This place was amazing for a beach getaway. We loved the location! On the beach, walking distance to many restaurants and free shuttles to John's Pass. I'm sad to be back home, but already thinking about next year. Oh, we will be back.

We had a great time. Condo was clean which is extremely appreciated. Pretty well stocked stocked with kitchen supplies. We would definitely return.

This was a very nice place.

I stayed at Las Brisas several times. In this particular unit, the floors were nice looking and modern but also a dark color. Although the floors looked clean, I don’t believe they were actually mopped in a very long time. Within 5 minutes of taking our shoes off, the bottom of our feet were dirty black. If you had socks on, especially white, they were dirty as can be. This was in every room. Get out of the shower, and you had to put shoes on right away or your feet were black again. The showers were not powerful at all. When checking out I did tell the contact for the condo and showed a picture of the bottom of our feet, how dirty. Contact said we should have called and they would have sent someone to mop the floors. We traveled overnight to get there and were too tired to have anyone disrupt us. Also, tiny little ants in the master bathroom. I would think that this would definitely be addressed so, yes, I would stay there again, Because after this review and discussion with contact person, I am sure they would not let this issue happen again. It is a great location, great beach, plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. Take care of the issue and you have an excellent place to stay!

The unit was exactly as depicted in the listing. The kitchen was fully equipped with relatively new appliances. The washer and dryer were also relatively new. The balcony has an amazing view of the beach and sunsets over the Gulf. As the unit is above the pool, there can be some noise from guests enjoying the pool. During our stay, there was a water leak in the unit above. The maintenance staff responded very quickly on a Sunday and turned off the water faucet that was leaking. The unit has 2 parking spots, they are located on the side of the side of the garage parking that is under the unit (near the pool).

Had a great time at this property! We never could get the WiFi to work but we did without it and it was ok. We called about it and the troubleshooting that was suggested didn’t work. Apparently, other units/buildings may have stronger connections so ours couldn’t be found. Overall, a great stay and a really nice location!

They tried to charge me $ said we wrote a coffee pot and a door. I asked them for pictures if the damages and never got them.

This was the perfect place for me and my family! There were nine of us! We did not feel crowded at all!! It looks exactly like the pictures!! We will be rebooking for next year!! The staff was so nice! It was a fabulous vacation!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Las Brisas 407. This was our first time visiting Madeira Beach and loved it. Condo was spacious and perfect size for the 6 of us. Thank you!!

Great location and great rental company!

So far it has been one of my favorite place to spend our family vacation . Great view to the beach , pool and street . Never had a rental with all those views and this one surprise me.

We loved the location and the beach. The condo wasn't very clean. In fact there was a bloody sanitary napkin stuck to the floor in the closet my teenaged boys were staying in.. The vents in the bathroom were completely clogged with dust. We had no hot water twice and had to wait for maintenance to come fix it one time it was the next day. We had a huge roach running around but we killed that. Coffee and sugar under the liner in the cupboards. Dirt and makeup on the doorframe. Our sheets were dirty when we arrived. The towels provided for a beach condo were not adequate for a large group. We were constantly washing towels and not nice towels more like cheap hotel towels. I did contact the office about these things but only the hot water was addressed. For the price of the unit a night and the cleaning fees I expected it to be clean. I loved the area and will definitely be back to Madeira Beach just not at this unit.

We were blown away with how spacious and nice the condo was and the view of the gulf was amazing!

Being a little closer to John’s pass than we stayed in the past, the traffic was a little busier, but would 100% stay there again. A couple of the outlets in the bedroom didn’t work, but an easy fix. Recommend adding some pool noodles in the room and a boogie board for the kids; would literally only have to buy groceries!! Property Management Company and Owner were fantastic.

Liked the property and location but no beach amenities were provided, no beach chairs or beach towels, umbrellas or cooler.

LB407 is a great condo. The view from the balcony is spectacular and the new wicker outdoor furniture make sitting outside so relaxing and enjoyable. The unit has a new washer and dryer so previous concerns are no longer an issue for guests - they both worked great. My family and I had an amazing vacation and will definitely stay here again in the future!

I stayed here with my family (8 adults & 2 teenagers), and it was a perfect fit! Just plan on making a stop for more things like toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, beach towels, etc!

Condo rooms are big so that is a big plus. Overall pretty good! Only recommendation is upgrade the dryer. It sometimes takes three cycles to get the towels and clothes dry.

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Had everything we needed for a great vacation.

Our family of four (Including two toddlers) and Gigi fit here just perfectly and we had room for more. Beach is so close and the view is unbelievable. We enjoyed watching the sunset in the evening. Lots of restaurants nearby to eat. Central location to travel to other areas along the gulf. We’re already planning a return trip to Las Brisas.

The condo was very nice. The location was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed. The views were incredible.

Condo was equipped with enough essentials to accommodate everyone.

Nice kitchen and bathrooms, bedrooms good size also. Only setback is the unit needs a new dryer!
