The room and facilities were superb, more like a boutique hotel. There was a small kitchen area with an extensive breakfast offer, great selection of hot drinks including a coffee machine plus fresh milk in the fridge for breakfast. A pair of earplugs were thoughtfully provided but we didn't need them. The room is right in the centre and there was an information folder which we used to find somewhere to eat and drink. We were arriving later due to train times and information was provided promptly so we could obtain the keys
We struggled to understand the instructions of the coffee machine but that was a minor thing

As soon as we stepped into our room, we thought it was fab straight away, warm, great decor throughout, clean, modern, comfortable, a lovely en suite bathroom all in a great location. Whitehall just down the road a 100 yards, Pen Cob Wetherspoons a bit further on for a great breakfast. Not noisey tbf as people have said (we went on New Years Eve)
No parking, but you can park outside for free between 17.00 & 09.00, we just parked in a long stay car park 5 mins away for 24hrs..cheap enough.
Overall....great place to stay, great location.

Not a cooked breakfast but a good enough continental one. A very comfortable bed. On the High Street so well placed but a quiet road at night.
The fridge had been switched off by mistake so the milk, while in its use by date, was almost on the turn.

Rooms are very clean very comfortable had the best night's sleep lots of little extras no noise outside there's even Netflix's on the TV for you it's our second time there this year will stay there every time we are walking in this area stunning rooms

Communication with the owners was very good. The room was excellent with a lovely bathroom and comfy bed. There was everything you could have wished for in the room including ear plugs. It was clean, warm and beautifully decorated. The location was central to everything. I would stay there again and would recommend to everyone.

Parking is on the street and only free from 5pm to 9am - fine if youre up and out early but can be a pain

Central location, excellent size room with a great bathroom. Also had tea and coffee making facilities as well as a fridge in the room. Breakfast was continental which was replenished each day.
