Fantastic location within walking distance to town. Great fully enclosed backyard and pet friendly. Property was clean however a little tired. Would stay again.

After recently staying in Denham with a group of friends, my husband & I found ourselves wanting to revisit as a couple. We stumbled across Denham Coast Court & it was pet-friendly!! We booked with ease & Anthea was great to communicate with & gave us the contact details of the person who would do our check-in.
The unit was clean & tidy & as described online & photos are a true representation of the property ( maybe actually a little larger than the photos showed.)
We had to bring our own linen, this was not a problem. The bathroom & laundry are combined and has a fridge/ Freezer suitable for those on a fishing trip. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make a meal each night.
Walking distance to the beachfront & it was nice to have our fur babies with us on holidays, they loved it. We had Kangaroos on the drive at night, and there was room at the rear of the villas to park our boat.
I highly recommend Denham Coastal Court to anyone looking for a family getaway.

Needed a booking at the last minute. Contacted in a timely manner by owner. Easy check in. Pet friendly except my dog likes to eat shell grit in the backyard. Semi permanent neighbours in next unit were so friendly and helpful. Price of accommodation was very reasonable

Home away from home
This property was clean and comfortable. It could do with a new couch as the one there has been broken and uncomfortable for a few years now. But this property has everything you need for your holiday.

Great house for a great family holiday. Very easy & convenient. Location was good, short stroll to Main Street with the beach at your doorstep.

Easy life in Shark Bay
Well situated and well equipped for a family with 2 teenagers and their dog. Easy to find and to discover the wonderful Shark bay from this Denham spot! I recommend!

Perfect for our needs
Secure yard, comfy beds, great location, awesome value, had everything we needed. Very happy indeed.

Great location but shame about the overall quality of the unit
The unit is close to the main street of Shark Bay so can’t fault the location. However the unit itself wasn’t cleaned very well when we arrived. There was lots of hair on the floor throughout the unit and in the shower tray and up the walls. There were other issues with the cleanliness which I raised with the owner/property manager to which I got no response which was very disappointing. I have messaged her on here and also the lady she uses to clean the unit and both of them have ignored my communication.
There is a really bad smell in the unit that smells like sewerage and the unit also smells very old and musty. The sliding door to the second bedroom kept getting stuck as it’s very old and on 2 occasions my 5 month old and I got stuck in there. Luckily I had my phone on me and was able to call my partner to come and rescue us. Again I made the owner aware of this which I would consider quite a serious issue with the unit so to be ignored was pretty rude. The door is not safe as it kept coming off the rail at the top, it could cause injury.
I wasn’t going to write a review but we still haven’t heard from the owner so unfortunately I’ve decided to leave this review so that anyone considering staying here is aware of the service you will get.

Coastal court was perfect to ensure we enjoyed the shark Bay experience. Comfy beds, great location, plenty of parking. Highly recommended and extremely affordable.

Outdated place, but great if traveling with dog
Very old and outdated place, but had everything we needed and it was clean. Best bit was that we could bring our dog,had a small fenced outdoor area at the back. We really appreciated that !

Attention to detail
Needs bedside lamps in bed room, needs proper antenna for TV, need maintenance- kitchen draw falling apart, bunk room door not working, toilet stained and very outdated, master bed poor condition & uncomfortable.
Otherwise cute unit in great location.

Having driven 800 K+ from Perth to Denham we were very disappointed, A. To have to contact the owner to find out how to get into the property when we were told that we would get instructions. B. When we arrive we found that there was NO bedding supplied, fortunately the lady who cleans the property ( very clean ) was our saviour & supplied us with sheets/ towels etc. She asked had I not read the information on the property ? Which I thought I had done, however hidden away on a drop down was an item , no bedding, this was not even in the amenities drop down. This is 2021 , I have not rented a property since the 1980 ‘s that did not supply the bedding & it was a rude shock to arrive after a 12 hr drive to be met with this. If there is no bedding surely this is an important item that should be highlighted. As said the cleaning lady that looks after the property was very very helpful. The property is old, basic, but clean. C. Laughton.

2. The back yard needs weeding, didn’t feel like doing it while I was on holiday and it did spoil sitting outside.
