Location was great- very central- 2 large bedrooms, very clean- 2 bathrooms and a large outdoor area in the front - fantastic long pool
The central location meant that the noise from nearby restaurants carried at night - most concerning issue was that non residents were accessing the pool every evening - gate was frequently left open for them ( even though It’s a gated property)

The apartment was very clean,well kept and presented,everything working well and it is a easy short walk to the beaches ,shops and plenty of lovely restaurants. Lovely complex that isn't all full of holidaying people as alot is residential so it was lovely and quiet mainly and everyone on site was very friendly.The boys loved the shared pool which is well kept. Loved our stay and would 100% book again of we should come back.

NO Internet for 3 days So had to get in touch with the owner and he sorted it out straight away.
Not a very nice view from the terrace.

No one met us like the other 2 apt we hired but was in contacted on phone whenever needed, let us stay later on last day too, lovely place great location thanks

Two bathrooms - very clean and spacious - comfortable mattresses - so many condiments- salt/spices/ tea/coffee/Tupperware for picnics/ all cleaning kitchen products/dishwasher and washing machine detergent - lots of little extras lovely integrated dishwasher and gigantic dinning table. great location and pool perfect temperature not freezing cold.
The dog next door barking sometimes at night till midnight - the noisy restaurant opposite- but I put in ear plugs so was ok. rooms quite dark not a lot of natural sunlight - only one umbrella at the pool - not a nice view when sat outside you just see back of restaurant.
no safe in property - no personal handover
when arriving at property. can get stuffy upstairs - no air on - but fans in each bedroom

Apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Close to buses and amenities. Beds very comfortable. Bathrooms amazing
Spiral staircase was a bit tricky and wouldn't be suitable for older people

the pool and area, the ants in the apartment, the communication with owner, the noise from restaurant staff opposite, the dog next door, the security of the premises, the security of the complex, double tiny bed in the room without access to balcony but kids room had access? dangerous!

The cleaning bill was very high. My sister who lives there says the price for cleaning an apartment is about 40 pounds. We were charged 123 pounds. We never saw a cleaner once in the three weeks.

It was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children.the property was spotless clean and near everything. Very quiet at night.

Was in a good location if you like that end of Calleta, Mrs Rita very pleasant and helpful
Overlooked by workers in restaurant all times, broken kitchen equipment, nylon bed sheets, bed bugs, ridiculous amount of mosquitoes, slippy and dangerous spiral staircase, dangerous step to downstairs washroom, only one key supplied to a family of adults which all go out separate times is not enough.

Didn't like the bed sheets and pillow cases.
