The room was not fully clean when we arrived, and when asked for more towels to use for my children the staff was rude.

The place was close to the hospital my brother was in for a heart attack. It was one of the least expensive rooms in the area I needed to stay to visit and take care of my brother. The air conditioner did work.
The place is completely run down. I had to communicate through a small bullet proof window with this small hole in it. The noise from the traffic from the road made it almost impossible to hear what the agent in the hotel was saying. It was like a prison or a convenience store. The wood floors were separated from each other leaving big cracks in the floors. The curb for the roll in shower was all melted looking and gross. The couch was dirty with particles of lint and the like on it. The air conditioner did work but it was very noisy and made it difficult to go to sleep. The broken lawn chair out on the patio in front of the room just added to setting.

Hotel was apparently fully booked and the only available room smelled very strongly of smoke (even though it was sold as a non-smoking room). We did not stay. Manager agreed to refund our money.

Location was good and bed was ok, too.
Staff was terrible. They couldn’t find our reservation, although we had the confirmation email with us. The worst part, however, was they refusing to provide us with hot water to make our baby’s bottle. Terrible experience, I don’t recommend it, especially for families.

I was pleased with the room, it was clean and comfortable.
I was not very happy with the front desk, when we checked in, we had to line up outside in freezing and windy weather conditions. The lobby was nice and clean, but they won't let us get inside. I spoke with someone who stays there often, who says they keep the lobby closed since covid 2020. That is ridiculous, make covid as an excuse so they keep their lobby just for display. We are outside with a couple of children in line with their parents as well. I can't believe they let us outside in the cold, while they are inside in a warm room, very inhumane. We will not come back that's for sure. Poor service and no breakfast as well.

Location was good but staff and service can be better.
Staff was rude and not friendly at all. It is advertised they serve breakfast and they offer nothing. This is upsetting as that is one of the reasons I booked there. The sheets smelled like bleach to the point it was hard to sleep well. 2 pillows were fine but 2 were so old the filling was balled up. They show pictures of the lobby and they maintain it locked up for guest. We had to stand in the cold early morning while we waited for our ride as they did not open the lobby because of COVID they said… other hotels are open now and serving breakfast so I don’t k ow why they are not. False advertising is upsetting!
