Cottage splendidamente rinnovato con ampio cortile, nuova cucina inossidabile completamente fornita, banconi in pietra calcarea, bagni nuovi, mobili, pavimenti in legno, nuova illuminazione e aria condizionata centralizzata. TV, WiFi. Lavasciuga. Nuova doccia esterna in cedro con fasciatoio.
Camera da letto principale con bagno privato con bagno in marmo recentemente rinnovato. Camera per gli ospiti con 2 gemelli, camera a castello con 2 letti a castello. Sala da bagno rinnovata.
Nuova doccia esterna, giochi da giardino, giardino e vialetto, tavolo e sedie all'esterno, grill a gas.
La fermata dell'autobus dell'isola è dietro l'angolo. (3 minuti a piedi). Pista ciclabile anche dietro l'angolo da casa e Starbuck Beach è una passeggiata di 12 minuti, 5 minuti in bicicletta.

We had an amazing time in Madaket. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of town. Pure tranquility. Marie was fantastic with communication (our stay was during hurricane Lee) and she has such a lovely home! Great living space, deck and yard! And a quick walk to the beach! This is my new favorite spot to stay on ACK

This house is exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, big lawn, and private. We walked to the beach each day and it is about a 15-20 minute walk. It was also nice listening to the waves at night from the master bedroom. Marie was very communicative and answered any questions we had very quickly. I would highly recommend this beautiful house for a Nantucket vacation!

Great house for a small group. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for dinner at the house. The bedrooms were clean. The primary bedroom had a bathroom attached with heated floors (a nice benefit as it was cool and rainy while we were there). 20 minute walk to the beach, which was a bit longer than expected, so I’d bring bikes next time. Overall, my friends and I loved our stay at this cute and quaint Madaket home.

Bob and Marie's home was the perfect spot for our family trip to Nantucket. The house was very clean and very comfortable, and it had everything we could want or need while we were there, including a pack n play for the baby, a fully stocked kitchen, board games for the rainy days, and chairs and toys for the beach. It's an easy and beautiful walk to the beach and only a ~15 minute drive out from the town center. We are so happy to have stayed here!

Tucked away near Madaket this house makes you feel like you are in a vacation paradise. Convenient to beaches, the famous Millie's restaurant and there is even a bus stop at the corner which takes you directly into town. Clean, quiet and fully equipped, Bob and Marie's place is a true gem.

Great fully stocked house with amazing owners. House serves as an awesome base camp for beach driving several close beaches and is not to far from town or Great Point by car. Ours hosts did everything possible to accommodate our family of 4 with 2 under 3. Thank you!

Great location in Madaket! Beautiful home equipped with everything you need. Owner was so responsive and helpful. The outdoor shower, back deck and big yard were a highlight for our crew coming off the beach!

We loved our stay! The house had everything we needed and was perfect for our family of four. House was clean, nice grill, beach gear, and a fully stocked kitchen. Location was just what we wanted. Close to the beach, great for morning walks. Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back again soon.

Marie and Bob did everything they could to make sure our stay on Nantucket was enjoyable. From a welcoming phone call to good local recommendations we were well taken care of. Their home was very comfortable and well located for walks on the western part of the island. And very close to the beach. Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean and at the perfect location. We enjoyed the short walk/drive to the beach and quiet morning runs on the path and back roads. We did rent a Jeep, which was great for getting into town and onto the beaches. The owners answered so many questions for us and told us the "must dos" (places to see, places to eat) since it was our first trip to the island. We will stay here again if/when we choose to return.

We love this part of Madaket for the proximity to Starbuck Beach and the bike path. The house had everything we needed and a beautiful new mahogany deck to enjoy morning coffee. Hoping to come back next year.
