Amazing Beachfront Condo 3BR/2BA - Spectacular View
Fabuleux 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain en bord de mer en copropriété se trouve sur les plages de sable blanc privée sur le Golfe du Mexique. Condo dort 8 - 10. vue sud-ouest spectaculaire depuis le balcon surdimensionné au cinquième étage. Notre petit complexe offre l'isolement et l'intimité d'un rendez-vous a-way pour deux ou peut accueillir des vacances en famille remplie d'activités sans fin tant sur site et à distance de marche de la propriété.
L'intérieur comporte 1250 pieds carrés d'espace de vie ouvert. Vue sur le golfe du Mexique à partir de plusieurs pièces.
Cuisine entièrement équipée avec un de manger au bar.
La salle à manger offre de nombreux sièges pour six et le salon dispose d'un fauteuil et d'un canapé en coupe queen. Complet avec télévision à écran plat et un lecteur Blu-ray.
Quelle vue, Les portes coulissantes en verre ouvrent complètement pour une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique.
Le balcon privé est complet avec table de patio pour quatre, un planeur et de confortables fauteuils parfaits pour profiter de quelques-unes des plus belles vues que vous aurez jamais l'expérience.
La chambre principale est meublée d'un lit king size, télévision à écran plat, un dressing et dressing privé avec miroir et une chaise avec salle de bains principale.
La deuxième chambre comprend un lit queen size et un grand lit tout. Télévision à écran plat. Grand walk-in et le stockage suffisant de la commode. La chambre est adjacente à la salle de bain d'hôtes.
La troisième chambre a grand lit avec télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD intégré. Complète avec walk-in et le stockage suffisant de la commode.

We stayed here for a family vacation...my husband and I, our 2 adult kids and their spouse/significant other, and our 19 month old grandson. The condo was perfect in size for all 7 of us, was exactly as described, very clean, had everything you needed and more for adults and infants/toddlers and also for the beach (towels, kids toys, football, cart to bring stuff to the beach, coolers, EVERYTHING!). Loved that there was a pool, hot tub, and that this was right at the beach. We all had a great time. Would definitely stay here again!

We travel to this area every year for week. This is one of the nicest condo’s for the money we have stayed at. Nice layout, master suite, and fully equipped kitchen. Renter was very responsive to our questions. Great location.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful property in mid-January, 2024. We enjoyed the condo, spacious layout, parking and, of course, the beach and gorgeous view! We had a great week away from the temps at our upper-midwest home!

We really enjoyed this property. Everything was clean and as advertised. Our flight arrived after 6pm and we had no problem accessing the property. We are from Minnesota and wondered if we could swim (given our stay was at Christmas and highs were low 70s). While the sea was really brisk, both the heated pool and super hot spa meant we swam every day and could relax by the pool. Apartment was quiet even though lots of others were staying over the period. Everyone was friendly. Lots of restaurants in walking distance (including over the road), and there is a large supermarket (i.e., Publix) one mile away.

This rental was spectacular. Much more updated than the unit we rented last year. Beach is beautiful and having a pool/hot tub oceanfront is great. Lots to do. Favorite restaurants Conch Republic, the reef, guppy’s on the beach.

Spent 4th of July week here with college age adult children and their significants. Place was very clean, conveniently located, and right on the beach! Seaview 502 had all the things needed for an excellent vacation.

We had a Great time. Condo had chairs & umbrellas to use at the beach, plus sand toys for the grand kids. Pool was nice with plenty of seating. Condo had everything we needed, well maintained. We will definitely be back!

Condo was updated very well and in a great location. Condo was close enough to many restaurants that we were able to walk too. Beach was beautiful and pool and hot tub area was great. We hated to leave had a great time

This unit could not be any nicer. The interior was very clean. The kitchen had everything and more that you could imagine. There were plenty of beach and bath towels, chairs coolers. I would definitely not hesitate to rent this place again. Thank you Carla

We were very happy with the condo and both the owner and manager. It looked EXACTLY as the pictures and everything from the wall decor to the beds was perfect. Kitchen was better equipped than mine (and I fancy myself a good cook and baker) . Views were awesome and we saw dolphins EVERY day! Very close to John's Pass and also convenient to grocery and any other store you may want to visit. I normally say I don't want to go back, that I want to go somewhere new, BUT I would love to go back and will be planning another visit next year.

I can’t say enough good things about our condo! Clean, well stocked, quiet, great communication and response from Carla and best of all - the view! You will not find a better view or easier access to the beach. Pool was always clean and well maintained. Can’t wait to go back with my family!

Condo was very clean and had everything you need for a vacation and then some. You will feel like you are at home. You are on the 5tho floor and have a perfect view of both the ocean and pool. We saw dolphins every single day, in the morning, afternoon and evening. We saw them jump up too!
Location is awesome too. You have restaurants within walking distance. Supermarket is a 4 minute drive and Johns Pass too. It was very hard to leave this morning. We will definitely miss this place!
We drove from Toronto, Canada and met a lot of repeat customers from this Seaview condominium, people that have been coming for 10, 15 and 28 years.
You will live this place and not regret booking here.

Great Condo!
We had a fantastic time in this unit. It is extremely well stocked! The owners were extremely responsive and helpful with any questions. Security to the complex is great! We have been coming to this area yearly for many years and this unit was, by far, one of the better units we have stayed in. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Our second time back and we plan to book again for next year. This condo is perfectly clean and so well-stocked. Loved having a slow cooker so our dinner was cooking while we had fun at the beach. The owner supplies beach chairs and beach towels which adds so much value. Love that it fits our large family.
