Il primo piano della casa ha una cucina del capo per eccellenza, sala da pranzo, soggiorno e solarium con scivoli su un ponte all'aperto. C'è anche una camera da letto con due letti singoli e due bagni completi su questo piano, uno con doccia / vasca e l'altro con doccia e lavatrice / asciugatrice.
Il secondo piano della casa ha altre due camere da letto, una con letto matrimoniale (pieno) e una doppia, e l'altra con una regina. La camera da letto matrimoniale ha alcune vedute della baia verso Provincetown.

The house is lovely, very nice renovations , especially the bathrooms!
Getting around the property outside not easy for anyone with mobility issues - Thank God for the stairway on side of the house with a railing!

The house was lovely but the setting was spectacular. We spent many hours sitting on the deck overlooking the bay. Serene and beautiful.

We enjoyed our visit. The two separate units are unique. The view of the ocean from the studio is delightful. The main house needs a dishwasher.

The online listing is one of the most accurate I have ever seen. Everything was as depicted. If anything the garage apartment felt more spacious than it appeared online. The property was very, very clean. The K-G property management team could not have been more pleasant or responsive. The expectations and checkout requirements were clearly stated. It was great to be close to P-town, Wellfleet, and the National Seashore. Cold Storage Beach was great for walking, and never crowded when we stayed. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils, as well as wraps and garbage bags, etc. The only thing we had to buy was food. All in all, a great experience. I would stay here again!

The property was very, very clean. The K-G property management team could not have been more pleasant or responsive. The expectations and checkout requirements were clearly stated. It was great to be close to P-town, Wellfleet, and the National Seashore. Cold Storage Beach was great for walking, and never crowded when we stayed. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils, as well as wraps and garbage bags, etc. The only thing we had to buy was food. All in all, a great experience. I would stay here again!

The house was exactly what we expected, plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. Very clean and well maintained. A welcome binder had information for local shopping. The location is very convenient. Just a short drive to Wellfleet and Provincetown, nearby lighthouses and the National Seashore. The neighborhood beach is a very short walk and perfect for families.
We would highly recommend staying here!

We were very pleased with the location, condition and comfort of this cottage. We found the short walk to the beach very convenient, appreciated the proximity of a little market nearby and enjoyed the easy access to route 6 while still feeling the safety of biking and walking in a small village.
