Spent much time at the gate before getting access. Intermittent interruption in power supply. Staff not too friendly

First of all the location is very far from the airport not not the 8.1km they advertised, its more like 18km. The location is very difficult to find even with the gps as the hotel is on a dead end. The lady at the reception was "surprised" that we were able to book on booking.com and said she thought she removed the room because the room we have, has a shared bathroom with another room and they usuallydon'tbook two guest in those rooms at a time. Anyway, we ended up having to share a bathroom with a stranger because of her mistake. I asked if she would move us to a room with a private bathroom since it was her error and she refused. She said we would have to pay for an upgrade. Then when it was time to pay she used a higher rate than the rate of exchange for that day and claimed that they always use a higher rate even if the official rate of exchange is lower. I asked her what happens if the rate from dollar to cedi falls way lower, will she still charge 6cedi to $1 and she became annoyed and said, "no" we paid and managed the place for two days and immediately moved to another more comfortable hotel that was actually close to the airport. Since I challenged the receptionist on the rate of exchange she became rude. I would greet her and say "good morning" or "good afternoon" and she would ignore me. Also they claimed they had wifi and when we asked for the password she claimed they couldn't give us the password because they cut costs because of Covid-19.... so we were overcharged, for a room with a shared bathroom and no wifi far from the airport. I give the hotel a rating of a "1" out of 10. Please avoid this place and try somewhere else.
