Very big villa with 2 floors. It has all amenities you need for a group of maximum 8 persons. Nice bedrooms (4). Nice bathrooms (4). Nice terrace to enjoy a BBQ. Big kitchen and big living room. 15 min by car from the beach. Parking in front of the house. You pay a 300 euro deposit by card before arrival and is returned to you when you do the check-out.

Not enough trash bags, so we have to improvise where to put our trash.

The location was great and getting access was easy and there were lots of rooms and bathrooms.

The rooms were all the same, the kitchen was bare minimum, the jacuzzi was dirty and the interior courtyard or balcony never had the sun, parts of the property are blocked off, a window was missing in our bedroom and it leaked in when it was raining and the explanations in the booklet are very sparse, like there is no description for the hob or anything about bins, recycling, what to do with left overs but pages and pages of how to use the washing machine!?!

Newly renovated property, lots of space, easy to find (address provided). Well-equipped kitchen (except for tea cups!). Washing machine. Close to the mountains and the beach. Quiet-ish in the night.

Advertised "parking" is not really a dedicated parking spot; it's simply space alongside on the street by the house where there are many others wanting to park and places are limited; you have to fight for it! Paying for, and getting in, this property is a bit of a quest. You will never see the hosts and you have to call them (it's a rental agency) a few times to pay and get in. The kitchen, although well-equipped, does lack proper tea (or coffee) cups. Very strange. The 160 euro cleaning fee is a bit of a rip-off.
