This is the second time our family has stayed in this particular condominium building. This condo, however, was far and above the other ones I’ve seen. Updated, clean and fully stocked, all of our needs were met and more. The pool and foosball tables were an added bonus. The only issue we ran into was that the upstairs loft is a little warmer than the rest of the unit for sleeping. We will definitely book this unit for future Sandbridge vacations.

Garage is hard to park in and not fit for SUV's. No real ocean view. Master bath had 2 sinks that wouldn't hold water and jetted tub didnt work and was dirty. Door from balcony into master bedroom wouldn't lock. Spiders - 🕷 all around outside and got inside. Some privacy beteen bedroom upstairs and game room area would have been nicer for that room. Elevator to 4th floor was slow moving. Fitness area was not cleaned the entire week we were there. Again nice, but not up to my expectations unfortunately. It was nice to have the beach storage closet available 😀

Kitchen especially well equipped with assortment of cooking and baking utensils. Keurig coffee maker. Lots of dishes, glasses, coffee mugs. Pots and baking pans forveverything we wanted to cook, even roasted a turkey! And best of all, the ice machine worked! Pool lovely. Even though the apartment was tehnically smaller than some houses we have rented at the beach, it seemed larger. The space was well utilized with comfortable furniture. The beds and bed linens, extra blankets and pillows are good quality and comfortable. The number of bathrooms was just right for 2 families with 2 five year princesses. The loft with extra bed and giant TV and comfortable seating was a definite bonus. We have already booked for next year!

I must say this was the best VRBO I've ever stayed in. How lucky we were! My husband, myself 2 kids (10&13) My cousin, her husband and 2 kids (16&13). We had more than enough room to all spread out. We had excellent contact with Greg, our host from the beginning. He even came out to the condo to ensure everything was ok for us and herecommended the best restaurant for dinner. The condo was beautiful. Very clean, well decorated, comfy beds and furniture. Water pressure was great. It had everything you could possibly need (and then some). The pool was wonderful, the beach was great and only a hop skip and jump away from us. Greg supplies anything you could need for a perfect beach day in the utility closet. 5 stars! My family and their friends wanted a place by the beach. This place did not disappoint. We had access to a variety of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards and more to use at the beach. We took advantage of those items. The walk to the beach was across the street from the building. You could walk back and forth without any problems. They also had a pool right at the complex. You could sit around there and watch your kids splash in the water. It wasn’t a deep pool, but perfect for little kids and just sitting in it. Across the street they have a little market with many grocery items. We also got donuts freshly made in the morning from there. There were also a couple souvenir shops in walking distance along with a restaurant, subs, and ice cream right next to the complex. We utilized all of the places and were not disappointed. We did go to Virginia Beach, but we much preferred our area because it was quiet and not as touristy. It was more a family environment. As for the room, it was perfect for all 8 of us. The boys had the loft area which had a pool table, foosball table, tv, couches, full bathroom , and a bed for their use. In the main floor were two bedrooms and a bathroom to share along with the master bedroom with a king bed and full bath. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and reading. I would definitely come back again.

Perfect little spot for our family. We have a 1.5 and 3.5 year old so convenience is crucial. Short walk to beach, market, ice cream and a little restaurant. Also, stocked with everything you need for the beach. Host was super attentive and very accommodating when I switched dates. We will be back!

The space for our group of 6 was perfect, deck was great, everything was nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, there were box fans (important to us!). A few paper products were completely out-maybe I misunderstood what would be provided. This a new family favorite! 10 out of 10!

This penthouse is both beautiful and spacious, just a short stroll from the beach. The majority of the appliances were brand new, cleanliness was top-notch, and the coastal-themed decor really enhanced the ambiance. The convenience of Sandbridge Island Market right across the street was a huge plus, offering daily delights like freshly baked doughnuts and muffins, along with a tempting menu for those cozy nights in.

We traveled as a family of 6 and had a great time at the condo. Everything you could need in the kitchen was there and in working order. The location is great and the access to the beach is easy. We would stay again anytime.

This was our very first VBRO and we loved it! Greg was very helpful! The check-in process, parking and property was exactly as he described and easily accessible. The rental was very well supplied and beautifully decorated. Our family of 5 was comfortable. Sandbridge was wonderful!

Stayed here while visiting family on slowing break and loved it! Very spacious and great access to the beach as well as other area attractions.

Amazing! I will be coming back

Nice quiet area, great for winter beach walks, very well equipped kitchen, spacious unit with several bed options. Convenient parking, unit is close to the elevator. We had 6 adults and 2 kids ages 12 and 15 for a family Christmas celebration since we all live far apart and haven't been able to spend the holiday together in several years. Everyone had a great time! Would highly recommend!

Our kids and grandkids joined us for early Thanksgiving. The space gave us the ability to cook and eat together. The kids had a place to play so we weren’t crowded. The weather wasn’t warm but we still enjoyed being at the beach.

The condo is conveniently located by the elevator, so no long walk loading and unloading your things. It is well stocked with everyday household items to eliminate the need to bring all the incidental items. All the owner asks is you replace the item if you use it up for the next guest. It is decorated beautifully and very spacious. I would 100% rent the unit again. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The host is very responsive with all communication too. It was a perfect experience!

Great location and amazing space for a larger family.

We had a great time and we all loved the place! It was very very clean, great view and everything was prepared as stated in the emails. No problems with the codes to get in or anything. Parking was right near the elevator and stairs. We are already thinking about staying again. We had clear contact with the owner as well. We loved this place and will be recommending it to all our friends definitely!!! I would highly recommend this place if you want a clean, well priced, comfortable, just like home but not place to stay. It’s quiet but also near every store you might need. The beach is just across the street which was great. Again we will be coming back here for sure. Absolutely loved it.

Our group of four girlfriends spent three nights in the Sandbridge condo. The location was great as were the accommodations. The listing was accurate, the beds were comfortable and the place was very inviting. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would happily return. We highly recommend this condo.

Greg is always phenomenal. This was the third year I have rented his condo, and he always makes things so easy. Great condo, great amenities, and amazing host!

The condo was beautiful and well equipped. The kitchen met all our needs plus the closet had beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys. Quiet beach with lufeguards, not crowded. Walking distance to small restaurants and market. Would stay there again. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. Key pad to open and liock door was tricky.

We loved our stay at this condo! It was the cleanest place I have ever rented, beautiful, spacious for our adult family of 7 (plus a one year old), well stocked, and in a great location. Parking was easy, the beach was across the street, the pool was awesome, the storage area was stocked with everything you need for the beach, and condo had great air conditioning, showers x 3 without any hot water issues, and an awesome outside balcony/ deck area. Store and restaurant across the street were convenient and Ben and Jerry’s ice cream next door! What more can I say? Highly recommend. Sad to leave. Thanks!

Great 4 bedroom condo, our second time staying here. Host Greg is the reason. Very responsive and accommodating. His locker unit is stocked with everything you need for the beach! Great deck on the condo, it was loved by all ages, from 2 years to 70. You can’t go wrong with this rental.

Check in was a breeze. Owner was very responsive when we had questions. Condo was very roomy and pictures in the listing were very accurate. We had a wonderful stay with 6 adults. We didn’t need to bring chairs or umbrellas because all the beach items were in the closet in the parking garage….very convenient! Would definitely stay here again.
