Our family really enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us. The kitchen was very well stocked and the use of the beach chairs and umbrella was very appreciated. Thank you for a great stay.

Very nice house to stay in. Very modern and everything is in good working order. Great communication with the owner. Good location for fishing and the beach is a short drive if you leave early. If not the ferry wait will be long. Will defiantly stay in this house again.

The house was great. Very comfortable and stocked with all the essentials. The living room and beds were very comfortable. We were close the restaurants and our fishing guide. I would highly recommend this home. The owner was super to work with.

This house was very nice to stay at. The house had everything we needed, the kitchen was well stocked and the use of a washer and dryer was very nice. Beds we're comfortable and the house was minutes away from the ferries to port Aransas. All in all we had a really nice time.

The home was very clean, spacious and beautiful. I was amazed at how close it was to the water and to get the ferry to port aransas. A lot of restaurants and grocery stores close by. I asked for the air conditioner to be lowered to 71 and I got a response within a minute.

Gary, As last year our stay at your Pompano location was great. With the exception of my daughter finding a pair of womens tong, shorts and socks under the bed. Other then that it was a great 4th of July get away. The Cantu Family

We HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this property and would stay there over and over if available. The owner answered any and all questions. We truly enjoyed our stay and you'll not be disappointed.

Pros: The house was spacious and has lots of beds to sleep, could sleep more than 6 people although is listed as 6 person maximum. There's plenty of linen and towels. My girls enjoyed using the outdoor shower. My fiance and I liked that the master bedroom has it's own door to go out to the screened in patio to sit out and relax. The kitchen is well stocked with every kitchen item and spice you would need. You do not even need to bring your own cooler, chairs, or sunbrella, the house has it all to use during your stay. Cons: The hosts was unwelcoming. Our first night that we stayed, the following morning I received a text from Gary stating, "Please explain what's going on in this video. It appears your in direct violation of our rental agreement". The video was only of my family getting home after 1am from night fishing at Conn Brown Harbor. He texted back and stated the confusion was on his end that he did not recognize my family and thought we were "partying". As guests it was an unwelcomed feeling to make assumptions like this, as if to get us out the house on any rental violation; however, we were not in violation of any rental agreement or house rules and were respectful of the house we were staying in. The area seems more prejudiced with looks and treatment my hispanic family got while at Aransas Pass and Port Aransas when we went places, shops, and out to eat and was noted by each of us. It was a bit uncomfortable but we didn't let it get to us. We were on vacation to have an enjoyable time. We have gone to Port Aransas before but stayed in Corpus Christi and drove straight to Port Aransas beach and the people are different in Corpus than in Aransas Pass, more friendly. When packing the Tahoe to get ready to leave, the white elderly nextdoor neighbor even came outside with her leashed dog and stood at the end of her house (end of her house near our driveway where we were parked) to stare at us as we loaded the truck while her dog barked at us, unsettling. I sent a text to Gary and Junis stating, "Thank you for our stay" and it went without a reply. That was quite rude.

Enjoyed the stay. the home was very clean, all was as advertised. the furnishings were very nice. great location. quiet. scenic. Had everything we needed in the home to assist with vacations.
