The location, view and price outstanding.

Beautiful trees, very quiet, and all the amenities we needed. The host was easily reachable when needed. There are two nearby restaurants and two limited groceries. We could drive to nearby access to the ocean, trails, and Fort Ross.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The home is clean, well furnished, and in wonderful shape. The neighborhood is beautiful as well. We’d love to come back someday!

Good place to get away from it all, great kitchen, spacious.
Expect spotty phone service.
But if you need internet access (they advertise wifi), you're out of luck (& BYO DVDs: unless you're ok with "doomed warrior" or bargain bin flix).
Bad things:
(1) No power in door lock. When we arrived we couldn't get in. That's something the high cleaning fee should cover. Called and they walked us through manual entry, but it delayed our entry (imagine you've been driving for a while with no services and you're really counting on using the restroom when you arrive). A bad first impression.
(2) The shower was lukewarm. That hefty cleaning fee again? The "guest" shower which we tried the second night worked fine. I discovered the main shower's knob had been cranked to some weird angle. Maybe check for that in the future?
(3) Internet never worked while we were there. The wifi was on, but the service provider had no service. I think the claim of "free Wifi" should be removed. Or they should replace their cheaper service with Starlink (everyone we met told us that was the only reliable service out there).
Good things:
(1) Management was responsive (and helped fix the door lock issue).
(2) They had a power outage (the whole area) - not a good thing, but the house had several large lanterns which we used from sundown until power came on next morning.
(3) Spacious. Pretty good beds. Well-appointed kitchen.

We love this cabin. The location is beautiful and quiet, close to beaches and hikes. The kitchen is a pleasure to cook in. We needed more extra blankets, but otherwise it was a lovely stay.

Comfortable and pleasant. Somewhat remote (but near some of our family). Some maintenance needed but not a major problem.

Our family of five loves it here; the house and property are so peaceful and beautiful. Our kids love to explore the redwood forest, treasure hunt at the nearby beaches, and enjoy the local wildlife (especially the foxes, deer, and banana slugs) — it’s a nature fantasyland. Thank you for sharing it with us! Can’t wait for the next trip.

We have family in the area and this was a perfect location for us to be so we could do outdoor activities and day trips together. The kitchen was large and well-appointed. The views out every window were stunning and tree-filled. The home is very quiet except for the bed frames which were a little creaky when one moved about. Overall, we could not have had a better place for us and the stay was comfortable, peaceful and idyllic.

Absolutely wonderful.
It was a bit of a challenge driving anywhere but the setting was great. The house was clean, the directions were specific. We saw a lot of wildlife (deer etc.) The trees were gorgeous.

The house is situated in a nice quite area. We enjoyed the beauty of the trees. The sunsets were quite beautiful with bright oranges and yellows with the dark outlines of the tall trees. Close to local hikes. The house was comfortable for four adults. Loved the many large windows for their light and views.

Very nice property. Very comfortable for two 70 year olds who were traveling down the coast on a hiking trip. Only downsides were the lack of cell phone access (make sure to get the access codes early) and lack of local dining options. Would have liked to investigate the tree house.

This house was really nice, with a great view. I love that it is close to so many great beaches and hiking spots. It's remote enough to feel like you've really gotten away, but also a reasonable drive for food, groceries, etc.

The toilets miss functioned until we decreased the pressure to refill.

It's oh so quiet....
Great house in a serene setting. Warm redwoods surround you, whilst cool blue ocean views can be seen across the road. Inside the house has all you need, including sharp knives, newer, unscratched pots and pans, roomy showers and spacious rooms. Loved our stay here and it was a great base camp for hikes and drives in the surrounding countryside.
