My son and I Absolutely had the best experience! Itza made our stay absolutely Perfect! Property absolutely Beautiful! We stayed at the two bedroom villa with balcony overlooking the rain forest. Our villa was absolutely Perfect! We reserved for my birthday and I have to say.. Best Birthday Ever! I enjoyed fresh brewed Costa Rican Coffee every morning overlooking the rain forest with monkeys playing in the jungle. Itza, like I mentioned, made our stay exceptional! She arranged Zip lining tour with the top of the line company. They picked my son and I at the property. We had the best experience of our lives with absolute professionals! I will be honest. Zip Line Company, Top of the line! Safety, fun, education and treated us extremely well! Like I mentioned, they picked us up at property in air conditioned travel van. Educated us with safety and extremely Professional! They made all of us feel extremely safe and we laughed and had fun! We met awesome people! Two couples we paired with were from up north, two females nurses and husbands police officers. We all were first time zip liners. Again! I can not emphasize enough!! Absolutely Professional! When you arrive prior to instructions from professionals, you are served fresh fruit and fresh juice and icecold lemon wedge water. I honestly would recommend to everyone! If you want the best vacation ever! I am arranging next trip!! Same location, but booking Large House with pool. I want to bring my mom from Spain and my Sisters and our children. Thank You Itza! I honestly would not recommend the white water rafting company we were given. Absolute opposite from the Zip line company. Water rafting company absolutely not related to Zip line company. To be honest. They did pick us up from property. We then went to their hub and paid for trip and put in an a rundown van van without air, not a problem. Problem was we kept stopping to pick up extra inflatable boats on the way to tie up on top of van. We were only a total of six. Mom and Dad and two children from France and me and my son. Safety was not the issue with this company. Unlike the zip lining company. My vest and helmet was placed but never reinforced on the safety. Just be careful. My vest was never secured and covered my entire face as the helmet also was blocking my sight while instructed to paddle, sit down in raft with unsecured seats to lock your feet under for the forceful waterfall/rocks. Our raft guide asked for us to jump in water to swim. I then was with water force.. swept down a waterfall and almost drowned. It took several to help me since I was under water due to the life vest forcing me under. The only other I would not recommend. My son and I drove several hours due to dirt roads and extremely bad roads, rocks etc. leading to a two waterfalls. Again, Please! Do your research first. Not worth it. Any Questions or advise.
