Mise à jour et remodelé en 2014 - Ce condo est situé dans les Ledges populaires complexe et il peut être votre lac des Ozarks Maison de vacances! Situé au bord du lac de la Ledges point bâtiment le plus désiré, cette chambre 3 (y compris Loft), 2 unité de bain dispose d'une zone de Grand Loft avec 2 grands lits. Le Loft prévoit espace de vie supplémentaire avec TV et DVD! Vous apprécierez l'espace supplémentaire qui donne les adultes et les enfants séparer endroits pour se réunir et se détendre!
Soyez assuré que votre famille et vos amis seront logés dans un condo très propre, bien aménagé doté de nombreux équipements. Le Décor »et le mobilier sont tous très gentils et confortable! La zone principale Salon dispose d'un téléviseur à écran plat et lecteur DVD Large. Apportez votre ordinateur portable ou tablette et connectez-vous sur Internet haut débit sans fil (Wi-Fi).
Nos clients apprécient particulièrement le pont avec bar-hauteur des chaises pour 4 situé sur le bord de l'eau. Vous pouvez voir des miles haut et bas de canal principal du lac! Les bateaux de croisière le long juste en face de vous!

Les plaisanciers: nos feuillets 30 et 40 pieds sont à proximité et disponibles sur demande. Le parc d'État est juste une courte distance en voiture et propose des installations de ramping très agréable ainsi que courte pour stationnement de la remorque à long terme pour votre bateau ou une remorque personnelle de la motomarine. Par l'eau, vous serez sur le marqueur 20. 5 mile qui est juste autour du coin de la grand pont Glaize.
Les week-ends de dames: tous les commerces au bord du lac est tout près! Le lac des Ozarks accueille le village de sortie d'usine, le plus grand centre commercial de sortie dans l'état avec des sorties directes de plus de 110 d'usine. Ces magasins sont des marchandises avec le célèbre nom de marque à des prix qui surprendront même les chasseurs de bonnes affaires plus expérimentés plein à craquer.
Golfeurs: juste à l'extérieur de l'entrée du complexe est sycomore Creek Golf Course. Il a été voté # 1 au bord du lac en 2007! Vous avez sûrement entendu parler des autres cours impressionnant la région du lac vante. Tous sont un court trajet en voiture du complexe des corniches central. Apportez ces clubs!

The property was nice and great location. Only complaint is the amount of spiderwebs everywhere. Felt like we were constantly cleaning them outside on the patio and when you looked up you could see them inside. When on the patio it felt like u were sitting on the lake it was so nice. Also wish the pools were bigger and more of them considering how big the complex is. Thanks for a great stay!!

Honestly disappointed- pictures made it look super great. Very small. Cobb webs all over windows and fan. Very dark on main floor. Oven was black inside and probably hasn’t ever been cleaned and not even level. Kitchen was very small not well stocked. You can tell the owners don’t personally visit property often. It has been well loved! The Loft was great and the best part

We had a wonderful weekend. It was very relaxing and we enjoyed the condo very much. It worked wonderful for playing board games and visiting.

We spent a lovely weekend with my sister and her husband, just relaxing and reconnecting. The condo was the perfect setting! We had a great view of the lake and enjoyed watching the sunrise and set from the deck. They love to cook, so the full kitchen was perfect! We all had a wonderful time!

Just like the pictures. Everything we needed although the kitchen could have used some better/sharper knives and there isn’t a big enough table to all sit together or play games. The location is great and it is right on the water so the views are stunning. Great selection of games. Would come back.

We had a great stay at the Ledges. This unit had arguably the best view of the lake in the whole complex. It was even more spacious than the pictures suggest. Plenty of room for the whole family. We made a lot of our meals at the condo and the kitchen was fine. Never used the grill. The shared pools and beach were very clean, but a little small. We rented a boat from Aqua Toys a short 5 minute drive from the condos. Parking was super easy. There were quite a few stairs to get to the condo, so be aware if you think that might be an issue for you. Overall a great spot and we would definitely stay there again.

The condo was large and well stocked for our cooking needs. The balcony was close to the water I felt like could just jump in. Boat watch was amazing and the location is just minutes from everything you could want.

The layout worked great for our group. Parents had bedrooms on the main floor. Kids all slept in the loft area. Pools and the beach area were clean and the kids really liked both. Lugging trash to the receptacles was a hassle. Overall, we had a great time. I'd stay here again.

Condo could have been cleaner. Very dusty everywhere like cleaning dtsff was rushed. Pool was cloudy/not very clean & bathroom by pool was grossly unkempt.

Great unit & location for a family trip!
Located close to all the attractions we wanted to see. The unit has great views when your on the patio you feel like your on a cruise ship. The complex is a little run down both pools are pretty small and we’re packed with people but we came for the lake and found many great places to swim or boat there.

Wonderful family time
We had a wonderful time with family. The space was exactly as described and perfect for us with several small children. My only suggestion would be a patio umbrella. We would definitely stay here again.

As always, Osage Beach and the Ledges didn’t disappoint! The condo was perfect for our get-away. I was shocked at how large the loft was. 2 king beds. A sofa. And still plenty of room for activities!!! And let’s not forget about the couch in the main living area!! That couch! Probably the most comfortable couch EVER!! We’ve been renting from Jason for several years now and he is by far the absolute BEST!! His properties are always amazing and he is just the most awesome owner/property manager ever. We won’t get a place unless it has his name on it.
You’ll love staying at this condo. The views are beyond beautiful. It was super clean. Very comfortable. Just perfectly amazing!!

As always, Osage Beach and the Ledges didn’t disappoint! The condo was perfect for our get-away. I was shocked at how large the loft was. 2 king beds. A sofa. And still plenty of room for activities!!! And let’s not forget about the couch in the main living area!! That couch! Probably the most comfortable couch EVER!! We’ve been renting from Jason for several years now and he is by far the absolute BEST!! His properties are always amazing and he is just the most awesome owner/property manager ever. We won’t get a place unless it has his name on it.

property was good. The stairs are a bit scatchy tog et up to the condo, some boards here getting warped. Also several lights only had one or 2 light bulbs working. Also their should be directions on how to turn the tv's on in the condo for easier access. Otherwise we had a great time!!!

This is my third time staying at the Ledges. The condo was awesome and was well stocked with pots and pans and other little perks. The property was clean and the A/C worked great! It was quiet and comfortable. No hasssles! Loved it and the price is very reasonable.
