Cette unité spacieuse située au dernier étage de Madeira Beach a été entièrement rénovée. Elle est fraîche et prête pour vos vacances à la plage en Floride! Madeira Place est situé dans le centre de Madeira Beach, juste en face du sable et à environ 10 minutes à pied du village de John's Pass. Le complexe bien entretenu est privé et calme, et est configuré avec des ascenseurs 24h / 24 et de nombreuses places de parking. Détendez-vous dans la grande piscine chauffée au centre de la propriété, avec de nombreux sièges et quelques barbecues pour cuisiner.
Décoré sur le thème de la plage, la chambre principale est meublée d’un confortable lit king-size de qualité supérieure et d’une tête de lit personnalisée. This is a great condo! Decorated beautifully with top of the line towels,kitchen appliances and everything else to make your vacation the best. Great location and easy access. Pool was lovely as well. Highly recommend and will book again.

Very beautiful and clean! Great location for food activities and the beach! We loved our stay and the pool was amazing, the bed was so comfortable. Only thing I disliked was you had to walk all the way around the property and down the block to cross the street to the beach because the gates were locked we had chairs and bag etc and was very heavy carrying it that far.

I absolutely loved this place. I can't wait to go next year!! The are views from the all the windows. You are right across the street from the beach. There is even a walkway right outside the gate. There is an amazing huge heated pool. The condo is so spacious and bright. They also provided beach chairs, floats, towels and toys. Everything and so great!!

My husband and I enjoyed this beautiful and comfortable condo right across from the beach. Love the new bar restaurant right there too. Couldn’t ask for a better spot to vacation. The weather was superb! We will definitely be back to this spot!

Property was very clean, fabulous view (which sadly will be compromised when condo across the street is built). Short walk to beach across what is a very busy street, but crosswalk is right there so it's not bad. No complaints at all with the condo, very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, we didn't use the pool at all (there for the beach!) but it looked nice. We were very pleased with the property management. We stay at a lot of vacation rentals and have had a lot of issues in the past, but this was an excellent experience. We will definitely seek out iTrip properties in the future. We had one very minor detail when we checked in that was immediately fixed, but most importantly to us was the communication. It was so nice to be able to text someone instead of playing phone tag with an answering service. Sadly the hurricane cut our trip short by one day but we were also satisfied with how that was handled. Very enjoyable stay!

I was traveling with my two elementary school children. We did not have a car, but we were able to take advantage of the local buses that pass right in front of us.
The room we stayed in was not new, but it was kept clean and satisfactory.
The room was clean and well equipped and we had no problems at all during our five-day stay. It was as comfortable as if we were staying at a relative's house in a rural area.
Across the road is a beautiful white sand beach. Unlike living in a hotel, I felt comfortable and integrated into the local community, as if I had access to it from my own home.
I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants the perfect resort environment, but I would recommend it to anyone who wants to truly enjoy the Florida air.
I think our kids really enjoyed themselves at the pool as well. It had both gas and Charcoal BBQ grills and had a great time.

Nice place to stay with restaurants and bars in walking distance. Very spacious with everything you need. Amazing view of ocean though likely to change once construction across the street begins. Easy access to beach. Property management was very attentive, quickly responding to an issue with air conditioning even offering us free tickets gor an event in response which unfortunately I was unable to take advantage of. The pool is great. Would definitely recommend.

We love Madeira Beach, especially this condo building! Close to the beach, shops, and restaurants! The condo itself was wonderful! Perfect for a family with a young toddler! There were a few decorative pieces that our toddler could pick up, but I placed those in a drawer during our stay, so not a big deal! Definitely more kid friendly than other condos! The pool was great! Super clean & well maintained! We did have an issue with the dishwasher not wanting to run when trying to do the dishes prior to checkout. However, we were able to text the owner & he told us not to worry about it! So that was really nice! Our family would absolutely stay here again!!!

This place was great. It was clean and very nicely decorated. The view is great and the pool was always clean and great temperature. I would recommend this place 100 percent and i been to a lot of other places. I'm sad because they knocked down one house across the street. And going to be knocking the other one down and putting a luxury four-story hotel, which is going to ruin the view but you will still have some ocean to see. Thanks again

This condo is beautiful and so well stocked! Everything you need for a great relaxing vacation was provided. I have never stayed in a place that has a kitchen ready to cook a meal or whatever you need! Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, utensils etc. We would absolutely stay here again! Very nice property. Easy access to the beach and many restaurants and shopping. The view is pretty. The bed is soft, but not uncomfortable. We did not use the kitchen but seemed well equipped. Having the washer/dryer is always a bonus. Loved that it had 2 bathrooms! I would stay here again.

The first thing you see when you walk in,is the view of the beach. It was very clean and had everything we needed. My grandson is 10 months old so we appreciated the carpeting and it looked recently cleaned. The extra bathroom near the front door was used a lot. I liked that John’s Pass was 0.8 mi. down the road. No hurricanes during our visit!

This was our first at first stay at 412 Madeira Place. 412 probably has the coldest air-condition in the state of Florida. When we arrived they already had the temperature set to 72 and it felt really good coming in out of the heat. We have stayed at other condos around Madeira and have always had a problem with them not getting cool enough. The view from 412 looking out to the ocean is fantastic the sliding doors open all the way, so you have a No windows blocking your view. My wife owns a maid service and commented on how well the cleaning staff that iTrip used did a great job. This is a 1 bedroom 2 bath condo for us this was perfect. The appliances are newer stainless steel washer and dryer is so quiet the dishwasher is so quiet you won’t even know it’s on. The only downside was the mattress it could use a topper to make it a little more comfortable and a few more blankets “as 412 has the coldest A/C in Florida” My wife and I will definitely book this condo again as we are already looking in a returning date.

Excellent 4th of July vacation
We stayed here for vacation. The place was spacious and comfortable. Close to the beach, so we were able to watch the fireworks on the 4th. Everything was in working order and available to use. Nice pool with a grill, nice balcony with a view of the ocean across the way.
The unit gets pretty cold, I wish there would’ve been some blankets. The pull out bed is not comfortable, better just to sleep on the couch itself……but overall the furniture was in great shape. We will book again.

Clean, Well Equipped, Excellent Location!
So thankful to have found this Madeira Place condo on such late notice! With only 2 weeks or so until arrival many beachfront properties were full. What a blessing to find this unit directly across the street from the beach (and beach access) with a water view! Everything was clean and comfortable. Unit was well equipped with beach chairs, an umbrella, beach bags, toys, etc. -A definite plus!!! Kitchen had all of the gear we needed to dine in when we chose. Washer and dryer are always nice to have. Second bathroom by the entry door is great to rinse off after a sandy day at the beach. All appliances are new and operational. Electronic door lock is helpful. Pool is beautiful and warm.
The street noise from Gulf Blvd can be loud when sitting on the lanai but cannot be heard inside with the glass doors closed. Definitely not a deal breaker!
Overall, a lovely stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend the unit. Always a great time on Mad Beach!!!

I would have given this property a 5 star rating, if the pull out sleeper couch was actually usable. Myself, my daughter, and my granddaughter were there for the visit, and I was going to sleep on that but it was literally not possible. My grandaughter volunteered to and she couldn't either. She slept on the couch itself, without being pulled out. The couch needs to be replaced.

The property is in an excellent location, everything we needed was there, the only down side is the bed, they put mattress protected on and it is very slippery and then the bottom fitted sheet and matress pad would come undone through out the night, so you had to continue to straighten sheets all through the night. But our stay was just what we expected

This condo has a perfect view of the ocean. The street is loud with traffic but the hurricane glass in the windows completely blocks out the noise. Condo was clean and well kept, bed was huge and super comfy. I’d definitely stay again!

Found someone’s left behind marijuana stash. Reported it. Nothing happened. Owner said they would come throw it away or I could throw it away. We flushed it!
Some of the dishes were still dirty. The washer left black streaks on my clothes.
