The pool area is amazing!

Slight smell in the bathroom - but not a big problem

Great location, good communication with host and quick responses when we had any questions. Lovely decor and really nice aminities. Also 3 really great restaurants less than 25m away!

My husband and I loved staying at this condo. We stayed 4 nights. It is in a great location on beautiful Marina Cortez. The owner of the condo is very easy to communicate with and is prompt to answer questions. The condo’s kitchen is well appointed and has a full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, and dishwasher. There is even a clothes washer and drier. The bed in the bedroom is on the small side, but was still comfortable enough for us. There is also a couch that converts into a bed in the living room. This unit is on the ground floor and has a small patio (with a table and chairs) from which you can see part of the marina. The pool and two large jacuzis are just a few steps up from the unit. There are three restaurants in the marina and many more close by. The Malecon (walkway along the water) starts at this marina. The whale shark excursions are within walking distance (our favorite was the Sunrider Tours). To downtown La Paz is an easy walk. If you have a car, there are beaches to explore; and if you don’t have a car, the bus station is close by to visit the famous Balandra Beach.

The only negative (not the owner's fault) was the construction going on in the area; some new condos are being built next door to this condo complex. We got a discount because of the construction, which was very much appreciated! I was told that the condos will be completed sometime in 2020. However, the construction noise doesn’t start until around 9 am so we still had time to have a peaceful cup of coffee on the patio. Then we were gone most of the day so the noise wasn’t that much of a problem.

The location at the end of the malecon. Close to anywhere you want to be. Nearby bar and grill had excellent food and drinks. The area was very quiet at night, after dark. The jacuzzis were perfect temperature. The pool was beautiful, but a little cold for me this time of year. I'll be back and try it out in the hot, hot summer. Definitely a great place to be.
