Beautiful New Townhome - Perfect Location
Goditi il lusso e la comodità di una nuova casa situata in un quartiere storico. Questa casa con 3 camere da letto si trova a pochi minuti da alcune delle destinazioni più famose della zona, tra cui Downtown, il centro di addestramento olimpico degli Stati Uniti, lo zoo di Cheyenne Mountain, Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon e Manitou Springs. Paige was very easy to communicate with. The house is absolutely beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. We were in Colorado Springs for a family wedding and this home quickly became the gathering place for the family because it is so lovely and spacious. The Bride even asked if she and her bridesmaids could get ready there the morning of the wedding and take pictures because it was so spacious and nice. Thank you for sharing your home and making our trip so comfortable. The only suggestion we would have would be to have outdoor furniture to enjoy the outside area.

We loved our stay in the athlete house. Everything was well appointed, accurately represented, and very easy communication with the host.

The property was centrally located to tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants, very clean, and the owner provided all the needed provisions for our stay. When I had questions, the owner was very responsive. The house had a charming Olympic cycling theme and a spacious garage and driveway. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this property to anyone.

House was a perfect location in Colorado Springs for all activities - Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Incline etc. We stayed 3 nights to acclimate to the elevation and then headed down to Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico. House is well laid out and clean. The only detail to be aware of is the pull-out in the living room; not comfortable to sleep on (kids wound-up closing and sleeping on the sofas instead). All other amenities were great. Paige was super responsive and great to work with.

We had a great five night stay with our adult daughter to attend a family wedding. The home is super clean, well-stocked and is in a very safe and convenient location to all of the activities and sites in Colorado Springs. I would definitely stay here again! Paige is a super responsive and friendly host.

Stayed here on our way to Pagosa Springs so our stay was short. But this house was very lovely we definitely recommend it to anyone traveling for short or long stays! It was clean, comfortable, modern, close to many attractions! We loved it!!!

We were in town for a wedding / long weekend. The property had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was 10-20 minutes from all events, site-seeing at Garden of the Gods, and a quick trip to Manitou Springs.
Communication with the host was prompt, and the site listing is accurate. Would recommend!

We loved staying at this property. We spent 10 nights here while we explored all the area has to offer. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for our family of 4. The kitchen was well stocked so that we were able to prepare meals. The study and dependable WiFi allowed us to work part time. The property was clean, and the area felt safe. Highly recommend!

The property is very nice and near everything. The main business district is about 1 mile down the road and a large number of attractions are within 15 min. The townhome is spacious and well equipped. Paige was quick to respond to all inquiries and allowed us to checkin a bit early the first day which was really appreciated.

This was one of the nicest and cleanest properties our family has stayed in. Access was so easy, with a code on the front door, then the ability to park in the garage and enter from the back through the fully fenced yard. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the towels were plentiful - everything was perfect. We had more room than we needed for our family of 3. The athlete theme is also fun and tastifully incorporated throughout. We will be back!

The property was so perfect for the 4 of us to spend a cozy and happy Thanksgiving! We enjoyed hiking red rock canyon, walked Old Colorado Springs neighborhoods, and Garden of the Gods was amazing!! Thank you Paige for an amazing time!

Check in experience was seamless, clear online instructions. Although the unit is on a busy street, we parked in the garage so traffic was a non issue. The townhouse is great, nicely decorated and is well stocked with kitchen and bathroom necessities. It is well maintained and clean! There were 3 of us so we each had our own rooms with comfy beds. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our son is a cyclist & loved all the memorabilia on the walls. Nice views. Coffee shop and some places to eat nearby.

Great location and was immaculate. Cleanest place I’ve ever visited. Wish the living room TV was larger and suggest labeling the keys. Will definitely be back. Would recommend longer stays since the cleaning fee is a bit steep.

Lovely condo with plenty of room for several couples. Location was great, close to numerous activities in Colorado Springs as well as DT OCC. Well appointed interior and the parking garage was a bonus. The only suggestions I would make is to have rugs/mats by the entry doors as it was raining when we arrived with no place to wipe our feet. Robe/towel hooks in the bathrooms would be a welcomed addition and inviting outdoor furniture that accommodated more than two in order to enjoy the lovely evenings.

This home was located in a perfect area to enjoy local attractions. I worked every day and some of the family had the opportunity to visit the down town area, pikes peak, garden of the gods, and more. The theme inside the home was great as well “Athletes House” is very appropriate.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Location was perfect for day outings around the Colorado Springs area. When we were ready to escape the unusual Colorado heat in the evenings, the home was perfect for spending time together as a family. Communication with Paige was fast and clear!

The home is located in the Old Colorado City area within a mile of shops, restaurants and breweries. Also, there is a supermarket, a Walmart Supercenter and a Starbucks within an easy 2 mile drive of the home. The home is owned by former Tour de France (1987) & US Olympic Team Cyclist (1984) Chris Carmichael. The home is decorated with pictures, bibs and bicycles from his career. There are 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, Queen) with 2 bathrooms located upstairs with the laundry room. The front bedroom faces Colorado Ave and subject to traffic noise at times but wasn't an issue most of the time.
The first floor has the family room, dining area and kitchen in an open air concept which opens up to a small outside patio and access to the detached 2 car garage.
We were there for a week and had no issues. The host Paige Carmichael was very easy to contact for questions. We would stayed there again on future visits.

The location of The Athlete's house was the perfect location for everything we went to see & do. The owner, Paige, was very easy to reach. We had a great time here!
