Vous allez adorer le magnifique Little Peppi Cottage! Son style décontracté et baigné de plages, ses touches luxueuses et ses magnifiques œuvres d'art en font le choix idéal pour une escapade romantique ou un week-end spécial entre amis à Dunsborough.
Le petit chalet est à moins de 500m de la plage et au milieu d'un grand bloc bordé d'arbres, avec un potager et de nombreux coins salons extérieurs. Les petites familles apprécieront les charmants jardins et pelouses bien entretenus et le fait qu'il soit situé à seulement deux rues de la plage principale de Dunsborough et de l'aire de jeux de plage populaire du Centennial Park.
Laissez la voiture à la maison et marchez jusqu'à la plage ou en ville, à seulement cinq minutes, ou amenez vos vélos et faites du vélo tranquillement le long du sentier côtier pour explorer les criques de sable et les aires de pique-nique le long de l'estran Dunsborough. Quel endroit fantastique!
La cuisine moderne a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour indépendant ainsi qu'un lave-vaisselle, une machine à café Nespresso, une cafetière à piston, une théière, de jolis plats de service et un grand réfrigérateur. Le coin jardin en plein air et les aires de barbecue sont parfaits pour un petit déjeuner ou un dîner entièrement cuit donnant sur le joli jardin.
Votre confort est assuré toute l'année avec la climatisation à cycle inversé dans l'espace de vie décloisonné. Le feu ouvert est à utiliser uniquement entre les mois de mai et septembre.
Linge de chambre et de toilette est inclus mais s'il vous plaît apporter vos propres serviettes de plage.

Very well appointed and comfortable. Whilst it is advertised with aa fireplace, wood is not provided. This was a little misleading as I discovered this in the finer detail.

Clean, great location, very comfortable, kitchen well stocked with pots, pans etc to make cooking in very easy. Loved sitting in the garden. Would stay again.

Lovely little home, equipped with everything we needed. Beautifully presented. For the time we were staying another towel each would have been appreciated. The tv remote didn’t work, had to operate it manually to turn on and off. Just the two little niggily things which are really quite minor - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, location was perfect, garden lovely, proximity to beach and town centre easy walking distance. Will come back again!

Peppi Cottage is always our go to place. Love everything about it. So quiet and relaxing. Close to the beach and town. Everything you need is provided.

The cottage was perfect for us. Very well equipped and comfortable. 5 minute walk to the beach and 10/15 minute walk into town. Good off road walk/cycle way round to a large netted swimming area.
Town has a nice feel, good shops, cafes. Plenty of parking.
Highly recommend this cottage.

Property was as described but could do with a updated bathroom, shower and toilet. Rest of the house was cute and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. 10 min walk to town, 5 min walk to beach in a quiet neighborhood.

Best ever
Have been renting in Margaret River/Busselton/Dunsborough areas for many years but Little Peppi Cottage is by far the best accommodation we have had. Perfect for two; comfortable, well equipped, perfect garden, very peaceful - we hope to be back.

We felt blessed to be able to stay in such a cosy & warm cottage...perfect for myself & my husband. It was clean with everything you need & only 15min walk into Dunsborough & 4min walk to the beach.

Beautiful spot
Great property, as beautiful as the pictures. The garden is a lovely spot to relax. The whole place has a good vibe- was a good spot to nurse my hangover after a big wedding !! Would recommend.

Peaceful Getaway
Lovely cottage. Compact, well designed for a couple. Welcome open light spaces. Well equipped. Enjoyed all the beautiful finishing touches from art works to sea shells. It made for a great ambience. Thank you! When we had difficulty unlocking windows manager was around quickly to help sort it. Thank you again.

We loved our stay and it was very comfortable. Great location near the beach (beautiful part of dunsborough beach with very calm waters while we were there) and also town. Other than to visit the vineyards, we parked our car during our stay and took our bikes around with the two toddlers in the back trailer :-) was a lovely way to experience all dunsborough has to offer! If you go left along the water you eventually come to a cute little coffee van (silver bullet) with a playground nearby, maybe 10-15 min bike ride. Was a lovely way to start the day. There’s also a playground near the house which was great for after dinner / before bed play. No bath for the little ones, but they’d spent the day in the ocean and enjoyed standing under the shower for a bit of fun (mine are 2 and 3). Overall a very comfortable stay with everything we needed in a great location. Beware there is no WiFi, but does have basic satellite with a few channels (including a kids channel). We had hoped to watch Christmas movies with the kids in the evenings before bed by logging into our Netflix from the cottage, but this was not an option unfortunately. However as weather gets nicer (and for those who don’t have little ones who go to bed at 7pm) this shouldn’t be a problem

This is a lovely cottage v close to the beach and 15 mins walk from town.
Has all amenities with lots of lovely touches and decor.
Was spotless.
Also we loved as extremely quiet area.

Character filled cottage
We loved our stay at this beautifil and character filled cottage. The bedrooms are very comfortable, lounge and kitchen the perfect size for our short stay, and we just loved the garden and outdoor seating area. Very highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!

Cute place to stay
Great little place to stay, close to the beach and to the town. Very clean however lots of old spider webs to ceiling and in bathroom, the sofa was uncomfortable but the beds were great. Highly recommend staying here.

Property was beautiful and clean. My boys loved the gardens and the street was lovely and quiet so they were able to play on bikes and I could enjoy the beauty of the garden while watching them play. Such lovely little touches like the lizard in the tree and the tyre swing. THANK YOU

Gorgeous!
We had a lovely 3 night stay at Little Peppi Cottage. The garden is beautiful and our young children enjoyed playing outside in the sunshine while we read and relaxed in the sun. Great location.

What a fabulous place in a fabulous area. Beautifully clean, neat and cozy.
The house was just what we needed with every amenity, that allowed us to enjoy 9 lovely days and nights.
Falling to sleep “under the stars” each night was a bonus.
