The location of the apartment is very central, and it is super close to everything. It was easy to get into the apartment, which is quite spacious and has everything you need for your stay. All the rooms were quite clean, and there is more than enough space to store your belongings. The host is responsive, and after a brief misunderstanding he helped us out with our stay. The employees of the bar below are usually very nice, especially the "bar host", who gave me complementary coffee. Thanks!:)

The 2 bedrooms open from each other, so you have to walk through one of them to get to the other. The bathroom is not very well lit (not a huge problem), and the toilet seat is broken. The main entrance into the apartment is a small elevator, and even though there are stairs you can take from the living room, they are the "emergency stairs" and they lead down to the bar below. If you use them, you can get quite the dirty looks from the employees below. There are weird night lights or exit lights above the doors leading to the emergency exit that are super bright and cannot be turned off at night. Some curtains in the rooms are missing or broken which is a problem, as the bars down the street have very bright lights as well. THE NOISE IS IMPOSSIBLE! The noise was disclosed in the ad, however it was greatly downplayed. It is literally IMPOSSIBLE to sleep or not go crazy until at least 2 am even with ear plugs or headphones. I lived above a bar in the party district of Budapest for a whole year, and I never had this kind of problem. The main issue is that the windows are not soundproofed AT ALL, and if they would decide to fix that, the noise would be a lot more manageable. DO NOT come here if you're planning to sleep early or sleep in. The bar is right below the apartment, and a kitchen or storage room is above, so there are constantly weird smells coming into the apartment which was not awful, but not very pleasant.

leider war es unglaublich laut, bis morgens um 5 und das an beiden Nächten . Klar wußte ich dass ich in der Stadtmitte buche, doch ich hatte mit mehr Schallschutz gerechnet, es war unglaublich laut. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend, jedoch eher funktional als charmant eingerichtet.

La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro y muy bien comunicado. La rapidez de la dueña para contestar dudas. La limpieza, amplitud del piso y decoración del mismo.

Leímos lo del ruido nocturno...y se queda corto para lo que realmente es. La noche del sábado hasta las 6 de la mañana, imposible dormir porque parece que tienes el bar en casa. El bar/restaurante tiene dos plantas y justo la de abajo del apartamento es como sala de fiestas, pero es que realmente está rodeado de bares de fiesta y el apartamento no está insonorizado. La gente que grita mucho en la calle, horrible. Pensamos que sólo sería el sábado, pero durante la semana, a las 5 de la mañana ya con ruidos (barredora, obras, carga y descarga de camiones,...). Vamos, que no duermes ni descansas. Ni con tapones ni nada. Para acceder al apartamento, es a través de un ascensor, en un portal cuyo pasillo es muy estrecho y casi siempre está ocupado por cajas de comida del restaurante y apenas tienes espacio para pasar, y el ascensor a veces también tiene cosas del mismo. Aparte, el apartamento, es zona de paso desde la primera planta del restaurante a la tercera (que usan como almacén) y aunque esté esta zona "cerrada con llave", se oye el vaivén de los camareros y da poca seguridad. Si no fuera por esto, tendría un 10. Debieran plantearse la insonorización de las ventanas.

De lokatie en de twee aparte slaapkamers.

De verlichting binnen was niet in orde: te weinig en ( gedeeltelijk) stuk.

The place just in the center

Very noisy. Urban bar (which is just under the flat) worked till 2.45 in spite of the fact that it should be closed at 1.00 .

The apartment was right in the center of the loveliest part of the town. I felt myself very cheerful in the most full of life area in the Town, but for those who prefer quite place I wont suggest it.

Friendly and quick responding host

Apartment is VERY NOISY and SMELLY because of the bar downstairs. Loud music non-stop most part of the day, that becomes EVEN louder FROM 23h. Tobacco smell and food smell because the kitchen of the restaurant is just down stairs. In case of emergency, the stair is next to the kitchen of hte restaurant.. so it is pointless.
