this hotel is amazing we had our honeymoon last week and did 3 nights with our small dog it’s a dream room by the beach

every thing is excellent

The room was extremely clean with a balcony with a sea view.

Not being able to find Sea Beach, and when we did the building looked derelict! In a desperate need of a paint job and a sign. We nearly turned around and left but thought, never judge a book by its cover! The green mould on the walls in the entrance hall were a put off as well. But we were so relieved when we got in the room!

Easy walk yo the ferry and across the road from the beach. Nice to walk along to the promenade.

Not enough communication on getting in.

I liked the location and the view. I especially loved letting the breeze in tmwith the shutters or sitting on the balcony. There is a fridge in the king room, so it was great to get snacks and have water chilled. The rooftop terrace was huge!

There was no clothes line, would be great to have some thing small on the balcony and to have a chair and small side table for the balcony.its a great spot for a wine

Location is very good and room was clean.

Host told me to take the key number 2, but when I arrived I only found keys from rooms 3 and 4. I sent message to host and asked him what to do, it was late in the night, it was raining outside and I needed answer ASAP, to get into my room (and also he knew exact time of my arrival, because I shared that info with him). Not just that host didn't answer fast, but he didn't answer at all, ever. I didn't have a choice but to enter one of the other rooms, which was intended for somebody else. In my opinion this was very unprofessional and because of that I wouldn't recommand this property (which is shame because of perfect location).

Great location, clean and comfortable.

Nobody was there to welcome us on arrival and we hadn't received instructions on how to let ourselves in so it took a little to get that solved. No hand soap in the bathroom.

it says B&B but there wasn’t any breakfast apart from a coffee machine and there wasn’t a leaving room where to have your ‘breakfast’….I think the name shouldn’t be B&B and should charge you money accordingly

Very easy communication with the staff. We stayed here only night before leaving for Malta. The room was impeccable and not far from the port. It was a short walk to the restaurants. Thank you. We might come back on our return to Sicily!

The air conditioning was faulty and dripped water constantly, keeping us awake. The owner provided a bucket and cloth but failed to repair it, (and it clearly was faulty before we stayed as there was prior water damage on the wall). It was extremely hot whilst we stayed so a real issue for us. There was only one chair in the room and no other balcony furniture to use. Whilst there was a kettle, no mugs or cups to make a hot drink in.
