The place was perfect, just what we meeded.

The condo was very clean and located right next to the lake. Fishing and other water activities were within walking distance. The pictures are an accurate representation of the condo. It is located on the third floor, but during our stay the elevator was not working. It is also located in a beautiful area. Unfortunately hurricane Beryl came through on the second day of our stay and we had to leave the area due to no electricity.

The condo was clean and felt new on the inside. The bed was very comfortable. Toiletries were well stocked. The view on the patio was very nice and the table/chairs outside were clean and felt new. We only stayed one night and it was extremely quiet. Grounds were well kept and pool was nice. We had to sign a contract before staying (first time i experienced that on vrbo). But I didn’t mind and would probably do the same if i were a vrbo owner. We have stayed on lake Conroe before, and this was the nicest condo we stayed at and will choose in the future.

Highly recommend this property! It is just right for a couple. The condo is very clean with all the amenities one might need. The balcony has a nice view and was perfect for sipping morning coffee. The neighborhood is well kept. The owner had excellent communication and was very helpful!

Our contact person was amazing and very accomidating. Our air was not working and she had it fixed within hours. Place was quaint and cute. The view from the balcony was beautiful

Was so happy with our stay. The location was beautiful right on the lake and close to restaurants. It was just as described with plenty of amenities. What a relaxing stay!! Brooke was wonderful with everything and quick to respond to any questions we had.

We celebrated our anniversary with a quick weekend stay. It's walking distance to a great restaurant and bar with pool access. Not far from Margaritaville and several other nice places.

My sister and I came to attend a family wedding and the location couldn’t have been better . The condo is very nice; perfect for two adults. The view from the balcony of the lake was so pretty. We will definately use this condo again.

This property was Amazing! One of the best Summer, weekend getaways we have experienced. The Condo was even better than advertised. Super secluded and quiet. The view of Lake Conroe right outside the balcony was beautiful and the Pool was awesome. Never more than 2 - 3 people there and mostly was just our family each time we were there. Very peaceful and tranquil neighborhood. Close enough to any fast food and restaurants but felt as if you were a part of a private, exclusive community away from the big city. The Price was A++++! The Owner (Brooke) was very nice and helpful. We definitely plan to return!

The condo was so clean, pretty and had all of the basics you need. The view was so peaceful and pretty and the community was quiet. I enjoyed the get away very much and would absolutely stay again.

The condo was very clean and updated. We could walk to the restaurant and they had an outdoor band that was a lot of fun. Bed slept really good. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions and very nice and accommodating!

Property was perfect for a quick getaway! Breakwater Grill a very short walk away where we were able to sit outside and enjoy live music for hours. Condo was great location for us and had everything we might need. Thanks Brooke!

Very clean. Just right for what we needed. Close to the marina and lake. Nice morning views with coffee. When locking the door-push the lock button, it’s not like most self-locking hotel doors!
