We've been staying at Sea Breeze for 4 years now and every time we come we love it even more! The condo was clean and had everything we needed! A great family friendly place!

Everything was terrific with one exception, altho this seems to be true with most condos in that area. There is no code for the condo door - You have to travel several miles to an office to pick up a key. This is really inconvenient for anyone who flies in and doesn't rent a vehicle.

When we arrived the A/C was not working. Waiting for a repairman was not on my list of things to do on my Florida vacation. We were informed that the problem with A/C was the filter had not been changed since 2019. the drainline was clogged. Every A/C return in the unit was covered in dust. Upon opening the couch beds, we discovered what appeared to be vomit, trash, and part of a Pop-Tart on the floor underneath. I wasn't about to assume the sheets had been changed! It was clear the unit had been surface cleaned - fresh lines, bathrooms wiped, floors mopped before our arrival. However, it was also obvious that it had not been thoroughly cleaned or up-kept in long while. In addition to the dirty A/C filter the drain line was clogged. The track in the closet in the master bedroom had been bent so if you open the door too far it got stuck open. One of the kitchen cabinet doors fell off the hinge upon opening it. You were alotted one bath towel for the length of your stay. Ours was 7 days! The was an ironing board, yet no iron. A vacation is meant to be a time of relaxation not waiting for repairmen and cleaning up after strangers!

Overall we was very pleased with our condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. Only complaint is there was only 1 elevator for all the units so you have to wait for a long time for it to come up and go down. And inside the elevator was ridiculously hot! Needs ventilation!!!!!!

Microwave broke on our second day we call and had a replacement within two hours You do need to replace pot and pans some were very bad looking.

Sea Breeze 303 was great for our family of 5! It was clean and had some beach toys, chairs, and fishing rod holders left in the closets. Bring beach towels as they are not provided. There is a hair dryer. There is carpet in the bedrooms, which, in my opinion is not a great idea on the beach, so there is some staining on the carpet, but was clean. It was not a deal breaker for us. The pool and hit tub area are wonderfull! The location was great with a 10-15 minute walk to the boardwalk at John's Pass even with younger kids. Overall, was a great experience and we would stay again!

We were very comfortable staying here. The kitchen was very nice and came with all the staples. A larger fry pan or griddle are needed. King size bed was comfy, the twins were not very comfortable. The location is great, not far from Johns pass. 7-eleven across the street for items you missed. Beach is beautiful. Pool and hot tub were nice. Corn hole and bocce ball available to use at any time. We found lots of sand dollars on the 2nd sandbar, this made our trip!!! We would stay here again.

Laundry facilities are located on the 4th floor. Only downside is the mattresses on the twin beds aren't super comfortable but the one on the king bed is great. We would definitely come back.

Our experience at Seabreeze was wonderful. Check in was easy but a distance from the condo. Our unit was updated and in good condition. The carpets need replacing but overall it was very comfortable and the view is spectacular. We loved the warmth of the sun on the balcony in cool afternoons and viewing the sunset there at night. The pool area and hot tub are nice and seem adequate for the time of year we were there. The location was great and within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. We would stay at this unit again.

We had no car and walked everywhere. 7/11 across street has everything. Beautiful condo with open kitchen the family room and breathtaking porch view of beach. No beach towels and no coins available anywhere for laundry. Bring a roll. Pirate Cruise awesome for family excursion. Bamboo Beach Club our favorite happy hour location- such a fun crowd. Love Madeira Beach.

The overall condition of this unit was acceptable and the beach and pool area were fantastic. The noise from the resident in the unit above was an issue. It seems as though someone would drag a chair along the floor at all hours of the day and "night"?? The elevator could use help but didnt fail. I wouldnt stay in this unit again knowing there are so many to choose from.

Great view and walking distance to John’s Pass. Condo had everything we needed. Check in/out process would have been easier if the key to the condo was in a lock box on the door. We didn’t have a car and used Uber to and from airport and had to add the extra stop in Indian Shores to pick up and return the keys.

They tried to say we refused help when the cleaning employee said there was nothing she could do except vacuum. We have all the pictures to prove how dirty the condo is. We spent our first day cleaning it. Unacceptable in the says of Covid. Elevators weren't great either.

Property was great, clean. Location was great! Only slight hiccup was elevator issues.

Experience was good but didn't receive an email on check in instructions and was a little aggravating.

Condo did not have beach supplies. Who wants to have to buy umbrellas and boards to go to the beach. Guess the owner makes out since you have to leave them.
