The locations is located right in front of La Via Domitia, there is a lot of restaurants around the are. The location is spacius, has a great smart tv, washing machine and other amenities.
Theres not an elevator and the stairs are hard to manoeuvre if you have big luggage. Since it's in fronts of a lot of restaurants you may hear noise during the day.

The location was very central and the host was really friendly. The apartment was very clean and once it is finished (ceilings still to finish in the whole apartment) it will be lovely and the view from the windows is beautiful. The little kitchen has everything required - even a coffee machine and kettle which is super useful.
Just be careful when booking this apartment if you need to park. I entered parking into the filter on Booking.com and it brought up this place but this apartment does not offer parking (although it does not mention parking in the bio for this property). We had to park a few minutes away (which was free at it was the weekend) but the streets are very small and confusing!
There is a very bad drain smell in the bathroom.
