Nothing. The host canceled my reservation 36 hours before the trip, demanding more money, so in all honesty I can't say anything about the accommodation, cleanliness or environment. The only thing I can say is: ruined vacation.

I booked an apartment for two people in mid-October for the period from December 1 to December 10. A few days before arrival, I contacted the host to confirm that we would be arriving on December 1st after 3:00 PM. The host confirmed and everything seemed fine. Then on the 30th of November at 9.40 PM I received a text saying my booking was being canceled and that I could re-book if I wanted to. That surprised me, so I immediately called to see what it was all about. The host explained to me that Booking.com had increased commissions and that it was unprofitable for him to rent an apartment for five people at that price. I can book directly with him but at a higher price. I said I would think about it, but I didn't get back to him because he ruined my vacation. This is not a question of money, but a question of principle. He knew a month and a half before whether or not it would be profitable for him to rent out that apartment for two people at that price. So I have no idea what the Vila Tri Srca accommodation is like, because I've never seen it.

Very comfortable accomodation with the kindest hosts you could ever imagine. The apartment is euipped with all the things you need for your stay + outside cooking area is a great bonus, too. Suza and her family made us feel like we were part of their family, with welcome drink and coffee at our arrival. This is a perfect place for larger families as there is enough space at a covered patio where you could spend time together without disturbing others. For our kids the biggest plus were friendly puppies and kittens around in the area :) Far from the civilization but still close enough to everything, with minutes drive to Mitrovac, Perucac, Zaovine, Mokra gora... I would deffinitely recommend Tri Srca and hopefully one day we will return to visit Suza :)

When arriving to the villa from the direction of Bajina Basta, be sure you go through Mitrovac na Tari - Google maps might navigate you via shorter but very narrow, unpaved and steep road. The road from Mitrovac na Tari is far better with only 100 metres or so of unpaved road. There were some annoying little flies during our stay, so if coming during the summer make sure you bring repellent :)

Good location, stunning forrest, silence and piece. The host is very helpful and kind.

It is quite hard to get to the place if you do not know the area. We reccomend going through Perusac and then direction to Mitrovac.

Samo priroda

Objekat nije uredan, u apartmanu na spratu nema zavesa ni roletni,grejanje se kasno pali, kad se nesto zatrazi od domacice ceka se jedan ceo dan da se dobije(krpa za sudove). Najgore od svega je sto domacini nisu naveli da se ne prate Google maps pa smo se do njih popeli putem koji mestani smatraju neprohodnim. Prelepa priroda i okruzenje su nadomestili nedostatak vile i domacina.

Everything was perfect, the hosts were more than helpful, caring and welcoming. The place is in a wonderful location.

It was just missing the cabin like feel of the other Tara stays.

Very quiet, so good place to rest from noisy world. Also the location is good - you can go from here to all the other parts of Tara Park, of course car is needed. There is a lot of space around the buildings, so you can just have a breakfast on the grass, play volleyball or badminton and parking is never an issue. The owners are available 24/7 so late arrival is not an issue.

I have to admit that the apartment wasn't the cleanest. Especially the bedroom part on the attic. Also there was no curtain in the shower, so after shower, entire bathroom was wet. Pity the place is not animal friendly, so we couldn't take our dog with us, but of course we knew it from the beginning.
