Was in town for a UMSL visit with the family, and the place was perfect for our family of 6. Doing laundry was very helpful and the neighborhood was nice. Kids walked to city park grill one day and really enjoyed it. We didn’t take advantage of the park nearby (a little cold outside), but it’s very close to the property. Also didn’t get into the hot tub, but will keep this property in mind when we’re back in St. Louis. Excellent host!

We so enjoyed our stay! Location was central to a lot of fun activities, neighborhood was cute and walkable, and the the house was lovely and had everything we needed. The owners were very accommodating and kind! We would stay here again on our next trip to St Louis!

This house is the perfect home away from home! My family of 4 slept comfortably in the house. Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood! All the necessities needed while on vacation came with the house. The hot tub was an extra bonus. This home is in the prime location. Easy access to just about anywhere a tourist would want to visit. Would definitely book again without hesitation!

The property was very clean and had all amenities as advertised. Enjoyed being able to spend time with friends and have easy access to the surrounding area including The Grove and the botanical garden. Plenty of room for all five of us the spread out and relax.

Nice home in a pleasant neighborhood. Short drive to downtown. Owner quickly responded to broken appliance.
One drawback was inability to use master closet. We were in town for a daughter's wedding.
Owner said they had plans to update the outside living spaces. Once done, the rating for cleanliness would increase.

Overall we had a wonderful stay here while in St. Louis! The place is giant and felt very spacious for our family. The first floor of the home was incredibly safe for our toddler to run about, which was a happy surprise! Everything was well- stocked, and we didn’t need to buy anything besides groceries. (Our only slight issue was the neighboring dogs barking throughout the day. Only woke us up late one night out of six, but in case you’re sensitive to those things as we are!)
The location was perfect and being able to go for walks right in the neighborhood was a nice feature. Easy walking distance to two playgrounds and a good coffee shop. Overall, this house was a great option for us this trip, and we’d recommend it!

I have got to say that this was of the best location I have ever been. It was a min from a park and the zoo. My family of 7 can not wait until our next vacation to St. Louis.

A very welcoming home- clean , organized and as advertised. A few directions on how to use TV’s numerous possibilities would’ve helped. Loved the ability to do laundry. All necessities provided- paper towels would’ve been nice extra. Wonderfully close to beautiful park!

We were so pleased with this property. The location is fairly central to everything we wished to do in St. Louis. And, it was even good for the 2-year old (who tends to get into things). Communications with the owners were excellent as well.

There needs to be a few repairs, railing on step from sidewalk, toilet & storm door leading to back deck.

Amazing rental!
This house was absolutely beautiful, and very clean and cozy. Despite minor issues with the AC during our stay, our group was very happy with the location of this home, and we loved the personal touches from the owners. Would definitely stay again when back in the area!

Just a few key items...
We came and stayed for a little over a week and the neighborhood was great. The closeness to the hospital was a short and quick commute. I thought it was 2 full bathrooms but its actually 1 1/2 bath. The 1/2 bath sink didn't work. Only a tiny stream. The couch's frame was broken on the bottom so it was not comfortable at all to sit on without falling through. Dining room table was loose, just needed to be tightened. its just needed the little things like the toilet paper holder falling out of the wall and the towel rack, and dining room table chairs to be tightened that would have made it a 5 star than a 4 star.

Home for a few days
We settled into this home immediately. Munchies on arrival; a guest book full of good cheer, fun, and support; a host that was responsive and available; and a location that was perfect for us. It was close to Forest Park and downtown. The Tower park was glorious to stroll through. Features we most enjoyed about the home were the neighborhood, the spaciousness of the home the air handling system, and the dining room table. We’re so grateful we stayed here. A couple of minor maintenance issues are being attended to and did not negatively affect the joy of our time here.

We loved the house. Great location and very comfortable. We Had 4 adults and 3 kids. Wish one of the beds had been a king just to sleep all three kids in, but we managed for a short stay!

The owner thought we were going to have a party. We, my students and myself (I am a Professor) were only going to watch Christmas movies as a gathering and then leave. I am waiting for my refund. I am in the midst of purchasing a home, so had no place to entertain my students who are my research mentees. I was scrooged. We ended up using a classroom at our institution rather than enjoy the living room and TV,

Nice Rental Home
This is a very nice place for 3 couples to stay together. It was wonderful that we were able to rent this home for one night as we were traveling through St Louis. If in the area, we would rent again.

Wonderful stay
We stayed here celebrating my nephews 1st birthday. My brother lives a few blocks away so we wanted something convenient to their house, the park, and other amenities. It was a perfect property for a relaxing weekend. It was well stocked, very clean and cozy. We will be back!

Perfect Getaway!
My boyfriend and I stayed at this amazing property for an extra long weekend. The house is immaculate, cozy and very comfortable. We walked to restaurants/parks in Tower Grove South. We felt safe walking back to the house after dark, which is important to me! We either drove or took an Uber to Grant Farm (Home of the Budweiser Clydesdales), Soulard, The Hill and The Loop, all of which were conveniently located to the home. Highly recommend this home and the area. Lots of fantastic food!!!!!

Loved the neighborhood
We planned a last-minute trip to St. Louis for a couple of days and were fortunate to find this house available! It was in a good location, and the house was just what we needed for our family — roomy and comfortable. It gave us a great base to explore St. Louis from. We enjoyed walking to the local coffee shop for breakfast and visiting Tower Grove Park just a couple of blocks away. Overall just a great experience!

We were in town for the Cubs/Cardinals game and your house was a perfect spot to stay. Close proximity to the downtown area and Busch Stadium. Great communication with owner and he gave plenty of suggestions for us to do. Thanks for everything again.
