My family and I had a great time! The house was perfect! We enjoyed nightly movies and playing games! We will definitely be back!

Connecting to national forest- wow. Beautiful and peaceful. Basketball, pool table, ping pong, hot tub, and a zip line = nonstop fun

We enjoyed our family and friends vacation. The house was perfect for our group of 12. The kids enjoyed all the indoor and outdoor activities.

We had a great time while in Angel Fire. The home was beautiful, very spacious & plenty to keep us entertained inside & out!

Everything was wonderful. Property owner was available as we needed and responded quickly. We had a great time! Property has something for everyone in group to enjoy. Some of the other properties seemed to have issues with driveways due to snow and ice so we were very thankful for this property. Having a large garage to park cars in was definitely a plus.

We had such a great time here! The house is located next to trails that are perfect for dirt bikes and Side by sides. The house is great for large groups and offered tons of stuff for the kids. The house is very spacious and offered plenty of room to sprawl out. Downside was it was loud with a lot of kids bc the upstairs is open to the downstairs. There were a few minor things that seemed to need a little TLC but overall it was perfect!!!

The kids loved all the activities available in the game room. This home was made for kids to stay in!

Loved having everything we needed to tube, snow shoe and snow board available without any additional effort on our part. Game room and hot tub were a huge plus. Great vacation, kids didn’t want to leave, already planning our return.

Awesome place awesome amenities, had everything we could ask for. An absolute blast to come back to after a day of snowboarding. The neighborhood was so majestic after it snowed. Would recommend 4wd or chains to get around the neighborhood if it snows.

This house was perfect for our trip. We had 4 families, 3 of which had children. The bedrooms had plenty of space and fit us all perfectly. The upstairs game room was wonderful and we enjoyed playing all the activities in it. Downstairs was perfect as well, the table is amazing and the living area was a perfect spot to lounge. The kitchen had everything we needed, as did the rest of the home. The backyard was also amazing, and we enjoyed sledding down the little hill, and having a camp fire at night in the awesome fire pit. It snowed the first two days we were there and the roads in the neighborhood were only passable with a 4 wheel drive.

Perfect for large family!

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing home! The property owner was extremely helpful and responsive; the house was well-stocked beyond our expectations; there were countless indoor and outdoor activities for our entire family; and we were blessed with a beautiful snowfall during our visit. Thankful for the memories we were able to make at this special property!

This was a great house for three families. We loved that it had a big table and all 14 of us could eat together. Beautiful view from the hot tub! We will stay here again.

Beautiful setting in the mountains. We loved being able to hike right into the national forest from the back yard. The house was spacious and the upstairs game room / home theater was great for the whole family. Overall, it was very clean and well maintained and was super enjoyable. Highly recommended and we would certainly stay here again.

Our family had the most incredible time at this property! The owner was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. We never ran out of adventures to have, family fun is what this property is designed for. We hiked out of the back door to the national forest, played basketball, rode the zip line, built forts in the woods, enjoyed great food cooked in the beautiful kitchen, went fishing at the nearby lake, and saw incredible wildlife (tons of humming birds, chipmunks, deer, a herd of elk, and even a friendly black bear).

We spent most of the summer road tripping through the mountains to avoid our big city of Houston, TX as well as to be in a climate where we could enjoy the outdoors. This was the last house on our 6 week journey and it was perfect! Chris was very flexible and easy to work with. His house sits on just a lovely piece of land and you really feel away from it all, but the little town of Angel Fire is just minutes away. Nearby country club, pizza joint, and bakery all had great take-out given current events. We so enjoyed the house. The property is amazing! We enjoyed every day with the fresh air along with the chipmunks, bunnies, birds, and dear. We traveled with a humming bird feeder and wow the hummings! We absolutely loved the ability to take daily walks in the Carson National Forest from the home (the backyard!). I am pretty sure not a single car drove by our house during our week long stay. So relaxing. It felt like glamping or family summer camp - both compliments in my book! My 10 year old adored her slide room and everyone else was comfortable in their rooms. The kitchen was easy to use and very well stocked although we always travel with our own pantry. Paper goods, soap, and shampoo were provided, but again we travel with our own. My family loved playing pool in the huge game room and the new basketball court outside was very fun! When we first arrived, the days in New Mexico were pretty warm, but the house is full of windows with screens, rooms have ceiling fans, and the house has fantastic cross ventilation. It was lovely! My only suggestion is the addition of table and chairs outside to allow more enjoyment of the patio and amazing outdoors! I miss my afternoons in the backyard in my hammock!

This home was great for our family, a group of 16 ages 2 to 82. Lots of sleeping spaces, bathrooms, and activities - both indoor and outdoor - for everyone. Our family's best times were outside on the sledding hill and the zipline. It is a beautiful home, with an extraordinary view.

This place has all the space you need for a big group. We had 4 families and there was plenty of room to lounge, sleep, etc... We will be back next year...

If there is snow on the ground you will want 4WD to get to the house successfully. Other than that the house is great!!

Great home for families! We were 2 families of 9. All the amenities you need. Our teenage kids loved the outdoor and indoor fun. The owner, Chris, very responsive and actually came over to clear the snow from around the house when the snow got a bit deep. Highly recommended and will return!!! One note...would strongly suggest a 4Wd in the winter in case of heavy snow.

This house is one in a million that backs up to the 1.5 million acre park. What an awesome place to enjoy a winter week! The 5+ car garage made it handy to store all our gear and allowed the cars to defrost overnight. The upstairs is unbelievable and our reaction upon arrival was that it is even bigger and more open than the pictures show on the site. The technology and connections built into this house allowed the kids to feel right at home without missing a beat and provided many with wish list for upgrades to our own homes. Also, the owners were quick to respond before, during, and after our stay and provided lots of help to our questions. We definitely want to return to this house and will find a way to make it happen, whether again in the winter or maybe next time for the summer. My only suggestion for future guest, which might seem natural to most, is a 4X4 vehicle is a must in the winter time. It is an approx. 500 ft. climb from the main road to the house location.

We had the best trip ever! The house is centrally located to everything. It was clean and the kitchen has everything you need. Loved having 2 dishwashers with our large group. The great room upstairs was perfect for watching football and relaxing. The view is priceless and the deer that came for dinner each night was a bonus. This house truly has it all. Our favorite house we have ever rented.

We were in awe when we first walked in at how beautiful the home was. The decor made our welcome very homey as well as the personalized message on the Alexa screen. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked. The beds were in good, clean condition. The scenery from the inside looking out was breathtaking. We had 7 adults, 5 teens, and 1 child. Regardless of our ages, the top floor, which had a theater set up, pool and ping pong table, along with a duo basketball game kept everyone entertained, when we were not snow skiiing on the mountain or sledding in the back of the house. When we return to Angel Fire, this will definitely be our first choice!
