The breakfast was basic, but all that you would need. The beds were comfortable and the location was quiet. The rooms were clean. The restaurant food and the beer was really good.

The rooms were small around 21 sq meters but we knew that when we were booking the place for a family of 4. The system of the keys with a blue tooth key was a bit of a hassle as the generation of the key was not happening via the website and we needed to communicate and get the key picked up at the restaurant. Finally all managed without any issues.

Everything is ok except the Breakfast.

The way back from the hotel restaurant in the evening to accommodation is in total darkness, i had to use the lanter from the phone. They should put some lamps otherwise you could have an accident

Beautiful town, and this place is right where you want it. And if you do stay here, you have to try their restaurant, one of the best food in this town, and even better than most in whole CZ. If you are staying in Telč, then this is the place.

Modern and clean hotel on a compound of a brewery. Nicely renovated buildings in a quiet location only a few minutes by foot from the old town of Telc. Friendly staff and very good restaurant. Parking right in front of the building.

The location was great, only a few steps away from the castle and the beautiful town centre. The room was very clean and comfortable with an air-conditioning unit, which made the hot night bearable!

We didn't like that instead of a shower cubicle we had a wet room and that there was no fridge in the room.The breakfast was OK, but not what we'd expect for the price we paid for the stay. But these are minor details. All in all, it was a very good stay!

Breakfast was just about ok. There was hardly anything to choose from,if you came late stuff wasn’t replenished,so you didn’t get any choice and what was left there was drying out. If we didn’t ask we wouldn’t get any hot breakfast options, on a day where there was a power cut during breakfast they didn’t even bother making tea and coffee into a thermos flask. We were left with water,juice and bread with ham ( no other options available). Staff would not greet us or check on us, we had to ask for everything and the answer was mostly not available. On Thursday they had more people for breakfast and there was visibly more things to choose from ( like honey and garlic spread which we didn’t see before). We stayed in for 5 days and on a day 3 we asked for towels to be changed( that was done straight away) but bedding was not changed once during our stay. They have lots of indoor stuff for kids available, but only one option is available for younger kids and is chargeable. Restaurant with home brewed beer is ok, food is nice, but not many options to choose from to stay in very often. Also depends on the staff on shift, some shifts are better than others. Younger staff is not very attentive and makes mistakes easily.

Perfect stay - great restaurant with brewery. Room- basic but nice and clean. Perfect playground for kids. Also close to the city center.

1) Really nice location - quiet but still walking distance to city center. 2) The "concept" of the whole place is really nice. 3) Pleasant restaurant.

a) A little fridge in the room would be very useful. b) The driveway to the place and the parking places near the building could be improved - now they are muddy and not tidy.

The rooms are very new. The breakfast was good. Position and parking excellent.

They charged a cappuccino during breakfast without informing before. They don’t speak English well.
