My wife and I, our three adult children along with their spouses and our four young grandchildren had a truly memorable time at this beautiful home. The house was amazing with plenty of room and comfort for all. An added bonus is its great location.....close to several beaches and the downtown area yet set on a private road that is safe and quiet.
After a day at the beach, a visit to the many downtown shops and restaurants or a round of golf, we looked forward to returning "home" and relaxing on the expansive deck or watching the grandkids run around the very large yard. So many great and lasting memories were made during a week that went by too fast.

This is a great property. Easy walk to the town of Chatham, as well as an even shorter walk to a small, calm, family friendly beach. The house was clean, very well equipped with all amenities as well as a fully equipped kitchen with lots of glasses, plates, silverware, gadgets, etc. Large very clean garage with beach chairs and an extra refrigerator. Lots of bedrooms all with their own bathroom. It was perfect for our family of 8 adults (parents and three grown children and significant others) as well as our 16-month-old grandchild. We had a great time. Would thoroughly recommend this house for family or multiple couples.

Loved everything about our stay. The location near downtown Chatham was ideal. Easy walk to town and a quick drive to the beach. The property is well maintained and had everything we needed. The deck is large with a great grill and the big yard provided lots of space for the grandchildren to run around. The house layout is ideal for multiple families. Highly recommend.

Great location and beautiful house!
Only issue was getting to and leaving as traffic was totally crazy taking a toll on one’s nerves and energy Would only consider going off season or being able to rent mid week to midweek!

Enjoyed the house. Nice location with close access to beach and town. Well stocked with amenities but be aware that bed linens, towels, bathroom mats are not included, which is not ideal when traveling long distances/coming from overseas.

A group of old friends from our college days spent a few happy days in this wonderful cape cod home.. Large beautiful rooms, great kitchen, spacious living room, comfortable beds, charming host: it was exactly as depicted in the home listing.

This beautiful home more than made up for 5 days of wind and rain - it's exactly as pictured (maybe even bigger), with lots of room for my group of family and friends to gather or "get away." I wish we could have spent more time on the beautiful deck - a great place for breakfast or cocktails. The kitchen easily accommodated our group of 6 "cooks" and we enjoyed many lovely dinners. This was not our first VRBO rental and we would definitely return !

The home was very clean and well appointed.The deck was a fun place to enjoy a cocktail or a cup of morning coffee. The home can easily accommodate a large family. The location was quiet but within walking distance of the town and the LightHouse Beach. Chatham is a beautiful town with many good restaurants and shops.

Great house in the perfect location
He had a family reunion....siblings and spouses plus out active 80+ mom. This house was perfect.
The location of the house is perfect. It's walkable to Main St. Chatham and the lighthouse beach. Such a perfect location to explore the Cape.
We loved the house. We all had our own bedrooms and baths..space to relax and the main floor gathering area for games at night. The deck was a perfect spot for happy hour.
The beds were so perfect and Dave helped provide wonderful linen service. The kitchen well appointed for a crowd and we all could gather in the kitchen and help. Highly recommend the house and we hope to co.e back.

We had a fantastic week at this beautiful property. The home was very clean and comfortable. We walked to town, Lighthouse Beach, and Oyster Pond.

Our stay was excellent and the space made for a great family experience.
We had a wonderful time staying at this property in the location was great. Parking was good and it was easy to get to and from attractions. The one piece of feedback that I have is that the condition about sheets and towels being the renters responsibility was buried oddly in the contract. The contract was well written, and each topic had its own paragraph, however this topic was appended at the end of an unrelated topic as if to make it go unnoticed. That meant that we were forced to use a local rental company upon our arrival which cost $400 to rent sheets and towels for the week.
Overall the layout of the home was great and comfortable, the yard a perfect play spot for lids and easy relaxation for parents.

Beautiful house, perfectly accurate posting
Everything about the house was fantastic. Paul is a really nice guy to interact with and had the place set up with all of the amenities and cleaned perfectly! The location is amazing, super short walk to chaham and easy drive to other spots! Beds and such were great, linen rental was similarly seamless! Would definitely rent again, loved the huge yard and AMAZING kitchen full of everything you could ever need to cook anything.

Outstanding Fall break on the Cape
This outstanding home was everything it was promised to be! From the start of my inquiry with the property manager to our check out, everything was as promised and then some. The property was immaculate - and we spread out over every inch of the house. There was more than enough room for our extended family, including private space for those of us who needed to work remotely. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for a Thanksgiving feast. We hope to return! Thank you for providing our family with a desperately needed break!

Beautiful home and great location!
We loved our stay at this home. Our family (6 adults and 2 children) enjoyed a one week stay at this beautiful property. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the deck was a great place for cocktails, and we loved playing in the yard and strolling the community. The Oyster Pond nearby is a great place for small children or to relax at the end of the day. We loved walking into town (Chatham) nearby. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and hope to return next year!

Fantastic home, perfect for latge families, great location!
This home is absolutely spectacular! It is very large, woth beautiful and roomy gathering areas, five bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, beautiful deck and outstanding yard and grounds. Also in a perfect location near the water with an easy walk to town. We have 6 children and we have never been more comfortable on vacation. A major feature is the kitchen, which is spacious and has top of the line appliances. Outstanding and we hope to return next year!

Beautiful, large Cape house
It is a challenge finding a place that makes the whole family happy! This beautiful house near downtown Chatham fit the bill perfectly. Spacious five bedroom house with two car garage in pristine condition and a huge lawn for the kids to play in. Quiet location along private drive but close enough to walk to downtown area. We look forward to returning!

Property's size, location and layout were perfect
My entire family celebrated my Mom's 95th birthday in Chatham. As such, this location and the house were ideal for the 12 people (of all ages) we needed to accommodate. Everyone had a room that was suitable and the layout of the home was perfect. The open kitchen and sitting area proved to be wonderful for our informal gatherings and the house was more than well provisioned, as we found everything we required during our stay. We also found the house manager to be very attentive and thoughtful. Everything went has planned and we had a great stay. We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful house for family and friends
Highly recommend this beautiful rental home in Chatham. The listing and photos are very accurate. This home is very roomy and will accommodate a group comfortably. When we arrived everything was very clean. Other then the linens and towels you need to bring, this house is extremely well stocked. I've rented homes/condos before and never stayed in one so well equipped. We cooked dinner during our stay and kept commenting that the kitchen had more cookware and dinnerware than ours at home. From the minute we booked the property, Paul was very responsive and helpful. It is a quiet neighborhood, but about a 10-15 minute walk to downtown. Oyster Pond is also in walking distance (great salt water pond for little kids and a nice place to enjoy the late afternoon) and Lighthouse beach is about 1.2 miles away. We did a 3 mile or so walk each morning that included downtown, lighthouse beach, and the drawbridge. A fantastic way to start each morning. Walking on the roads without sidewalks can be somewhat intimidating at first, but the drivers go pretty slow and everyone is out there walking, running and biking so you get used to it. Highly recommend going to Provincetown to do the Dolphin Fleet Whale Watch. We also watched a summer league baseball game in downtown Chatham. Take time to go to the Chatham Pier, say hello to the seals and watch the fisherman bring in their catches. Enjoyed meals at Chatham Squire, Chatham Fish and Chips, and had to go to Sundae School in Harwichport. This is more than a "rental", it is obviously someone's home and you feel fortunate that the owner is sharing it with others.

We highly recommend this lovely home.
We are four best friends from childhood. Annually, we spend 4 to 5 days in New England reconnecting. Our stay at 34 Inlet Way was perfect. The house is immaculate, beautiful and serene. The neighborhood is quiet, picturesque, excellent for walking to beaches and to town. The wrap around deck was ideal for enjoying our morning coffee, and visiting in the afternoon. The property is lovely. Without reservation, we highly recommend this home.

Beautiful and Spacious
Our group of friends and family in town for a wedding were welcomed by this beautifully maintained property. It's private, in a quite neighborhood and there is a good amount of backyard and wrap around porch space for a family BBQ. The room layout was fantastic, and provided the flexibility for our entire group to comfortably spread out and relax. The proximity to downtown Chatham was something we took advantage, as it was only a 10-ish minute walk.
As a property manager, Paul was extremely attentive and was always quick to respond.
Overall, the property is spacious, comfortable, clean, charming, with great outdoor space, and we highly recommend!

Great Home and Location!
We recently stayed in this home during the 1st week of August. We had a group of 11, with 7 teenagers. This home met all of our needs and more. It has everything you could possibly need for a stay on the Cape.
The property is in supreme condition, and very well cared for. It's obvious that the owners take great pride in their home. It has a lot of personality and charm. All of the modern conveniences are in place and available to you during your visit. For the size of our group, there was plenty of space to relax, either as a large group or even individually if you wanted to find your own quiet space if desired.
The kitchen is updated and has all modern amenities and appliances and pretty much every kitchen tool you would ever need.
It's in a quiet, private neighborhood with a small number of homes. The home is located pretty far into the "corner" of Chatham, so away from the "busy"ness of the town center. That said, it's a quick 2 minute drive into town, or a 10-15 minute nice walk. For our purposes, being in Chatham allowed us to have a great jumping off point to hit, Martha's Vineyard, Provincetown and anywhere else we went. It's also a quick ride down the hill to the Chatham Lighthouse and beach. There's plenty of shopping within short distances as well. We didn't hit many local restaurants, but saw that there were plenty to pick from if you wanted to stay local.
The Property manager was great to work with as well. He was very responsive, answered any questions in a timely manner and was very accommodating to our needs. We really only had 1 small request though since this house had everything we could have asked for.
Overall, this house was fantastic! I'd highly recommend this home to all types of groups and families.

Wonderful location for a family vacation
The house was roomy and comfortable - perfect for a large family vacation. Everyone had there own space to relax and play. We are an adult family and the house had all the areas to be with everyone else as well as find some solitude. I would return next year without a second thought.

The Perfect Home Away From Home
I chose this home for my family of 9, including 2 young grandchildren based on the reviews and the description of the house. Everything was as described and better. The home was well appointed and clean. There was a large yard which was perfect for the children. The location of the house could not have been better for us. It was within walking distance to a small beach and to the center of the charming town of Chatham. Paul was wonderful to work with and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this home and hope to be back soon.

Amazing home! Perfect Chatham Vacation.
Thank you for an amazing stay at this lovely Chatham home. The property was perfect for 10 guests, with plenty of room spare. The outdoor space/yard and roof deck became the highlights of the week. We also really enjoyed being so close to downtown Chatham and Oyster Pond. Paul was also very easy to work with and went above and beyond to make our Chatham stay tremendous. We would recommend this property without reservation as it did not disappoint. We will be back!
