Pa’ani signifie jouer, faire du sport, jouer ou se divertir. «Pa’ani at Princeville» est le nom parfait pour ma maison de vacances bien aménagée sur le 3e trou et le 4e tee du parcours Princeville Makai Lakes avec son sentier à proximité de la plage d'Anini. Pa'ani est un condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain dans l'un des meilleurs endroits pour profiter de tout ce que la côte nord de Kauai a à offrir. Conduisez jusqu'à 20 plages en 5 à 20 minutes et suivez le sentier de 10 minutes jusqu'à la belle plage tranquille d'Anini. Le salon et le patio offrent une vue sur l'océan, les montagnes et le parcours de golf. Il y a une mezzanine séparée de la chambre principale avec un futon queen size, donc il peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. (L'occupation standard est de 4 personnes, mais peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes, des frais supplémentaires s'appliquent.)
La piscine est à proximité pour se rafraîchir après une dure journée de jeu et il y a une baignoire à jets dans la salle de bain principale pour détendre vos muscles heureux. This place was perfect for our long family vacation with 2 little kids. VERY well equipped from the kitchen to beach supplies. Kitchen has nice quality things. Great supply of toiletries. We stayed in August and did not have a direct sunset view, just FYI if that is what you're looking for. But there is a beautiful lookout just a short drive down the road. Washer/dryer worked well. We had some issues with the AC but that got handled and it worked perfect after that. Pool was never crowded. Golf course was peaceful setting and not too busy. We felt very safe. Princeville is perfect location and the area is the best part of the island if your looking for relaxation and the most beautiful surroundings. We would stay here again and we would recommend!!

The BBQ on the back patio was perfect for cooking dinners. The kitchen was organized and well stocked. And the pool was used almost every day.

We totally enjoyed and appreciated the location, amenities and furnishings of this condo. The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the condo was conducive to having guests. The kitchen was amazingly stocked- we like to cook at home and had everything we needed. In fact, I might have to get those all-clad pans at my place! Kira and crew were very responsive although we had very little need to contact anyone as the condo is well maintained. Great beach accessories provided as well. We definitely will come back!

Easy location to find and great instructions for getting into the unit. spacious unit with Beautiful golf course views. Lots of extras included….soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, linens (including beach towels), dish soap, laundry detergent and a sampling of Hawaiian snacks and drinks. Large sectional couch for a family of 5, big kitchen with all the necessities and dining table with space for 5. No air conditioning, but lots of windows and fans in every room to keep cool air flowing. Spacious bathrooms with double sinks and large showers. Quiet neighborhood within 10 minutes of Hanalei Bay and Hanalei Center (shopping and dining area with delicious breakfasts at Hanalei Bread Co). We would definitely stay here again.

We had a delightful stay at this property in early February 2024! Spacious and very clean with everything you need for cooking, relaxing and just chilling! The area was undergoing external upgrades (roofing while we were there), but it was never an annoyance - workers were considerate of guests and worked from about 8:30-4; cleaning up everything before they left. Our GPS took us down 1 street too soon for this rental, but placards are all around clearly indicating where each unit is. The owners provide everything needed - soap, shampoo, dish detergent & dishwasher soap, laundry soap, hand soap, towels (including beach & pool). Convenient to local shopping, grocery & restaurants and it is all within easy commuting of many local destinations! Excellent value for the money! Will absolutely stay here again (and again) whenever we make Kaua’i our destination!

Our stay was amazing. Place is exactly as described. On-site free parking. Short walk to watch the sunrise. Nice hike to Anini beach. Team was great with communication. We could not have asked for a better trip and home base. The property was everything we needed and wanted for our stay. The views are amazing, the condo was a perfect size for the five of us (3 adults and 2 teens). It was a great place to come back to after days hiking and exploring. It had everything we needed to prepare some lovely dinners from the local fish market and plenty of extras to make our beach adventures more comfortable. We did not have to contact the host during our stay but the instructions and communication prior to coming included all the information we needed. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

This is a great location for a stay in north shore Kauai! It is an easy drive to Princeville center, Hanalei and all the north shore beaches. The inside of the property has been updated and is very comfortable. We did have to clean the upstairs sinks and counter tops, but not a show stopper. They have everything you need for cooking and for the beach (towels, snorkel gear, water shoes, and chairs). The communication with the property owner was excellent from the time we made the reservation to the time we checked out.
One of the best things about this property is that you can relax on the back patio and see the sunset, view of the ocean, and there was a nesting albatross that we were able to see!

Our family of 5 just had a great week here. It had everything we could need and we loved just sitting out back watching the wonderful view. The beds were super comfy and everything was organized nicely, as well as plenty of beach equipment to borrow. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 3 stayed for spring break. We love being in Princeville so the location was perfect for us. The condo itself was well appointed and comfortable without being too fussy. The manager did walk right in the first day and asked my daughter if she was supposed to be there (we were unpacking upstairs), but quickly left after realizing we had checked in that day. Neighbors and area were clean and quiet. Sleeping with windows and doors open kept the night cool enough to sleep. Overall, great condo and we would return.

We have visited Kauai multiple times & have almost always stayed in Princeville. We loved this townhouse’s location on the edge of the golf course, with an ocean view from the living room window & back lanai. The unit was very clean & well-kept with just about anything you can think of. Great Webber gas grill on the lanai, a large outdoor storage closet with cooler, beach equipment, etc. The house had everything we needed including sunscreen, shampoo, soaps, etc. The kitchen was well equipped & appliances were in excellent condition. Suzanne & Kira were awesome to correspond with & were very prompt in answering questions, etc. Everything exceeded our expectations. (Except the wet, windy weather, which was beyond anyone’s control, but was great for The Eddie to go this year on Oahu!).

My family stayed here for a week and had a great time. Kira and Suzanne immediately answered all of our questions. Being between the golf course and the Westin meant being able to enjoy fantastic sunrises every morning, and a view of the ocean. With the front and back door open, there was a lovely breeze that kept the house cool all day. Everything was clean. Plenty of beach chairs and gear. Easy walk to Princeville shopping center and short drive to so many beautiful beaches. Thanks for a great vacation!

Our flights are at 8 and 9 am this morning so we are at the airport and have checked out of the condo.
The Positives: It is a most beautiful location. The decor in the living area is wonderful. The kitchen is equipped perfectly. We loved watching our daughter and her husband play golf on this fantastic course. We never saw any ants or bugs.
The Negatives: The place could have been cleaner. We cleaned up spills on the floor. There should have at least been hand soap at each sink. The worst negative is the bedding. The pillows were so flat, the sheets were very thin (my husband thought he was going to put a toe through one). Both couples thought the mattress could be updated.
All in all, we had a great time. We would recommend this place but have them ask about the beds and bedding.

Beautiful Oasis
This condo was tucked back by the golf course and was absolutely beautiful. My family and I were traveling to Kauai for the first time. We came with our three teens (14, 16, and 17). The condo was spacious and really updated. It has some nice touches like beach towels and sunscreen, along with good information about local grocery stores and some local etiquette. This place has a washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher- which was wonderful for our large family. Additionally, the fridge had condiments which was helpful in cooking some of our own meals. There is no air conditioner, but this was not a problem with all of the windows that could be opened to let in the air. We slept very comfortably. I would prepare people that Kauia (as well as some of the other islands) have a wild chicken issue. If you are a sensitive sleeper- you may want to bring ear plugs. This was not specific to this property, but something to know overall.

Great place to stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. The location is excellent, with a view of the ocean across a section of golf course and a short walk from a bluff overlooking a beautiful stretch of beach - great place to watch the sun rise and set. We did have a broken shower head in one of the bathrooms when we arrived but the property manager made sure it was fixed it the same day. The condo is close to the Princeville center for grocery shopping, a short drive from wonderful snorkeling beaches (Sealodge, Hideaway and Anini), and about 10 minutes drive to Hanalei.

A very good and well kept condo with enough lounge and cooking space for the four of us. This is an end unit with ocean and sunset views. The patio opens onto the golf course which make it seem like you have a huge backyard. The check in process was super easy - appreciated after a long flight and driving in at night to a place we've never been.

Good place for a small family
Our family emjoyed our stay in Kauai. This condo had pretty much everything we needed that would be provided in a hotel suite. I would recommend this place if all you need is a place to sleep.
We hiked down to the beach a couple of times while there. The beach is quiet and not populatef, so that was nice. Most of the time we were out all day at activities or checking out the island.
We didn't use the grill, but that is there if needed. We made use of the kitchen to only cook our breakfasts. The kitchen had everything we needed for that.
The place is clean. Decor and furniture is on the low end, old and island style. There were a couple of throw rugs that kept shredding everytime we stepped on it. Those need replacing.
The only view is that particular one that you see of the golf course and a bit of the ocean. You only see it from the small back patio and a side window from upstairs.
I rated this one star short of a 5 because of the furniture and only partial, faraway view of the ocean.
