We had a lovely stay in the villa. Lots of space and all the facilities are of a high specification. We will return!

We booked this originally for May 2020 but because of the pandemic had to postpone twice. Each time Herve was very understanding. When we finally got there the villa did not disappoint and we had a great stay using the villa as a base to go walking and to go to the beach. We had a couple of days just at the villa and used the pool which was a good temperature for swimming. The villa is well equipped and very comfortable. The only downside to the holiday was the seaweed washed up on the shore line and in the lagoons to the north of El Cotillo and east of the lighthouse. This had not been there when we have visited in the past. Lajares is great with shops, bars and restaurants and and walkable from the villa. A trip up the volcano is recommended following the marked path. Thank you Herve for keeping our booking open.

Super séjour dans la Casa Juanita d’Hervé! Tout est propre et fonctionnel. La piscine chauffée est un grand plus. Super situation au pied des volcans. Endroit très calme. Nous conseillons cette villa sans modération !

We really enjoyed our stay at Hervé's house. Absolutely quiet and secluded in the middle of the wonderful landscape of Fuerteventura. The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The communication with Hervé was always pleasant and uncomplicated. We'd love to come back!

The house, like most lajares villas is isolated from the rest, giving the guests the perfect private relaxing time. At night you can even see the stars. The heated pool is bigger and deeper than most villas in Fuerteventura and protected from the wind thanks to a brick wall, which is really nice for relaxing and swimming. The house has a big barbeque as well and counts with all the appliances: oven, micro, juicer, fridge, washing machine. I givr this stay a 10/10, if we ever come back to the island i will definately look to rebook it!!

Avons passé une semaine relaxante et bien au calme. La maison est à l’écart de tout trafic, avec une vue dégagée sur les volcans. A recommander sans hésitation.

Hervé est un hôte très sympathique et réactif en cas de besoin. La maison est vraiment très bien équipée, très spacieuse. La vue sur les volcans superbe! A recommander sans hésiter.

Sehr schöne Villa in absolut ruhiger Lage. Kein Durchgangsverkehr. Freundlicher Vermieter. Pool schön auf 28 Grad beheizt. Küche komplett ausgestattet, schönes Wohnzimmer mit großem Fernseher. Lajares ist ein sehr schöner Ort, nicht die übliche Touri-Hochburg- keine Hotels. Absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man Ruhe sucht.

We really liked the Canela Café, great food and vibe. Highly recommended doing a dune buggy tour in Corralejo. Hervé is great with communication and is really friendly.

Una casa estupenda, totalmente equipadas con todos lo que necesita y más. Lugar súper tranquilo y muy cómodo con supermercado y todos los servicios en cerca de la casa. Hemos pasado una semana genial aprovechando de la piscina, patio exterior y barbacoa. Si quiere tranquilidad lo voy a recomendar sin duda.

Nos hemos hospedado mi pareja y yo durante una semana. La casa es un ensueño, tiene todo lo que necesites y más. Urbanización tranquila, silenciosa, perfecto para desconectar. Atención maravillosa, Hervé es el mejor anfitrión que hemos tenido sin duda. Recomendable 100%, estancia inigualable.

Great villa in a peaceful location on the edge of lajares, with every facility that you would need, fabulous views, heated pool owner English speaking, if your happy with a 15 minute walk into the centre this is s perfect place to stay, will definitely be back 😎.

We spent a wonderful week on Fuerteventura! The house, the garden with the pool and the surrounding area was just perfect! Hervé was a great host!

Wir haben die Zeit im Haus sehr genossen. pippa hat sich aufmerksam um uns gekümmert. Die Ausstattung ist aber gut, man findet alles was man braucht. Die Cafés im Ort sind sehr nett, auch der Supermarkt gut sortiert, ein Auto ist aber dringend erforderlich. Einige wandhaken in den Schlafzimmern wären praktisch.

We passed 2 weeks in Hervé’s house and it was perfect. There is everything you need and Hervé is a great host. The pool is very warm and the view is awesome.

Positiv sind die schöne Pool-Anlage und die wirklich gute Küchenausstattung hervorzuheben. Auch die drei Schlafzimme und zwei Bäder sind für eine größere Gruppe prima. Kleine Dinge wie ein Staubsauger, ein Schirm für den Strand etc. sind zusätzlich angenehm. Etwas störend eine extrem unbequeme Matratze in einem Zimmer (konnten wir umgehen, da wir nur 3 Personen waren, auch wenn wir gerne für jeden ein eigenes Zimmer gehabt hätten) sowie die Wohnzimmercouch. Zudem erschien uns an ein paar Stellen die Renovierung nicht ganz abgeschlossen zu sein, oder gelegentlich wieder nötig. Nicht begeistert waren wir, als wir in der Info-Mappe zum Haus eine Preisliste für das letzte Jahr gelesen haben. Die Priese lagen doch deutlich unter dem, was wir bezahlt haben, und wären so auch angemessener

Alle Angaben sowie Fotos stimmen mit dem Objekt überein. Es ist sauber, gepflegt und reichlich ausgestattet um einen erholsamen Urlaub dort zu verbringen. Sehr gerne besuchen wir das Haus wieder. Vermieter war schnell vor Ort, wenn wir Fragen hatten.

We were 5 persons and spent 11 nights in this villa. The house is very nice, pretty and clean. The host Hervé ist really nice and helpful and he answers very quickly. The villa is full equipped, there is everything you need. Even a lot of towels for each guest. We had a perfect stay at the villa. Perhaps we will come again some day. Thank you very much for everything, Hervé!

Tolles Haus, tolle Ausstattung in Küche, den Bädern und dem Wohnzimmer, toller Pool und gute Betreuung. Schöne Lage. Die beiden Betten in den Eltern-Schlafzimmern mit ca. 1,50 Breite waren uns jedoch zu schmal. Außerdem hat uns eine Zudecke nicht gereicht, auch wenn diese übergroße Maße hatte.

Response was always quick, and made the whole process very smooth from start to finish. The property had everything we needed and more. All the appliances were very clean and modern. The beds were comfortable. Samsung TV, comfy couch. Outside the pool was lovely and warm, not overlooked. Cleaned weekly. The pool has a manual cover for when its not being used. There is a utility room for laundry, and BBQ provided. To reach the pool, you have to walk across the lava gravel. It wasn't a problem as such, but it does get stuck in your footwear. It would perhaps benefit from a path across It takes about 15 mins to walk to a bar called the Return Bar. Great place to eat and drink, pizza's are great! Further along the village are many bars and restaurants all great. We would love to return again. Happy Travellers Richard & Lesley.

Lugar acogedor, y muy tranquilo con unas instalaciones bien cuidadas. Recomendable.
