La propriété est située à l'embouchure du canal Polk, une voie navigable d'un kilomètre de long excavée dans les années 1950, allant du lac Magician à Viewpoint Beach ... entourée de pins et de feuillus qui poussent depuis un siècle ou plus. Great Place. Heather and Hilda were easy and great to work with. We would definitely stay again.

It was a cute place. The no linens & towels was new for most of us, but we made it work. We rented a boat which was nice to have. Hilda was very responsive whenever I messaged her. We locked ourselves out, and she came over right away without making us feel bad.

We had a great stay! The one thing the listing doesn’t boast about is the shower head is super high which is wonderful for tall people! My dad has spent a lifetime huddling under shower heads so it was so nice to have this extra tall shower head! The cottage is clean and peaceful and the dock is great! The furniture is very comfortable and the tv is great for rainy days too! The canal is quiet and nature is abundant, we enjoyed herons, swans, geese, fish, and other birds. The owner is very helpful and responsive to any questions you have along the way! We will be back for more R&R!

We arrived at night so the property was a tad hard to find but the host was super helpful. Cottage was comfortable and location was great! Host went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t be more pleased. We will definitely be back!

This is our second year going here. We loved our weekend getaway. Only issue was we rented a pontoon boat and we did get one but it was smaller then the one we expected. Next year we will make sure the bigger pontoon is what we get.

besides having a difficult time finding the cabin (wrong address) the stay was very nice, supplied with everything needed. Very clean!

Second year in a row and might just make this a yearly stay! House is big enough for the family to spread out and not on the main lake so it’s very peaceful. Rented the pantoon for a day and has a great time on Magician Lake. Fished from the docks the whole week. Host is amazing and very accommodating.

Reunion trip
Stayed at this property with my family for a family reunion and it was amazing! Great size, clean, and quiet! Kids had a great time fishing on the dock out back. Would love you stay again.

At the beginning of our stay we encountered a few disappointments but Hilda and her hard working daughter were very helpful, nice and they were trying to make our stay as great as possible. Overall it was a wonderful and very relaxing weekend. Thank you and hope to see you again!

The house provided ample room and was nicely decorated. It was somewhat difficult to get to, along a long dirt road.

The boys were in heaven fishing on the channel. The cottage was clean and just what we needed. We usually tent camp but with Covid wanted our own bathroom and space. The swim areas were a disappointment.. The docks were broken and unsafe. The area had a major storm a month or more ago and they were working on the trees. Pontoon rental was not ready. We had to take pieces from 3 different ones to get one to work. The kids were worried we were going to breakdown out on the lake. Overall we had great fun. A good nothing fancy cottage rental.

Nice place, as described. Believe that the "queen" bed is actually a full/double unfortunately. Sandy, very shallow/gradual swimming area across the street which was nice but a bit mucky. Overall a solid place to stay, we enjoyed our time here and the access to lots of local attractions. Thanks!

My Family and I had a wonderful time at Heron’s Nest! Communication and check in was a breeze, pontoon rental went smoothly, the place was clean and had everything needed for a short stay in Sisters Lakes!
