Visiting son at UK. House was perfect for a family of 6. Has everything you need. Neighborhood very quiet and walking distance to restaurants groceries and ice cream. Awesome.

Beautiful updated home in a cute neighborhood.

Lovely home located in a quiet area of Lexington. The house is very clean and organized with essentials and some non-essentials provided. Everything is labeled so that you can easily find whatever you’re looking for. Communication with the owner was excellent. Check in and out was a breeze. Easy drive to distilleries and Kentucky Horse Park. Within walking distance of some must try restaurants. Will stay here again if ever traveling to Lexington again.

Cozy home

Cathy's house was an excellent destination to catch up with friends. Located near UK and close to restaurants and a grocery store we couldn't have asked for more. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Cathy was also an excellent host and super quick with returning any messages. Highly recommend this house if you're planning on visiting Lexington!!

Love the owner of this house! She goes out of her way to make the rental property welcoming, well appointed, and comfortable. Great linens, washer and dryer available if needed, coffee and coffee creamer, bathroom products. Makes packing much lighter. This was our second time and won't be the last.

Would definitely rent this home again!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Neighborhood is perfect - great bars and restaurants right around the corner. House is very pleasant and also quiet at night. Our two dogs were able to play in the small backyard, but we also took long walks with them in the morning and evening. Cathy was responsive and we had no issues. Will definitely consider staying there again.

This was one of the cleanest, most well-appointed places that we've rented. The location was great for walking the dog or walking to neighborhood restaurants, etc. Centrally located for driving around Lexington. A quiet neighborhood but still close to the action. One of the best places we've rented.

Cathy is a wonderful host . Perfect place for a girl ’s get away. House had everything we needed plus more. Restaurants in close proximity, and a Kroger just down the street. Highly recommend.

We were in town for a trade show and this was a great respite from the show. Wonderful neighborhood with fun restaurants within walking distance. The front porch was nice to come back and enjoy the evening on. The house was very user friendly with everything marked and accessible.

This place has it all! Location, cleanliness and really comfortable. This homeowner is very detailed. It had everything from fiber internet to coffee, creamer, body wash, shampoo, face wash, q-tips and more. They have thought of everything. It has just the right amount of furniture and great use of space. The owner was quick to respond anytime I contacted her and very pleasant. Lots of stuff within walking distance. We cannot wait to stay here again! You will not be disappointed.

If I could have given 10 stars, I would have enthusiastically done so. What a jewel. The house was absolutely perfect. We were close to all things we love....fine dining, cute boutiques, and Keeneland. We even got to sit on our porch and hear the Chris Stapleton concert at Kroger Field. (A big bonus and unexpected surprise) Catherine has thought of everything. She had coffee and creamer, bottled waters, toiletries and products such as nice shampoo, conditioner, makeup remover wipes, and shower gel. We didn't have to worry about hauling our overpacked suitcases up steps to enter the house. There was a ramp to side door. Very safe neighborhood. Lots of walkers and runners. We had a driveway and didn't have to park on street. Bathroom had nice size vanities. Lots of extra towels. Really, I could go on and on. we have already booked gor October.

This host has thought of everything to make your stay in Lexington fantastic. She has thought of everything, excellent quality in every way, from the sheets to the towels to the soaps everything is luxurious. You can tell Kathy really enjoys pampering her guests. The location is perfect. Be sure to stop for lunch or dinner around the corner at Bella cafe. The best compliment is the fact that we are going back. Look no more and bookthis house!

Had a great trip with my wife, 2 kids (both under 3), and 2 other couples. House was very spacious and beds were very comfortable. Everything was labeled in the house, communication with the host was excellent, and the location was perfect. Grocery store, doughnut shop, coffee spots, bars/restaurants (including an excellent brunch place called Josie's Restaurant) were all within walking distance. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time on Sunset over the holiday. The house is perfect for 3 adults or a few more and had everything we would need or want for a holiday visit. Our small dogs enjoyed having a fenced yard and could keep an eye on everyone fairly easily. We were visiting family a short walk away and regularly walked to shops in the area and around the UK campus on Christmas Day. This will remain high on our list for future visits and to recommend to friends.

Stayed here with my wife and brother as a home base for our Bourbon Trail vacation. The location is quiet and safe yet very close the action. The house is nicely furnished and well-stocked. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Lexington and surrounding area.

This was our very first Vrbo experience so wasn’t sure what to expect but it was a great experience. Very clean (just like the pictures). Easy communication and very close to UK for our son’s move in. Safe neighborhood. Walked to Starbucks to get my morning coffee.. look forward to booking again 🙂

The house was absolutely charming. It melded a feeling of antique character with modern convenience, and had every possible comfort and necessity present, accounted for and clearly labelled(!) for use. You could cook a thanksgiving dinner without difficulty or just walk to excellent takeout and Greaters if you are feeling lazy. The water was excellently hot, the sheets were sumptuous, and the A/C worked beautifully. The house is centrally located for searching the bourbon trail, scouring used tack stores for good finds, checking out the paranormal sights in Lexington or hitting the horse park. And that’s just what we managed to do in three days! We hope to be back again come springtime.
