Ceci est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et se détendre. Magnifique Sunset Beach sur Treasure Island a miles de plages de sable blanc de sucre et de l'eau du golfe étincelant. L'un des secrets les mieux gardés de la côte du Golfe. Le condo est une chambre à coucher, une salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée. Nouvellement rénové. À quelques pas de la plage et un accès complet à la piscine. Service de blanchisserie sont sur place, ainsi que des barbecues et une terrasse extérieure. Vous êtes à distance de le monde célèbre restaurant Caddys de plage et à 5 minutes en voiture de Johns col qui a Hooters, Bubba Gumps et une promenade fantastique à pied. Le condo est équipé avec câble et wifi. Non illustré dans les images est le nouveau "TV à écran plat juste installé dans le salon et 45" 50 dans la chambre.

Very clean condo, perfect for two people. Very close to the beach. Cross the street and you're at the beach access path.

The apartment was ideally located. We were four minutes from a birthday celebration and right on the beach. We loved the neighborhood and the apartment had everything we needed.

My husband and I checked into our rental only to find out that the entire unit smelled like cigarette smoke. We were given the option to stay in another unit but instead of a king sized bed, it had a double size bed. The unit was advertised as having a beach and ocean view but was actually across the street from the beach and could barely only be seen from the parking lot. We found out from owners next door - the owner of our unit never told us - that the beach was closed for sand dune restoration. We had traveled over an hour and had groceries in our car. It made no sense to stay in the unit and have no beach access. We felt no other choice but to have the owner cancel our reservation and go home. Our weekend get away was ruined.

This unit was PERFECT!! From location to linens and towels. Everything was perfect. Bed was so comfortable, my wife looked for the brand of sheets to get some for our house. Strongly recommended for couples looking for a tranquil get away!

My family and I recently stayed at this property and had a great time ! Walking distance to caddy’s which was a great lunch spot and close to Publix. The condo had everything we needed.

This place is super cute, comfortable and in a great location. Perfect for a couple or small family (we are three) . The owners had everything you need and were very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice apartment. Cozy and convenient. Just a few things that would have made it even more comfortable would be, a new mattress on the pullout couch, more hooks to hang things, better Wi-Fi, also a full length mirror. All in all it’s an easy walk to the beach and was a pleasant stay!

Very nice apartment. Cozy and convenient. Just a few things that would have made it even more comfortable would be, a new mattress on the pullout couch, more hooks to hang things, better Wi-Fi, also a full length mirror. All in all it’s an easy walk to the beach and was a pleasant stay!

We loved this property. Very private and quiet. We rented bikes for the week and were a short distance to restaurants and shopping. Literally STEPS to the beach. All the kitchen supplies necessary. My only complaint is that the television is not a smart tv. Had I known this we would’ve packed our fire stick to stream Netflix & Hulu. Great beach supplies and the bed is extremely comfortable! An extra set of sheets would be a convenient addition as things get very sandy. We were very pleased with our stay and will be back!

Even though we were away from home, it felt homey, it was nice and had a short distance from the beach! As well as being able to watch the sunset from the porch :) had some trouble locking the door but other than that it was perfect.

We flew down for our anniversary trip. The property was a perfect location for us. Close enough to restaurants and bars but quiet enough to just relax. We would book this place again in a heart beat!!
