Nice apartments. All new, very big and well equipped

If you don’t have a car, this is very off the beaten track. There’s no supermarkeds, no restaurants, no anything. So don’t book this without a car. The beach is small and the view is mainly of factories. It’s much cheaper than the other side of the island though and the place is quite nice, so with a car I would recommend it

Loveley apartment with stunning views , very quiet location and residents

The room was spacious and had a nice big balcony. The kitchen had a big fridge, toaster and microwave as well as some cooking utensils. The beds were super comfy so we slept well the entire time.

A few minor additions would have made the place complete. A water jug, ice cube tray in the kitchen for example. Cotton pads and buds in the bathroom.

The place was clean with good furniture. I specially liked the big screen tv and the washing machine with the drier. We washed and dried all the clothes before going back home! The pool was lovely and the ocean view was great too.

Everything was perfect. However there were no food or drinks available at anytime. A vending machine would be nice.

Beautiful hidden gem in Uruma. Right on the water, beautiful apartment style room with balcony, kitchen, washer/dryer, and good WIFI. We enjoyed the clean common areas and pool. We are looking forward to returning after the rainy season and trying the BBQ facilities and beach. Staff was responsive and spoke English which was really helpful!

The only negative was the couch, it is very comfortable (hard to find at hotels in Japan!) but it also had many stains which was off-putting. Perhaps they could purchase washable couch covers to solve this problem.

Nice ocean view and clean. I liked they had kitchen facilities. It’s more like vacation condo.

We heard banging sounds all night from upstairs lol. Next walking around sounds and other noises from next room. Also about the staff, when I asked a couple of questions from Booking.com app, I got none response so I had to make a couple of phone calls. They told me they couldn’t find out reservation and took a while to confirm. We booked upstairs room for the view. But we were given the first floor room. Don’t know if the mixed up or on purpose due to the vacancy of other rooms. We were going to order breakfast but then also informed that they could serve the food after 1000 am but again check out is 1000 am. Parking is walk distance but behind the building so needed to walk and carry stuff for a few minutes during the rain. Entrance is kind of hard to understand unless told specifically. We had a discount for some event but if we needed to pay the regular price I would not choose again.

I use this property a lot and just love everything about it!
