I like the location some of the facilities and some of the stores

I didn't like the noise of work going on but some how I was able to enjoy my stay

The place is excellent if you plan to ski a few days at Northstar, just walk to the Big Spring Gondola, get up the mountain and continue with other lift if you like. However, if the lines are too long you may opt to ski down the mountain at the Village Run, which has no line. Once back to the village, you may take the gondola again, or if you are tired, just walk back to your place and get a rest. I found it to be excellent for beginners like myself.

No wifi no TV, if you call they will give you another number to call, but they are just doing a ping-pong thing without any intention to solve the problem. We didn't care too much about it because ski is the main theme.

Excellent location in a beautiful place. The amenities were wonderful the hot tub the game room. Only one restaurant was open in the facility due to it being off season, but their food was very good.

The room that we actually reserved was not available due to some maintenance problem. The room that they put us in was substandard. Broken bed. One chair for four people.

Stuffy room, carpet is very dirty, outdated lighting. Water in the tube was yellow, can’t put my grandkids in it for a bath! Not worth $900+ for two nights!

We are just coming out of covid and it showed. Many places closed. No breakfast was served. We enjoyed the setting and the quiet. Hope you fully recover in the future.

It was obvious that Northstar suffered during Covid. You have no control over that and I hope you can regroup and recover. I booked through a third party and that seemed to slow things on check-in.

The walls are thin and you get noise from plumbing, neighbors talking and people walking in hallway. The convenience of the location can’t be beat.
