Absolutely the most well appointed, maintained property we have enjoyed through VRBO. Lovely outdoor areas. Only recommendation would be replacement for the Beautyrest mattress downstairs.

I have to say, we love Pine and usually visit a few times a year. We had a long standing fave until the owner sold 2 years ago. We've struggled finding a place we loved, until now. Check-in was a breeze. We were blown away at how large the home was in person. Main living area was spacious with plenty of comfortable seating options. Definitely nap worthy. The decor is exactly what you'd expect in a cabin. So many cool things. We noticed new things every day. Downstairs rooms are nicely furnished, comfy beds, large closets w/ shelving. Master suite is awesome, too. The kitchen was a dream. If you need it, its there. All utensil options, sharp knives, small appliances, cutting boards, beverage pitcher. It has a built in ice maker & purified water option on the sink. Everywhere we looked, there were games/ activities. They have a full game cabinet, bookshelf, and other random games all over the place. The outdoor space is special. Deck wraps around most of the house, furniture on all sides. The outdoor living area was comfy and fun to hang out in. Game room was popular w/ our boys as was the outdoor tv. Loved the hot tub. Right behind the house are tetherball and horseshoes. We wish we had time to enjoy it all but plan to stay again. Hosts were available & responded quickly to a question we had about a local spot we had heard about. We didn't need them outside of that, as their printed communications were thorough. Neighborhood is quiet. You won't regret it, book your stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Dancing Bear Lodge, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning views of the surrounding forest and mountains. The cabin itself was immaculate, with rustic charm and modern amenities perfectly balanced. The spacious living area was cozy and inviting, featuring a beautiful stone fireplace. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked dinners. The bedrooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the nearby hiking trails. The outdoor hot tub was a highlight, offering a relaxing soak under the stars each night. The hosts were incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in. Their attention to detail made the stay seamless and enjoyable. Overall, the Dancing Bear Lodge is a hidden gem that offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway in nature. I can’t wait to return!

Such a beutiful property with lots of fun activities there and near by. Was a perfect getaway from the valley!

Spent time with my family at this amazing property!! Spectacular and Amazing are understatements!! Had everything we needed and was hard to leave the property. Horseshoes took us back in time as my kids used to play when they were young. Great setting, great deck, great outside sitting where we spent a lot of time laughing! Will be back!!!!

Let me say first that the cabin is great, the kitchen was well stocked, was very clean when we checked in, the covered patio is beautiful , the kids loved the hot tub. Lots of patio furniture! Our only issue with the cabin was that it is NOT three bedroom, and it is a bit confusing because the listing says 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and only in the description you see "loft". Well, a loft is certainly not a bedroom. We were quite miserable sleeping up there because there is little privacy, if someone from your party gets up early to get water or make coffee forget it, you are up too! The bathroom up there does not have the walls going all the way to the ceiling so it's like doing your business behind a curtain, again, the entire cabin can hear everything. And if the nature calls in the middle of the night the turbo toilet 5000 in there is gonna wake up everybody in the loft and beyond! So this is effectively a two bedroom cabin, maaaaybe you can have kids sleeping up there in the loft but we were certainly not comfortable and did not get a good night sleep. The host is very responsive and everything else, like I said, was wonderful, just keep in mind the bedroom situation!

The house is in a great location with lots of fun games and things to do on property. The outdoor living space is a great place to hang out day and night. Hikes are really close and the place is set up very well for friends or a family trip.

This was a cool climate, relaxing get-away for us with friends and family. We played some tether ball, ping pong and did some grilling. We explored the area a bit and had an enjoyable time. Dancing Bear Lodge had all the amenities for a comfy relaxing time with plenty for entertainment. The hosts were fantastic and very responsive and accommodating. Dancing Bear Lodge was a highlight of our trip to Arizona. The hosts created a perfect retreat that is well appointed. The hot tub is amazing (clean and new) and we were fortunate to watch an elk roam nearby while relaxing in the hot tub. The place has a large variety of games, a kitchen with everything we needed, and overall thoughtful touches most everywhere. We enjoyed nearby hikes but also just staying at the lodge and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable. Our whole family highly recommends Dancing Bear Lodge.

The cabin was great for our two-night getaway. As a group of six (three couples) and a dog, we had plenty of space and were incredibly comfortable. Communication with the owner was very easy and he checked on us even though everything was great. The kitchen was surprisingly well-outfitted. The porch and yard were very nice even in the chilly winter weather. Everything matched the descriptions and photos. We found good pizza and a nice dog-friendly brewery in Pine. The trailhead for the Arizona Trail was also only a couple minutes away, and it was so pretty and relaxing. 100% recommend.

We had everything we needed. Lots of space and super cozy accommodations. Kitchen was fully equipped, and the location was perfect to be lazy or get out and do things. We will be back.

We spent 3 nights at the Dancing Bear Lodge to celebrate my boyfriend’s 40th Birthday. It was absolutely perfect! The lodge is beautiful, we had everything we needed to make the most of our stay! I we woke up to SNOW the first morning. What more could you ask for!? Communication was great! Thank you for allowing us to celebrate in style in your amazing Lodge!

It was very relaxing and pretty much how they described it in the ad. The backyard is pretty steep to walk around which turned out to be a little problem for one of our dogs who's older but other than that, it was a really nice place and the perfect spot for relaxation.

This is a great place. We will be back.

Everything was wonderful! Clean, comfortable, fun and relaxing. We are already planning our next stay. Nick was great!

The cabin exceeded our expectations! The outdoor patio area was a fantastic place to enjoy meals, sports games on the large TV, and enjoy the fireplace. The cabin had everything you could need including a great selection of games and books. The cabin is very pet friendly with a fenced in back yard and gated deck areas. The cabin is located close to area attractions and far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet.

Dancing bear lodge was perfect for our weekend getaway. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 pups. We enjoyed the outdoor area, hot tub, and games. Beautiful weather, we had a blast!

The cabin was perfect and exactly what we expected. There was plenty of space for our family and fur baby to hang out. The outdoor space was cozy and we enjoyed s’mores and a movie. We had everything we needed. If we stay in Pine again, the Dancing Bear Lodge will be at the top of our list of places to stay.

We have stayed in many VRBO's in the US as well as internationally and this was one of the best. It's a beautiful property that sits on a private wooded lot that's fully fenced in. We enjoyed most of our time outside on the lovely covered 2nd living/dining patio. The home has been updated and the decor is nicely appointed with a 'cabin' charm. The owners checked in with us frequently to be sure everything was ok and were very responsive to any of our inquiries. We walked our pup daily and she was mesmerized by all the elk and deer. We'll definitely be back!

This property is perfect for one couple or an entire family. There is plenty to do for everyone including a wonderful Whirlpool spa. We did not stay long enough to enjoy everything this property has to offer. Next time we will definitely stay longer.

We absolutely loved this cabin! We stay in vrbo properties regularly. Never have we had one as well put together and organized as this one. Everything we needed and wanted was available and included for a perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful stay here. This cabin had absolutely everything we were looking for…we never even left the cabin during our stay. We loved the fenced-in outside space for our dogs to explore. We also loved the TV outside. Amazing place! We hope to come back soon!
