The staff at Hyatt Place Wesley Chapel was friendly and welcoming, and the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the place itself is beautiful, with a pleasant atmosphere that made my stay enjoyable.

As with most American hotels, the mattresses were too soft for my preference. I had to stay for six nights, and while my sleep was decent, the overly soft beds were not ideal for me.

The breakfast was good but not great.

Instalaciones limpias y modernas, bien ubicado, personal en la recepción todo el tiempo. Desayuno caliente y el personal que se que encuentra en el área del desayuno era muy amable.

la estructura, que está nuevo, no hay malos olores… el desayuno es bueno para el precio valor y ofrece opciones, en la habitación la cafetera y tenercafé al despertar para mi es importante, cuentan con buena tv y accesorios como plancha y secador en funcionamiento 😀

Went to use bathroom and someone had NOT flushed the foiled. I was going to have a cup of coffee in the room and pour water in the machine and disgusting old coffee was in the machine along with something like mold. I reported to front desk.

La habitación es amplia y cómoda

Nos hospedamos por tres días y, para nuestra gran sorpresa, cuando llegamos a nuestra habitación el primer día a las 3:30 PM, no habían limpiado la habitación, la cama no estaba hecha y no habían puesto toallas limpias . Llamamos a la recepción para solicitar el servicio de limpieza y nos informaron que las habitaciones se limpian cada dos días. ¡Increíble! Pregunté cómo un hotel de tres estrellas podía tener una política así y simplemente respondieron que ese era su estándar. La única concesión que hicieron fue darnos toallas limpias. Es increíble que tuve que hacer mi propia cama en un hotel y no pude disfrutar de un baño limpio, especialmente considerando el precio que pagamos. Nunca más me alojaré en este hotel y definitivamente lo pensaré dos veces antes de elegir otro @Hyatt para mi próximo viaje.

Clean , close to everything, breakfast is an actual breakfast and good , staff is very friendly and helpful
