The property was updated and fresh. Lovely big bathrooms -2- and spacious bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment was quiet and we felt safe. Location was good. Price was amazing considering the quality of the apartment. Communication was excellent.

Liked most everything. More kitchen towels perhaps and dish soap for washing up.

modern functional kitchen, in ground level, comfy beds and pillows. quiet, lovely neighborhood. when one of the tvs didn’t work, a man came and fixed it.

quite worn some places. A couple of things needs fixing: membrane to shower cabin leaking, wobbling chairs, spots in small bathroom not working . instead of biscuits on pillows I would have appreciated a piece of hand soap in both bathroom instead 🙂 We had reserved a baby crib, but they were not able to deliver. I had to contact them because it was missing. They refunded the money without problem.

the Location is excellent , near a bus station and not far from the Beautiful place de la contrescarpe and the famous Mouftard street.

asking for my passport with a selfie and validating my booking by people I don't know. As a prime members of booking.com the site should be able to guarantee our stay without complicating the check in procedure. the appartment is on the ground floor directly on the street we can hear noises and people speaking in the street .

Great showers and facilities. Close to everything you could want. Really clean quiet and spacious. Would definitely stay here again was perfect for family of 4

Generally, a good place has to stay. It’s a 15 minutes taxi to Gare de Lyon, Eiffel and Champ-Elysee, Lourvre etc. Good public transportation connections too (though we did not use it). A nice cafe next door with good coffee and Croissants :-). good Location, cleanliness and ease of access. Also, a calm and peaceful neighborhood.

The property didn’t have tissue Rolls, no soap in toilets. The TV in the living room is not a smart tv and didn’t have usual apps. like youtube etc. Windows don’t have any nets etc. if you open, it all gets fully open to exterior. We also expected some cooking oil to be able to cook basics like eggs (for short stays, one cannot buy such things).

Everything was great! Having 2 bathrooms is a luxury.... The area is quiet, the apartment was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place!

The hostess was very kind and answered all our questions promptly.

Accommodation was clean, modern and in a good location. Having two bathrooms was also convenient. Collecting the keys was easy and building seemed well maintained. The beds were comfortable and water very hot.

You could often hear the people in the apartment above, particularly at night time. It sounded like they were moving furniture around, you could also hear noise from the street (bin collectors early in the morning). We couldn't get the TVs in the bedroom to show live TV. Instead, there's the option for Netflix, which is only good for those with a Netflix subscription. There were coffee pods left on top of the fridge (now presumably from a previous guest) and they weren't even compatible with the Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen.

The €15 charge for provider to hold a deposit. The need for a deposit was flagged in advance but not that it would cost €15. This was an unpleasant surprise.
