Location! The view out over the ocean is so nice. Short pleasant walk along the front to the restaurants. Excellent supermarket a short walk away. Decent clean and quiet 18m pool. No air-con but quite easy to keep cool.

Only 2 sun loungers and the living room seating would tax more than 3 adults.

Nice view. Quite comfortable. Well equipped kitchen.

Parasol was broken. Sweeping brush was filthy. Didn't like single beds though they were comfortable. It was much too far out of Playa Blanca to walk.

Excellent quiet location by the sea. Spacious clean house with beautiful sea views from both bedrooms & living room. Good sized sea facing porch/terrace & garden. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher & washing machine. Decent facilities like sun loungers, parasols & beach towels. 5 minutes walk to the supermarket. Very helpful staff who responded promptly to all problems and queries. 15 mins walk to the marina where most of the restaurants are. We would happily go back & stay in the same house again.

Smaller bedroom smelt of damp when window was closed, didn't bother us as we didn't need to use it. Some problem with electric tripping which the staff tried to resolve to the best of their abilities. We were offered to change to another house as well. However, we decided to stay as it was manageable.

Location just 10 mins walk from the bars and restaurants of Marina Rubicon was perfect for us. We had a little balcony outside the bedroom which was a great place to sit in the evening sunshine and look out across the sea to Fuerteventura. The house had everything we needed - we were travelling light so it was great to have a washing machine and pool towels available for use.

fabulous facilities and extremely well equipped. everything we needed for a family of 4 self catering. spacious apartment. perfect location. very helpful and fast responses from the owners/management with any queries. great value for money.

only real problem was that we could feel the springs coming through the mattresses, so we slept on blankets under the sheets. bathrooms could do with modernisation but this was excellent value for money and so this is not a problem and is expected for the price.

Location and views were superb. Everything you need is provided. Prompt communication and good instructions. Would book again.

Apartment was ideal for a couple.10 minutes walk to marina. Lovely sea views.

Cristina and Isobel had given us clear intructions how to access the property. The location of our 1 bed house (No 102) was superb looking straight out at the sea. From about 3pm you got lovely afternoon/evening sunshine allowing you to lie out on the sunbeds provided or watch the sunset from the balcony off the bedroom. The house was spotlessly clean. The washing machine is situated in a courtyard at the rear of the property with a line to dry your washing. Believe me you will not use half the clothes you bring. This house suited our needs completely. Supermarkets minutes walk away. Close to Papaguayo. Within walking distrance of the Marina Rubicon. We will definitely be back John

We really cannot complain about anything. Some reviews complained that the downstairs toilet was tiny but hey it's a downstairs loo under the stairs and I have been in lots of houses with similar loos. The sweeping brush and pan and the mop and bucket were stored there. Once we took them out and stored them in the the courtyard the was adequate room
