La résidence est calme et a un accès sécurisé. Appartement très lumineux, disposant d'une belle terrasse d'où l'on peut apercevoir le lac. Décoration simple mais soignée, bon équipement. Literie confortable.

Baveno is beautiful place , very close to attractions and 5 min drive to Stresa. You have everything that you need in the apartment.

A lot of apartment facilities are not in good condition ( broken fan holder and towels holder in bathroom ) a lot of old food and species leftovers from previous customers ( i am ok with salt and sugar , but opened pasta, rise and crackers, who will eat it ? ) . A lot of old papers on the fridge . The apartment feels not clean .

I am from the place but currently living elsewhere. It was so nice to stay in apartment without any tourists in the building. As an Italian from the place, it made me feel very much at home. The apartment is facilitated with anything you might need during your stay. Good parking. Also good value for the money you pay.

Needs some TLC here and there, but nothing that bothered our stay.

Very friendly staff and the facilities are excellent. The town center is around 1,5 km away, and there is a great restaurant, Amelie, nearby. Great place for families with kids or group of friends for a fun holiday.

The host was very friendly and provided us with a cake and a beer in the fridge. This was very welcome after a long drive. The apartment had everything you wish for when coming with children, even a barrier for an adult bed so a small child can sleep in it (next to a normal children touristic bed). The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. All in all a great place for a couple if days! When coming back to the region I would definitely consider renting the same apartment again!
