Un condominio 2 camere da letto / 2 bagni, situato su 2 piani in Kawama Yacht Club, Key Largo, FL. Questo condominio ospita 6 persone comodamente. Il condominio è stato recentemente rinnovato per includere nuovi letti, elettrodomestici, mobili soggiorno e altro ancora. Troverete tutte le vostre lenzuola compresi teli mare e lavatrice / asciugatrice pure. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e ci sono libri, giochi e film per i giorni di pioggia. Abbiamo una piccola griglia a carbone al condominio, ma l'accesso a una griglia a carbone più grande nella capanna Chickee appena fuori il lanai posteriore. Abbiamo anche un congelatore per mantenere la tua esca, ghiaccio e cattura durante il vostro soggiorno. Il condominio ha un parcheggio di fronte alla proprietà e si trova proprio di fronte alla piscina con un parco giochi sulla destra e un ingresso sulla laguna a sinistra.
Abbiamo fornito 2 kayak e attrezzatura per lo snorkeling per 2 e 2 biciclette per adulti per gli ospiti.
Kawama Yacht Club è una proprietà che si è ripresa bene da Irma. Questo condominio ha tutti i comfort che si possono desiderare. Ci sono 2 piscine, una grande laguna con due ingressi, spiaggia, pontile per pescare e snorkel, cucina all'aperto, attrezzature da gioco nuovissime e accesso a un porto turistico di nuova costruzione. Abbiamo accesso diretto all'Atlantico tramite John Pennekamp o il porto turistico. Se lanci da Pennekamp, è un breve giro piacevole nelle acque del golfo, dando ai pescatori molte opportunità di catturare. Alla fine del nostro molo hai l'opportunità di vedere il tramonto sopra il golfo e riflesso nei cieli dell'Atlantico.
Il Kawama Yacht Club è a pochi passi da Key Largo Fishery, dove ci sono due ristoranti, esche e opportunità di charter. Ci sono più ristoranti e negozi quindi possono essere elencati a breve distanza. Ci sono molte cose che puoi divertirti nella nostra zona per includere lo snorkeling, le immersioni, il kayak e altro. Siamo a poca distanza da Treasure of the Sea, Dolphins Plus o negozi di artisti locali e mangimi tarpon a mano da Robbies.
Non riesci a trovare un posto migliore per visitare le Chiavi e goderti il tempo lontano dalle pressioni della vita. Rimani nella nostra casa e hai tutti i comfort combinati con molte cose che puoi fare per divertirti.

It was exactly what we needed— a pool, a pickleball court, proximity to fresh seafood.

Great layout and amenities. Hosts are WONDERFUL to work with. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the Keys!

The condo was very nice and everything that we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent! The only issue we had was parking, which could have been caused from the holiday weekend but at times we would not have a place to park outside of the condo. When we checked in the person at the security gate said we would get a code to be able to come and go through the security gate, but they did not give that to us to try to control parking. The only problem was at times we had to sit there and wait on the security person if they were not there, at times up to 15 minutes. The checkout process was quick and easy. Having the golf cart was a lot of fun to be able to get around the place. We loved watching the iguanas interact. The lagoon was our favorite area, but the beach was not great.

We had a great time at the Kawana facility. The location is great and we really enjoyed the salt water lagoon. Wild iguanas, beautiful sunrises, and a great little community.
The condo was great and has everything we needed. No issues and the owners were very quick to reply to our questions. Would definitely come back again.

We stayed here at the end of longer vacation in Key West. It was so peaceful and even the neighbors in the secured community waved as if we were no stranger. The unit was just exactly as described. We spent most our time during the day out and it was nice to come back and be able to cook and grill our own meals.
If we are ever back in the area I’d definitely stay here again.

Me and my friends loved the property. It was the perfect rest spot for our road trip down to Key West. We loved the amenities and how clean the condo was. There are restaurants and stores are close by as well.

It was three adult men there for a long weekend of diving. Place is clean and comfy. We only cooked breakfast and more than enough amenities to any meals.

Property was just as described. It was so clean & comfortable. The amenities & things to do were excellent. The sunrises on the jetty were amazing, the pool right outside the room was so convenient & even better that it was heated. The lagoon was full of colorful fish to snorkel or kayak with. Having a full kitchen & the use of the bbq grill made us feel more like home. It was awesome to be able to explore with the use of the golfcart. Everyone we met was so friendly. We wish we had more time & will definitely be back.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Very clean with a fun beach retreat decor with plenty of inside furniture seating and lounging spots. It was great having the pool right out the patio doors! Golf cart was great and convenient to have for heading out to the jetty for the beautiful sunrises and sunsets and to beachfront! We cooked several of our meals and had everything we needed! This was a great place to stay for our family of 4 and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here!! Thank you!!!

Great location close to everything, loved that the pool was right outside our back door and there was a lagoon with beautiful saltwater fish we could swim with plus very large tarpon (which my husband thought were sharks lol) right out our backdoor as well. We loved the local restaurants that were all so close the pilot house was in a marina so close we could walk there. then to have the golf cart we where able to drive over to a natural jetty which is great fun, sun down picture opportunity can not be missed here. the condo worked great for our family (4 adults) and if we had any issues Tammy was very quick to respond and she also provided great info about the area.

We were very impressed with this place! Super clean, cute and comfy- the perfect place for our family. The entire community, including other visitors and residents, made us feel welcomed and safe. I would definitely recommend.

SO happy we made the choice to stay here! The townhouse was perfect, great kitchen, comfy couch and living area, clean bathrooms and nice beds. The property was beautiful with a swimming pool right out the back door and a beautiful lagoon just steps away. Great amenities, kayaks, bikes and even a golf cart! Fully stocked kitchen and large washer/dryer! We had a fantastic week and are thankful for the opportunity to share this lovely home!

We had an awesome stayvfrom July 4th thru the 8th 2023!! The condo is really clean and updated. Absolutely everything you will need to have a awesome time. The lagoon is greatcand tge Jetty is rrally beautiful. Great communication! Wouod highly recommend 👌

Our family of 5 had a great time here. Place was very clean and full of amenities. We loved the golf cart and drove it to the jetty to watch every sunset. The pool was right out our door which was perfect! The grocery store was minutes away. We would highly recommend, we all had a great time!!

We were absolutely pleased with this unit. It was just like walking into your own comfy place. The TV on main floor was a little challenging to us, but that would be my only issue. Great location to pool and various activity locations. Would recommend this to anyone planning a stay.

Communication with the owner was great. Property was decorated with a beach vibe, made you feel like you were on vacation. Close to everything. Bikes were nice to have available. Pool was just outside the unit. Would rent again..

Excellent hosts with Fabulous communication. The property was easy to find & convenient to everything we needed. The unit was clean, smelled great and was exactly as per the listing with a well stocked kitchen, easy parking. The golf cart & bikes were nice to use. The W/D were a huge convenience. Thanks for having so many towels!
Not anything to do with the owners of our unit but issues we had while on property:
1) the gate guards don't have a backup for bathroom breaks so there were a handful of times we had to wait at the gate to get in, up to 20 minutes a few times. I texted the host who provided an extremely responsive explanation but it is unfortunate there aren't posted break times or a backup person (from maintenance maybe?) that could let us in.
2) I picked this unit for it's immediate proximity to the pool - my husband has a hard time walking distances. Unfortunately that pool's pump was broken until the night before we left. We used the other pool but lost the convenience factor.
3) While in the pool: people were smoking on pool deck (I'm allergic). Others let their golden retriever into the pool water, which left an awful mess.. Also people not watching their little kids in the water (cell phones were more important)
3) the beach had a terrible low tide odor so it was unusable. I heard this was due to lack of rain???
I feel awful even pointing out such things, since the unit itself was perfect but just things I would want to know.

My family enjoyed our stay here. The condo was located in a great little community. Access to the golf cart was nice and it was close to lots of places to eat. Would definitely try to rent it again

So happy we decided on rhia property instead of a hotel. It had all the amenities we needed, the pool and lagoon were a great way to cool off and the grounds were beautiful.

Honestly could not have asked for a better place to stay. Location was awesome and all the amenities included are so nice to have. Communication with the owners was perfect very helpful and accommodating we 100% recommend this stay. Thank you!!

Nice condo in a beautiful, friendly resort. My only disappointment was finding it too far for me, a 74-year-old, to carry a kayak alone to the boat launch. Instead I went kayaking at the nearby John Pennekamp State Park which was wonderful. There are also quite a few other kayak rentals nearby.

This was our first trip to Key Largo and it was not easy to find a place for our family of 5. This condo was perfect. Spacious and clean. The host was very accommodating and kind from start to finish. We had everything we needed to cook and relax. The grounds are nice, even spent a day by the pool. Rode bikes to see the sunrise and sunset. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a great time at this property.
The owner could not have been more helpful and communicated perfectly. We felt welcomed even prior to our arrival. On arrival we were greated with a clean, fun, and cozy place to enjoy our vacation. The unit had plenty to space and was thoughtfully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Its in a nice proximity to the pool and lagoon. The included golf cart made getting around the compound easy and fun!

Awesome location and amenities. We were looking for a location in the area with more space and amenities than a hotel. This location was awesome with space for all 4 of my family. We enjoyed using the kayaks and going to the pool. A great fully stocked kitchen for saving money in making meals, instead of going out. I would highly recommend this location and would stay there again.

Great location and very clean. Really appreciated the use of the golf cart. Pool is not heated, but perfect for soaking in some sunshine or reading a book in the shade. We named the giant iguana by lagoon Charlie. Having a TV in each room was helpful with our two family vacation.

We had such a fantastic time in Key Largo and the accommodations were simply wonderful. Can see the pool from the back yard, as well as the playground, and kids loved taking walks around the lagoon on the sidewalk. We loved taking the golf cart to the jetty each night for sunset. Was a perfect trip and we hope to come back soon!

Nice property with fully stocked kitchen in quiet community. Host provides bikes, kayaks, fishing gear and a golf cart! We didn't use them, it is an easy walk around the property, but nice option. Lots of nearby restaurants. Only disappointment: no dishwasher or garbage disposal, will have to read details closer next time!

This place was very clean, nicely furnished, great location and the kitchen was very well stocked, plenty of towels. Over all I would definitely stay here again. The owner was easy to work with.
