Very clean, friendly staff, professional and fast check in/out.
Could not get air conditioning to cool lower in rooms. Price was on higher end of comparable Punta Gorda properties.

Power was out for over 14 hours. They did not prepare for power outages. No lights nothing very scary

The creepy guys lurking around in the parking lot, and it wasn’t the valet guy!!!! Very suspicious. The non existent water pressure in the shower. The non existent hot water. I called the front desk to tell them we didn’t have hot water. I was ignored. No call backs. No maintenance man knocked on our door. Highly upsetting. Will I stay again? Im not sure. Would I recommend? Doubtful.

Certain management needs to be replaced (GM and Front Desk). They have forgotten how to handle regular guests.

For our visit the location was perfect. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was the best free breakfast I’ve ever seen in a hotel.

Great spot, thought it was quite expensive however. If I had waited I could have gotten it cheaper coming into town the same day. Also the bed was pretty uncomfortable I was on the trundle bed.

Loved the Tiki Hut. Everyone was friendly and professional and rooms were well appointed. Breakfast was well done. The area is lovely. Wish we could have stayed longer!
