Condo was clean and in excellent condition. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms -- lots of extra towels! Loved the layout with beds above and below. Location was within walking distance to downtown Salida shops and restaurants. Locked parking garage for your vehicle. Great place to stay!

Everything was so easy and perfect. The condo was clean and well furnished with than is needed. It was also fun meeting the neighbors who live in the condo and they were so welcoming and friendly. We will definitely stay here again!!

Really loved the place! Right on the river. We could walk to everything in town. Toy rental for the river was a few steps away. Would definitely rent here again.

Right on the river. View of the mountains. Walk out the front door of the building and all of the restaurants and bars are right around the corner. Grocery stores (including Natural Grocers) are only a four minute walk away. Jessica was very responsive. The A/C was having some trouble when we were there, so it did get a little warm, but it wasn't terrible. It's a neat loft setup and the parking garage on the ground floor (rear of the building) was icing on the cake. Huge smart TV in the living room. Great kitchen. Definitely recommend.

This property is perfectly situated on the river, right downtown with lots of shops, restaurants and even a grocery store within easy walking distance. Great to have the reserved, covered parking and easy, safe access to the garage and condo areas without needing to carry around a key. We had a very pleasant stay.

Great location with easy access to town and river. In town for wedding. We walked to rehersal dinner and wedding was next door on the river. Both beautiful and quaint!

Our family had a wonderful stay. The loft had great views and plenty of natural light. It was clean and beautifully decorated and equipped. Great location next to the river in the heart of old town with easy strolling to the many sweet stores and restaurants. Highly recommended. We’ll be back next year!

Beautiful condo unit in a great location near the river. Adjacent condo unit (G) had defective air conditioner blower that cycled on and off every 45 seconds 24 hrs a day. Could not sleep any of the three nights in master bedroom. Had to use lower level murphy bed which was not as comfortable. Contacts with Jessica W, who was empathetic, did not help out.

Very nice property with a great location in town with easy access to mountain activities all around. Enjoyed our stay but if you are looking for a quiet getaway, this property is located in a busy area that can be noisy given all the activity and people.

Great location in downtown Salida - an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and a beautiful riverfront park. The building itself is adjacent to the boat ramp, so you can sit on the balcony with a view of the river and watch folks swimming, rafting, kayaking, and utilizing the bike path which runs alongside the river. The condo itself was modern, clean, and comfortable. It's a loft bedroom and therefore "open air" to the downstairs, so probably best for families or one couple. The covered and secured garage was a nice plus and included a bike rack in the secured area. I hope that we'll be able to stay here again.

This loft-style condo was a great fit for my family of 4. The location puts you within walking distance of everything you want to see and experience in downtown Salida. Just outside the door is access to the Arkansas River as well as restaurants, shops and a beautiful park. Even with close proximity to all the action, the outside noise was hardly noticeable. The condo had all the necessities for sleeping comfortably and cooking basic meals. Two full bathrooms were a plus in a condo of this size. The only thing I would change would be to add blinds or curtains on all of the windows. Even though the windows faced west, the early morning light in the summer made it a little difficult to sleep past 7:00am, which my family prefers while on vacation. The property manager responded quickly to all of our questions and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this rental.

Location was awesome, newer condo with everything you need to be comfortable. The only thing that I was disappointed in there wasn't cable tv for local news etc.

The condo was awesome. It was exactly as shown and the location was great. We look forward to staying here again. The layout was great we had a family of four and it was more then enough room.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Open, spacious and new! Only issue were the showers...the hot and cold are EXTREME and will change unexpectedly, leaving for a very unpleasant shower experience. Otherwise, really nice and well taken care of place. The murphy bed was great with the curtains around it for privacy. The upstairs bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on. It felt luxurious!! Perfect location downtown.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was exactly like the pictures and very clean. We enjoyed the balcony each morning where you can see and hear the Arkansas river. It’s in an awesome location you can walk to shops, restaurants, the river and parks. Would definitely recommend this property.
