The room was clean. Of there are 4 people travelling it’s good value for money.

The lady at reception wouldn’t let me into the reception room when I came to check-in. She spoke to me from behind a thick paned glass & I couldn’t see or hear her properly. It was a late check-in but I had informed the motel & they had a 24hr reception facility. She made me show her my ID while I was standing in the street with my luggage as she hid in her reception room for her safety. When I asked her about my safety she told me it was not her responsibility. The room was fine. It was clean & large enough. There were however no blankets. I was supposed to have the a/c on all night to keep warm. Insanity! No blankets were provided I learnt later because of Covid protocols that the Motel had decided on without informing their guests before check-in & before booking. And it’s winter & very cold. This was very deceitful. As I would not have stayed here had I known beforehand. When I went to shower the water was lukewarm & never got hot. Again so very disappointing…. I had a terrible sleep because I was cold & the road & local bars were noisy. For the price I paid I expected a lot more…the least of which being blankets!

Location good. Motel in disrepair. What looks like an abandoned motorhome was sitting out front. Obviously not operational. I asked the staff and they said it was for storage. If you're looking for a place that the bed is comfortable and it will do, this may be your place. If you're looking for someplace that the room smells fresh and you can really relax, this is probably not your place.

Amazingly fluffy pillows, comfortable bed and the owner is super sweet! Quiet at night. Nice air conditioning unit. Cable and HBO. Bring your own coffee!

I like the fact that the rooms are always so clean, the owners are on property and are very nice people.

I liked everything about this hotel.

The facility met my expectations and surprisingly more for the price.

Traffic noise which was out of the owners control.

The lighting in the bathroom was a little dim. When in the shower.

Even though it was an older Motel we felt very safe and it was a quiet place to rest. Very clean room and sheets. Motel staff were very friendly and accommodating 🙂

Would've liked a coffee maker in the room.

Stay here every time I visit El Centro. The family run business treats guests like a member of their family. Probably one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed....I'm talking there is even no dust under the furniture.

It is a motel...some road noise but not able to hear any noise from inside the rooms. At least for us, a small dining table and chairs would be nice to eat at when eating take out food in the room.
