Venez séjourner au Beach Glass Cottage! Au bord d'un étang immaculé, entièrement rénové, 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain chalet au coeur de Hyannis. Vraiment l'idéal pour la famille et les amis. Le Beach Glass Cottage est à l'écart de l'action, mais à distance de marche de Main Street Hyannis qui propose des boutiques éclectiques, des restaurants, des bars, des glaces avec mini-golf et un délicieux carrousel. La tente Cape Cod Melody est également à quelques pas du cottage.
Ce charmant chalet comprend 3 grandes chambres, 2 salles de bain entièrement rénovées et une cuisine ouverte toute neuve avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. La salle à manger formelle avec une grande table pouvant accueillir 6 personnes, mène à un grand salon avec une télévision à écran plat murale au-dessus de la cheminée. Il y a beaucoup de sièges confortables et de curseurs ouverts sur une grande terrasse donnant sur l'étang. Une véranda pittoresque se trouve au centre de la maison avec des bascules en osier et une causeuse en plumes, parfaite pour lire ou profiter du café du matin. The Beach Glass Cottage was wonderful. We loved everything about it. It was immaculate and very cozy inside and the yard was perfect for relaxing and playing yard games. We loved to sit out on the deck and have our coffee as well. Maureen was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. We made great memories here and I would love to come back some time.

Great location and such a beautiful house! The Cape is loaded with things to do and this house is in a great spot to get to all Cape and island activities . Highly recommend! You truly don’t need to bring anything except clothes and toiletries. Everything is provided for you.

We traveled with family for a week in the Cape and Nantucket and were so excited to see how remote and peaceful this area of town was. Not a lot of walkability but with a car or a bike (they provide) there were lots of great places to explore. Many little details that felt like we were in a boutique hotel. Would definitely go back!

I took my mother’s friends for a weekend getaway as a gift to my mother! They had a wonderful time and loved the home decor and cleanliness of the house.
One issue that usually comes with lake houses is tiny flies that were every where outside the house, probably thousands of them! I cleaned my car twice and still find that flies a few days later.
The inside was so nice to stay and free of bugs :)

Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing stay. Everything at the cottage is "just right" - comfy beds and couch, dining table big enough for us all to share meals and board games, sun room for relaxing, and serene views over the pond. Everything is squeaky clean and perfectly welcoming!

This Is our second time staying at Beach Glass Cottage. It’s such a comfortable little house. Has everything you could possibly need, close to everything in Hyannis.
You’re in a neighborhood but actually very close to the beach, dining and shopping.
I look forward to our our next visit.

We had a wonderful time at Beach Glass Cottage. Maureen and Brian were excellent hosts- they were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The cottage is beautifully decorated and so comfortable and cozy. There are so many thoughtful touches in each room to make for a very comfortable stay. The view out back of the pond is spectacular! The cottage is in a great location- close to anything you need, but feels like a really relaxing retreat. There are tons of games and books and an adorable sunroom with lots of beautiful plants! Just a lovely place to stay! Thank you Maureen and Brian for sharing your beautiful cottage and for a wonderful family Thanksgiving getaway- wish we could have stayed longer!

The house was very clean, quaint and cozy. It has a peaceful ambiance and it felt like home. It’s close to Main Street, the ferry, restaurants, grocery stores and so much more. It’s in a perfect location and great neighborhood. The owners are very responsive and easy to communicate with. I definitely recommend this house.

My three daughters and I choose a place each fall to meet for a Mother-Daughter weekend. Initially we thought we'd go to Martha's Vineyard for the day but decided against that. Really just wanted to hang out together. We might have hiked,but the weather on Saturday was very rainy. Shopped in Wellfleet and Chatham. lunch at the wonderful PB Boulangerie in Wellfleet. Don't miss it. The cottage is tastefully furnished, well equipped, comfortable. We have absolutely no complaints.

Must have been one of the cleanest properties we've ever stayed in--everything was sparkling, and very cozy. So many romantic Cape Cod touches in every room. Comfortable beds and furniture in both the great room and sun room. Deck was well appointed with perfect furnishings and view of lovely pond, and the very large yard afforded so much privacy and quiet. Location was perfect, very close to main street with great shopping and dining, and the harbor area with more great restaurants--Tugboats was our personal fave. All appliances seemed pretty new, we especially appreciated the ceiling fans--kitchen well appointed and it was nice to have the gorgeous dining room as well. Overall a 5-star property!

The cottage is exactly as described and even prettier in person. The hosts have thought of everything. It’s an easy, safe walk from the house to Main Street. Location is great for getting around the Cape.

Stayed for four days & it was very serene & relaxing. Quiet location with a water view, easy to get to shops & restaurants. Would definitely book again. Quintessential Cape Cod.

Property was even better than what we expected from the listing. Host was very easy to work with. Easy access to all Cape Cod fun and beaches. House was well stocked with anything you would need for a family beach trip (bikes, chairs, boogie boards, etc.). Everything was very well taken care of. 10/10 would stay at this property again.

We had an absolutely fabulous time at the Beach Glass cottage. It was extremly clean which is so important to us. It was beautifully decorated for the cape so you really felt you were on vacation. It was close to everything ( great location) and Maureen was very responsive to any questions we had. One of the best places we have stayed at at the Cape snd we have been coming to the cape for 15 years snd have stayed in many places. The special touches were very welcoming !! We have found our place and will definetly be back !!! ❤️

Our family of 7 was easily accommodated at the Beach Glass Cottage. Maureen was so easy to communicate with and made us feel right at home. The house was fully stocked with a full kitchen and the garage had tons of yard toys, beach chairs, and things to do! 10/10 😊

The Glass Beach Cottage was very cute & clean with thoughtful beach-themed decor. The mattresses were very comfortable & the showers had great water pressure. Our family of five had fun playing cards & games in the evenings all of which were provided. We also used the fire pit three evenings which was wonderful! Lastly, Maureen was very helpful & quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. We highly recommend staying here!

Everything you need in this home away from home is in this well appointed property. Adorable decor, kitchen is perfect for any meal prep & any pot or utensil is there. But lots of restaurants very close by. And if you love a summer concert, Melody Tent is literally around the corner. Loved having coffee the morning on the deck watching the geese wander past.
I didn’t want to leave. Host response to any questions was immediate & great information.

My husband and I, two adult children and one's fiance spent a week at the BEACH GLASS COTTAGE. Not only was it exactly as pictured, it was so much more. Everything was there that we needed or could possible want. The location was close to everything; yet on a quiet peaceful street. The huge back yard with a fire ring and 6 Adirondak chairs overlooked a pond complete with lily pads and on-cue geese. It was like living in a movie set.
Maureen and Brian provided detailed information on activities, day trips, grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment and more.
For my husband's 75th birthday, we went to THE BLACK CAT in the harbor - OUTSTANDING! We took a drive up to Provincetown - charming, quaint and the best LOBSTER ROLL at the LOBSTER POT. We had plenty of time to relax but yet had so much to do and see.
This was one of our favorite VRBO experiences not only regarding the property ,but with the delightful owners, as well.

We had a good time at this property. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There are a lot of books, great if you are a reader. The only improvement I can think of is if the sheets can be switched to cotton sheets; not a fan of polyester sheets. We loved our cape cod vacation!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay.
The tranquil property over looks a serene pond. Maureen had a ton of resources from kitchen utensils to baby gear (crib, highchair, gate, toys), to laundry detergent, to beach toys and bikes! The cozy living room is a perfect center spot to hang with your party on the big couch while the rooms are on opposite sides of the home. Not to mention the beautiful sunroom where I enjoyed my coffee and read my book! 10/10! We would definitely stay again!

Us 3 couples couldn't have planned a better place to stay!! Absolutely the best. We had a steak cookout one evening and every night we had a firepit night. Watching the sunset over the lake, it was exactly what we all needed to relax. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful cottage and make so many memories and endless laughter. This cottage had perfect decore. So warm, relaxing and welcomed you home with the first step inside.

This property was just gorgeous!! Maureen was so kind and super accommodating, always replying fast when I had to contact her for anything. The Beach Glass Cottage was beautiful, with an entire binder full of resources for us to use for things like coffee, groceries, and restaurants. I definitely plan to book with Maureen again!!

We had a lovely stay at this property. It’s a lovely place with beautiful views over a lake. But I would advise anyone staying here to meet the cleaners when leaving the property. We left before and were given an additional bill of $50. They stated there was a smell of urine and they needed to do extra cleaning. The smell certainly wasn’t there when we left half an hour before the cleaners arrived, and as no one in our party has any urinary problems, no one is incontinent of urine or had any urine infections, we found it hard to believe. We ended up paying half the requested amount as it was only our word against theirs but we certainly didn’t agree with it.

What a great house! In a great location, close to everything. The Tuft & Needle beds were beyond comfortable, the large sectional was great for all of our family to hang and play games. The interior reading room with skylights was the selling point for me and ofc, it was my favorite room.

This Home is spectacular, as the pictures do not do it justice. For example, the sunroom was a perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee. The kitchen was also well equipped with everything you need. Locale wise, we were close to an array of stores & restaurants. The Owners were also delight to deal with. We definitely look forward to staying there again in the near future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Glass House. We immediately felt at home: there were five of us, and we could spread out and have our privacy while enjoying common spaces, cooking and other activities as well. The holidays decorations were a lovely and thoughtful touch. Thank you!

Three of us had a wonderful stay over the Veteran's Day weekend. The house was well kept and very clean as well as in a great location. Lot's of great restaurants nearby, we even took a walk on a nearby beach in November on the Cape! We all highly recommend this property.

The pictures didn't capture the true charm and loviness of the home. We hope to stay there every year and make it a place where we come with our family. It's perfect for two families with children, a couple with travel with their parents and children or just a family! It's decorated with the true style of Cape Cod but done in a sophisticated way. Truly a great experience. Maureen was beyond helpful, and took great care getting some items we left behind back to us. You'll fall in love, out on the back deck with the sounds of nature!

When we booked our stay, Maureen told us we only needed to bring our clothes & she was not kidding. She supplied everything you could possibly think of for comfort & enjoyment. It is beautifully decorated & very cozy. We’ll be returning for sure.
