The breakfast room was very cold

Das Frühstück war gut.

Sind 50 Minuten früher angekommen durften aber nicht einchecken und mussten warten bis 15 Uhr. Fand ich nicht so gut, da wir einen weiten Weg hatten. Etwas mehr Verständnis für solche Situationen wäre nicht schlecht.

Essen war sehr gut, Zimmer sind recht klein aber ok

An old but clean hotel with comfy beds next to the railway-station. Quiet room. Only 15 minutes walk to the castle and old city of Weilburg, good breakfast-buffet.

Free Wifi was not working in my room (no signal)

free parking available, quite rooms, Netflix possible on TV, not far from town

The Bahnhof is in a good location for walking around Weilburg, and for driving around the local region. The restaurant is excellent.

Breakfast was not available on New Year's Day. In itself, that was not a problem, but it was disappointing that we were still charged for 7 breakfasts. When we checked out there was nobody around to ask about it, and our receipt was just left for us on the checkout desk.

This hotel is great, the staff are super friendly and vary polite and helpful. The people go out of their way to help if you have any issues.

The room tv's need to be relocated to the wall at the end of the bed. The present position in the corner and high up makes all the colours wierd. Not a good position and needs reconsidering.

It is as it says on the tin, good parking facilities, friendly staff. Location is a 10minute walk from the Marktplatz.

Some of the furnishings/interior are worn or broken. Walls are thin, so other guests are audible. WiFi was quite spotty.

Location is ok, it is on the railway station so not in centre of town. The hotel itself is nice & comfortable and we've stayed there before but some years ago.

The staff are not looking very happy when they are going about their duties or when you ask them for help, it may be their normal demeanour but it does not make you feel welcome or appreciated as a customer. The breakfast buffet was not always well stocked and often items of food were looking a bit tired or missing. There were rowdy workers staying in the hotel who were noisy and left dirty working boot footprints all over the access areas. They didn't change towels when left as per their written instructions, we had to remind them twice after asking for them to be changed. We had to ask for toilet roll because a spare was not left after the room was cleaned. The heating was not always working so the room was cold at times for February. Disappointed but I guess they are catering for the cheaper end of the market!

All was in good order here and well suited my short business trip stay. I had dinner at their restaurant which was also very good.

No issues here all was ok.
