10/10.

The entrance was a little hidden so make sure you watch for it. The condo was VERY close to the beach. We loved how close we were to St. Andrews. It was quiet and relaxing. Pool was cool to have right outside the patio.
It was a cute condo and pretty clean except for the bathtub needed to be rinsed out and under the bed looked like it hadnt been swept in a while. The dishwasher broke right before our trip (which was miserable because we placed a large walmart order to cook a bunch of stuff instead of eating out) so handwashing everything was horrible. The owners did offer small refund but not worth the time I spent washing dishes in my opinion. Our door didnt work for a second but the owners answered immediately (the problem solved itself) so that was good to know they were readily available.
None of this is enough to make us not want to stay again. We did love it and enjoy our time and would come back again. Its perfect for a great getaway.

Condo is in a perfect spot for the beach and the pool, it’s so good of a spot the smallest thing couldn’t really turn you away! When I had a issue the owners were quick with a response! However we was only left with 1 roll of toilet paper, a quarter of liquid hand soap, and 2 shower rags even tho there was 4 of us to shower every night. The cleaning lady was very kind and offered to bring us more but I was willing to just go buy extras! The sleeper sofa in the living room was kinda shaggy but the kids seemed to be okay! Panama is a beautiful beach and we’ll definitely be back! Thanks for letting us stay

This was our 2nd stay at the condo. Just like last time, it was perfect for us. The pool is right out the back door. There are grills located close to the pool. My husband grilled while me and my 3 year old swam. We met some nice people there as well. The short walk to the beach was nice when it was sunny out. The condo is really close to the marina. We rode the sea screamer which I highly recommend for anyone with kids. Over all it was a great stay and we will plan to come back next year.

Upon walking in, Glade plug- in smell was overwhelming to me and my husband (I admit, I do have a very sensitive nose and cannot stand strong ,fake, chemical smells.) No worries, we unplugged them & put them outside on the back porch & fortunately, by the next day, it was mostly gone (2 small plug-ins & 1 colossal one...this is a small place with no smoking or dogs, so shouldn't be any weird funky smells anyway, so I'd say this was definitely over-kill). And then that night (no fault of the owners), above us at 11:15 pm there was a sound that sounded like methodical hammering...SUPER LOUD! Who does that anyway at that time of night? It kinda freaked me out and unfortunately, sleep eluded me for a LONG time! UGH! Especially after an 8 hour trip in the car, I just wanted quiet time which is supposed to happen by 10:00 pm. Oh well, fortunately the other two nights were quiet. The condo itself was just what we were looking for...view of the pool out the back sliding glass door & out the front, a quick walk to the beach WITHOUT having to walk across the street. Our kids & grandkids were staying in an "elevator" condo next door, and I did not like the feel of that at all. It was super nice & convenient to walk out your front door with your car right there. So overall, our experience was good!!! & would highly recommend! :)

Very enjoyable stay
We all liked the condo and had everything we needed. It was easy to check in and very clean. The pool was great and the beach beautiful. Chris was very quick to respond to my questions and we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was just perfect for us. It was very clean and very nicely decorated. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. The beach so close and the pool 10 steps out back. We had one small problem and the owners responded to my text immediately. The code to get to the beach had changed and the problem was taken care of! We are hoping to book the same spot next year!

This property was exacting what we had looked for. After renting in high rises for years we wanted a first floor unit and this was perfect. Steps outside to the pool. Very short walk to beach. Furniture was very nice and comfortable.
